I will have to handpick three or four lucky noble houses whose one member will be granted title of count. Rest will be either knights, Edlers, Burgraves, etc. I would love to have barons, but I don't know the German equivalent of the title. I'm probably going to toss a dice and see who gets lucky haha that seems fair to me.

What else do you have in mind? The idea is that noble houses fight for domination in the realm. That's what this whole Roleplay is about.

Possibly get manipulated by different houses into dealing with their enemies, try to establish myself as a sovereign house/nation, be a dick by pressing my beliefs upon other houses peasants/working class, initiate unconventional warfare against the crown, have the leader be a scheming d-bag that takes advantage of civil unrest with peasants. And the list goes on. Basically they would be like a noble house but more far reaching but also ill equipped to deal with say knights or an organized military.

Yea, but a peasant army would be treated as an uprising or group of outlaws. You'd be hunted by everyone else. Does that work for you? I don't see a long future in this RP for you this way :P
