So Raptors are still probably little assholes? Good. It would be weird if they were all goody-goody. Coincidental Anti-heroes (Kinda like the female Rex from the first film) is the best Raptors could ever get.

Another theory is that they're using Pratt to escape.

The raptors in the first were explicitly insane, which is made more clear in the original book where their leader kills every new raptor they try to put into her pen and they throw themselves against the electric fence over and over again on the off chance that, this time, it won't shock them.

The tribe in three was also perfectly reasonable once communication was established.

I wouldn't say that they were insane. The Big One certainly was bloodthirsty, as were the raptors in the second film. The raptors in the third film are considered a separate subspecies, based on biology and behavior. The JPLegacy Encyclopedia dubs the two types as "Nublarensis" (JP and TLW) and "Sornaensis" (JP3)

I don't know about bond villain. I'm pretty sure Goldfinger would gold plate anyone who kidnapped his hypothetical kids even if he got them back unharmed.

According to Trespasser, Sorna had three tribes of raptors at the time Hammond wrote his memoirs. The biggest, hardiest ones made there living inland, on a mountain. The weakest tribe live along the coastline. There was a middle of the road tribe living between the two. So it is conceivable that the crazier ones from two and the more reasonable ones from three are two separate tribes.

Tresspasser is a film/novel hybrid. "Jurassic Park The Game" is considered film canon, but not Trespasser. Here's the timeline from the wiki. And for comparison, maps of Trespasser Sorna and Film Sorna:
