I can't tell if this is an insult or a compliment. First of all, I don't see how it's possible for you to not know this, but Umineko and Higurashi are Visual Novels.

Both Animes are just adaptions of the original Visual Novels. Next time, you should do more research about things before commenting on them.

Second of all, this is the OOC of a roleplay. Nobody really cares about your opinion on some Anime. I'm going to join this, so if you aren't, I'd suggest you instead take your opinion to somewhere more appropriate, like an anime discussion forum and not derail someone's game they're starting.

Majority of what I was going to say to this is kinda said already in Gohan's post. Well, if you are joining, yes, the characters are going to have to be from the same universe, and if you're going for OC, I would suggest sticking away from an OC and canon character pair.

Okay, just remember the two character same universe rule. Oh, and I actually suggest the manga adaptation of Umineko rather than the anime adaptation. You could find a translated version of the manga online if you can't afford to get the Umineko visual novels and then get the English patch for it.

Personality: Not really known to talk much, especially to his victims. He is very loyal to his master, the Slender Man. He and Toby just abut want to kill each other even though they are both proxies of the Slender Man. Tends to do missions involving stalking and observing since he is not very skilled in combat.
Abilities: Due to his long time as Slender's proxy he has gained the ability to Slender Walk (basically teleport) although it is limited to a few times a day.
Item of Importance: (basically a special weapon, outfit, trinket, etc.) His mask which he never takes off

I was thinking of using Smaug from the new Hobbit trilogy ... but a fire-breathing dragon with impenetrable scales and the size of two jumbo jets is kind of unfair. In fact, it's the very definition of overpowered.
