Sorry for the long post... no one has to do one that long, I just got carried away. Even after cutting out a lot of detail I'd originally had haha. I also split up North and South's test, since they're both so long. I'll post South's when a few more people post.

Wow, long posts for everyone, also I tested Carolina a little different, as he was in military as a captain before he join freelancer and they would not doubt be testing certain people to see if they could be good leaders and find out what there like in hopeless situations. Side note on all of that is that Carolina survived the longest amount of time and kept most of his troops alive. A astounding and near impossible feat.

The fact that, in his head, the simulation went for over a year is sure to do a lot of mental damage though. He's going to have a lot of issues readjusting now that he has to distinguish a year of memories that didn't happen. I think it was very interesting the way you did it. But it makes it very hard to compare results, as his seemed to be designed to be a long term mission anyway and only some where squad missions and really they could have stopped it any time they wanted by making him fail.

Oh yeah, Carolina personality fractured actually, he'll be pleasant and nice and in combat he'll default to his good old jack-ass personality. Not to mention the nightmares and possible trauma if one of the team actually does die. He kept beating the odds, it's what he's trained to do. He kept beating F.L.I.S.S. ways to defeat him, so they kept it going, wanting to see what it took to break his system and instead broke him.

Hmm, I have to wonder if I underwhelmed on Penn's response a bit. Tried to play up his lack of self preservation, either way though.

Shall be a very interesting experience. Okay so since testing is completed here's basically what I think of the recruits and I am aware I'm probably going to be repeating some stuff that was in their file but I want to hear what everyone else thinks before I post an official board, which is subject to constant change:
Iowa is just way too angry. Clearly he's good at what he does, and tested well but certain emotional triggers cause him to blatantly disregard orders. Means he's risky.

Penn probably came in closest to actually completing his mission and they probably wouldn't mind that he decided to kill himself to do it rather than risk capture. Personally he's probably my pick for leader.

Carolina would, logically, be the pick for leader of the team. But some of his personality aspects, I feel would compel them to not do that, such as his ability to analyse things so accurately, they'd want to keep him in a position where they felt like they could control him, so even though he would have scored high on the board I think I'd like to put him down the bottom.

South would be fairly low, in my opinion. Her mental skills are top of the range, but her field skills are lacking and her inability to kill other people means she wouldn't be ranked too high.

North's calm reaction to failure and above average scores would also put him high up there, but because of his unwillingness to risk team lives I don't think he'd be leader material.

Yeah I'm good with that, Carolina should be the bottom or if they go the other way, put him towards the top but just under a few others, make him think he can be number one, it would really irk him. I think they would select him for a second in command or something, give him the power to assist in leading but never to lead. But I defer to your judgement. I think Penn is a good fit for leader though, he's calm and collected.

Put him at the bottom and let him work his way up, but stop him just short from the top. I think that may annoy him even more, since he would have been making progress, thinking he was doing everything right and then he just suddenly stops and he wouldn't be able to figure out why.

Hmm, Penn as leader, that would be an interesting experience, especially if things went down bad. Would explain commands decision on that though, though.

Well Carolina is cracking. He'll get medication to help him maintain his calm and collected personality.
