Sera walked next to Jake the fae girl was as quiet as usual. She hadn't changed much over the last few months. If anything she was less anitsocial than before taking time to actually hang around all of them. Korra like the boys was a bit more serious than before. She was also a little less bubbly which in her case wasn't a good thing. Her happy go lucky additude was good thing for her to have and seemed that she'd fallen into a bit of a depression.

Luke stopped walking, Jake raised an eyebrow as he walked by. Luke just waved his hand forward, Jake nodded his understanding walking by sera's side. The only person beside his brothers to get him to talk was sera he didn't know how but she did. Luke looked back at Korra falling in step beside her. "Everything's going to hell and I already hate it, me and my brothers have changed and it's not for the best for the most part being serious can be a good thing but it can also be a bad thing in some parts."

Sera walked next to Jake. "What do you think of all this?" She asked curiously and simply. She only said stuff that had a meaning to it. Random nonsense just seemed like you were talking just to talk. Korra looked at him and nodded. "I wish things were how they were three months ago. When none of this violence was going on. We're teenagers, how does any of this seem right. We are being put on the front lines because everyone else was wiped out. I wish none of us had to have changed this drastically." Korra said and sighed. "I honestly don't even understand how Alex hasn't broken yet. The rest of us have each other to go too, we have one person we go to in our group and we tell them what's going on with us. He doesn't have a person like that though."

Luke shrugged, "Alex has always been the strong one in our family he hasn't broken because he has a promise to keep to our father a promise to keep me and Jake out of trouble or keep us safe whenever he can. He's changed I know that, I dont know if it's for the better or for the worst though." Jake looked to Sera, "I wish things could go back to what they were. We were carefree we didn't have to worry about any of this stuff, all we had to worry about was our grades and what we would do once we got out of school."

Korra sighed. "I honestly don't know if it's good or bad either. I can't tell anything anymore really. I barely know how to even cheer myself up anymore. I used to be able to keep a positive mind set and even be able to make other people happy but I just feel like I'm broken now." She said honestly. Sera nodded. "Both of us are freshman, we thought that would be the biggest of our problems but it ended up being the least I portent thing. Getting into all of this fighting and stuff is difficult. "

Jake nodded slightly, "I know it is some people aren't cut out for it some are don't know what's what for me and my brothers." Luke looked to Korra before stopping her, "your you you're not broken and never say that about yourself you're far from broken Korra. Though if I didn't have you to talk to I know I would be broken." Alexander kept his hands in his pockets sighing, shaking his head to get his thoughts from the girl he had known for two years or so he thought. Crimson had almost killed Jake and that alone he wasn't to happy about.

Sera nodded, "I'm not much of a good physical fighter. It's just not how I am." She said simply. Korra looked at him nodded. "I understand, I just I don't know how to deal with war and stuff like this. I'm a demon, I'm hardwired to be a killer and I've never been one. Now that we are being forced into this war it seems like I'm being forced to be the monster I'm supposed to be. That's why I say I feel broken."

Luke sighed, putting his forehead against hers. "You are not a monster Korra if anything I am my kind was made to fight and nothing else to not have any feeling a for those we have attacked don't say your a monster not in front of me or anyone else." Jake looked to sera, "it doesn't matter if you can fight or not just having someone to talk to is enough. I may have changed but the only few people who can get words out of me is my brothers and you with you I just feel like nothing's wrong."

"My kind made your kind to fight in our own war. Who do you think is the bigger monster?" Korra said and took a deep breath. "You seem to have more feelings than your supposed too, although that's the thing that went wrong when it came to your kinds design. You learned how to care and love others." She said and smiled for once in three months while looking into his eyes. Sera smiled, "the feeling is mutual. This whole thing doesn't feel like it's that bad when I'm with you."

Luke smiled, "our kind seems to like to do impossible things when we turned on the demons that created us they tried to find a way of reversing the feelings we have it didn't out so well for them." He smiled a bit, sighing. Jake nodded slightly, "it usually doesn't feel as bad as it does when you have someone to go to in all of this stuff."

"Yeah, our kinds don't exactly have a good history do they." Korra said and laughed. "Hey Luke, can we get some food?" She asked her stomach growling. Some things never changed about her. "It does make it better if you do. I wonder how Alex is with Crimson turning traitor. I mean it was unexpected from all of us but he and her had been something of rivals for a long time hadn't they?" Sera asked him.

Luke nodded, "come on let's get some food in that stomach of your before it starts to eat itself." He said with a laugh, a small smile graced his lips. Over the three months it had been hard to get a laugh or a smile from the three brothers. Jake nodded, "ever since the first fight there freshmen year they've only grown closer in the ring fighting on the same side if it was two against two. So yah in a way they were rivals and friends at the same time." Alex's arm was resting on his knee from his spot on the branch, there wasn't that many students either they were gone or they were home or out on the front lines. Sighing he shook his head, looking to the cloudy sky knowing it would rain but that didn't change the fact that they were still to go out there and fight.

Korra nodded and started walking towards the cafeteria need food really badly. All of this intense training was making her hungrier then usual. If they were going to fight all of them would be at their best health. "It must not be too easy on him then. Having such a close friend turn out to be working for the wrong side. I wonder what Crimson's motive is for even joining Freedom. She seems smart there has to be some reason." Sera said.

Jake shrugged, "I don't know but I know one thing. I'm not letting her anywhere close to him after what happened three months ago. She almost killed me if it wasn't for you I would be dead. Alex would have blamed himself for my death, that I know for sure." Luke followed behind, Korra getting food. He looked to Alex up in the tree, no way would Crimson would come close to his brother after what she did three months ago. Sighing, his brother had changed, became more closed up except with the brothers.

"I've studied Kagune's before but hers was a cross breed. I'm surprised I was able to heal you and Luke without killing myself. I hate to say it but Crimson was strong before her powers were unlocked and now she's even stronger with her powers unlocked." Sera explained worried about if they faced off against her again. Korra actually bought food from the cafeteria this time and sat down outside before starting to eat. The wounds she had taken in the fight were already completely healed without Sera's help. Although she also hadn't full on attacked him. Korra just wasn't the kind of person to attack people close to her.

Jake just shrugged, Luke frowned to that. "I'm not really that far surprised but she won't kill any of this group, or my brothers if I can help it. Even with, her Kagune my in between form might match hers. Though I already have trained solitary with that form so I might be able to." Both brothers eyes widened, "your going no where near her Alex no none." Jake nodded his head with Luke, though Alex remained quiet with the whole idea shot down. A small sigh, escaped his lips before he shook his head.

Sera went and got food before sitting next to Korra. She looked up at Alex. "It wouldn't be wise to seek her out, although I hate to say it guys but Alex is the best option to fight her if we do run into her. She has somewhat of a reluctant additude to attack Alex with he intention to kill. If you think about it like that Alex should fight her" She explained knowing fully well its not what Jake and Luke wanted to hear.

Jake and Luke sighed, looking up at there brother. "Alright fine but you are not going to fight her alone if we do run into her." Alex shook his head, "no this is my fight she's already showed she's not going to hesitate killing you she will with me like she did three months ago." Alex sighed, his mind wondering to what crimson was doing right now, he wondered if she heard the news about him getting shot. Even with him healing still, the bullets still had to fester out but it didn't get rid of his determination.

Korra looked at Alex curiously after finishing her food. "Why are you so set on fighting her? I mean I know you guys were rivals and that she attacked Luke and Jake but you don't seem like the type for revenge." Crimson sat on the edge of a building her legs hanging off the edge. She looked out at the city. Smoke and fire were everywhere Ash coating the ground like a grey blanket. Everything looked dead and this was one of many that had been destroyed in the last three month. In the distance she could see the academy. A month ago someone had been bragging about how they had shot a lycan in the battle on campus. Now she wouldn't have found this strange but they mentioned mockingly how she hadn't attacked him. She had pinned the vampire to the wall in a matter of seconds demanding to know more about it before throwing the vampire across the room. Over the last three months she had grown colder. Now that she knew Alex had been injured she didn't know what to do. He probably hated her guts now and she didn't blame him. "Crimson we need to go, the captain caught word that a unit is being sent to the 17th district at noon. He wants us over there." A full blood hell hound demon told her. The demon was under her control in her unit with her being the leader. Getting up Crimson slipped on her mask her hair having been cut to a more medium length to make it easier to take on and off. Pulling up her hood she started walking for the door. "Let's go,"

Alex shrugged, "I'm the only one that I can fight her and still live I want to know why she would have done this. I want to know what motives she has to do this, and I want to figure out all of this crap." Looking to the clock, he got up. "Thirty minutes till we leave once your done here meet me at the gate." Luke and Jake looked at there brother sadly, before sighing there brother had changed he's gotten more distant though not from there group but to other people. Alex was leaning against the gate, looking up at the smoke rising from the town. What were the motives of freedom? Why in all nine bells would they do this? To him it felt like the war with the vampires had started all over again, except with other races. A small sigh escaped his lips, none of this should have happened. Somebody made this happen, they wanted all the races at war now the question why would they?
