[IC] Mighty Morphin Power Rangers-Redux

"Alright so, IT'S MORPHING TIME! SABER TOOTHED TIGER!" Lucas after placing his coin in his morpher, says the line and like Candice a bright light appears around him but unlike Candice the light is yellow not pink, he stands there in a yellow suit similar to Candice's.

"Your right Kiara, I'm not your leader. In fact I don't feel anything like a leader, but if you would listen to me I'll tell you something. If I am to lead then I will need the support of everyone here, I don't want to lead a team that doesn't want me if you had to choose who would be the leader yourself? Well go ahead and lead yourself I want to see how far you get fight this Rita's entire army single handedly. I think you would die, no I know you would die. And besides, IT'S MORPHING TIME.... T-REX." He does the same as the others who have morphed, this time a bright red light shines out. Also like the others he is in a suit which is red, just like Zordon said he would be.

Kiara looked at each of them as they used their morpher, a smile appeared on her face as she saw the suits that they were supposed to wear.
And just as she wanted to morph herself, he answered her. Was he serious about this? If anyone had to be the leader, then they just had to keep listening to the bubble head.
"Owh if you want to lead, just be my guest, although it still doesn't mean I will completely cooperate with your orders. If they are correct, I will perhaps follow them, and if they are wrong in my eyes then just see me as the rebel within this team."
A grin appeared on her face, as she then grabs the morpher in her hand, places the coin inside of it and smiles.
"It's morphin time!... (forgot my beast name)!"
As a black light covers her, she then stands in a black and white suit, behind her helmet a smile appears filled with pleasure. She could feel the energy of this suit flowing trough her veins!

Jennifer looked around and figured "When in Rome"

"It's Morphin Time"

"White Tiger"

The energy she felt was amazing as the light shone and the suit covered her body. However she noticed her's was a little different in that a chest piece covered the top half and a sword hung from a sheath in her belt.

Ethan: "While I said I would do it and the morphing thing is certainly cool, I wouldn't call controlling giant monsters or being able to shape shift cheap tricks.In fact how do we know none of us is this Rita in disguise?"

Jennifer: "Because partner the moment she was brought here she would likely have summoned all hell down on this place and we would all likely have died in the resulting firestorm"

Zordon: "Jennifer is indeed correct about that, Rita cannot afford to let the power rangers form. She would of surely of attacked us by now or stolen the power coin so we could not use them. She is powerful but the power rangers are stronger as long as you have each others backs and you do not allow her to get in-between you."

Jennifer: "I do have one final question though. Do we have a way fighting the giant creatures?"

Zordon: "Your animal which you call dinosaurs come in what we call zords, something that each of you have and when needed come together to create something power. If needed the five animals will come together to create the mega zord, before that is the half shift which acts like a tank before the final transformation."

It seemed most were getting used to the idea and were indeed trying it out, whatever was needed to be said was soon interrupted as the place began to light up and make a noise which the rangers would come to learn as an attack by Rita and her forces. The viewing globe soon showed a picture of several Putty Patrollers in the city. The city itself was not empty, many survivors had hidden there and if left unchecked they would be found.

Zordon: "Rangers it looks like you are needed, remember not to rely on your powers, only need it as a last resort. Let the power be with you."

Soon the room the rangers were in were gone and would find themselves in the city ruins they would know to well, most of them anyway. The Putty Patrollers would spot them in moments too. Candice looked round as she soon remembered a little about the destruction of the city that she lived in. The clay men were freaky looking as they came running towards the new rangers who yet had any experience in doing this sort of thing. Candice soon turned to Hayden and asked him a question.

Candice: "Hayden how should we do this?"

After Zordon had finished explaining the Zords Ethan was ready to try out his morpher. Unfortunately it seemed that at that time an alarm suddenly went off, and before he could say anything he and the others were teleported back into the city. Due to the way they arrived at the scene it was completely pointless for him to try and sneak of as naturally the group was the center of attention. That is an excellent question, what is the plan?"

"Stick with your partner and remember what Zordon said" Hayden shouted "Keep it simple and we should be fine"

"Right" Jennifer replied as she prepared to face the puddies. Taking up a fighting stance she turned to her team mates and said.

"Be careful"

Facing up to the oncoming puddies she stood her ground as three or four of them surrounded her. As the first one attacked she managed to block it's punch and give it a hard kick to the stomach, sending it falling to the ground. However the others got the jump on her grabbing her by the arms and throwing her to the ground. Hopping up she kicked one off but the other sent her flying into her partner.

Candice: "Right."

The new pink ranger got ready to fight the enemy who soon ran at them, six of them and many more of the enemy meant they were unevenly matched in terms team size. The thing was how powerful were these grey clay looking creatures. Candice soon had two on her, she had no idea how to proceed and so did a cartwheel out of the way, this surprised her as she did not remember she could do such a thing. The two putties had crashed into each other at this point but they were far from down. Candice soon did a back flip backwards out of instinct which once again surprised her. She avoided a grab attempt by doing a back flip. She followed up with a side kick, she needed to do something and that was the first thing that came to her mind.

These creatures made strange sounds as well, when she kicked up she heard a strange sound coming from it, she hoped the others were doing better then her. Candice really hoped she would remember who she was, it seemed she had skills for this sort of thing. As she fought them off she soon saw something else pop up. 'What is that?' she thought to herself. In the distance a creature in gold stood with a sword in hand, clearly they did not look friendly and must be working with these creatures. Soon both of the putties she was fighting grabbed hold of her and held her in place, Candice tried to struggle her way out of it but it seemed they had her locked. Hopefully one of the other could free her.

Goldar: "I will defeat you for my empress, Power Rangers."

[Duthguy]

Ethan had no intention of fighting without his powers so he inserted his coin into his morhper. "It’s Morphin' Time! ..... Triceratops!"Just like the others who had morphed before him, he was engulfed in a bright light the same color as his ranger suit.

Immediately after the transformation was done, one the gray creatures hit him in the chest wist some kind of rocky gauntlet which hurt a lot less then he expected. He kicked it's legs out under it causing it fall on the ground. Before Ethan could attack his downed opponent again he was distracted by Jennifer getting launched into him unexpectedly. Usually the force of the impact would knock Ethan down, but for some reason this didn't happen.

[Snarfulblast]

"Okay you big ugly son's of a rock. Let's tango." Lucas quickly knocks down one of the grey things with a jab to the throat moving to the next one he does a series of quick jabs to it's gut.

"Oh no you don't you grey things." Hayden moves over to help Candice he throws his elbow into one of the grey things throat knocking it down."I hope your ok I'd hate to lose someone on the first mission."

Kiara looked at Zordon, as he spoke. Was it time to go loose?! A dark grin appeared on her face as they were transported.
As they appeared in the ruins of the city, she stared at the 'monsters' in front of her, she would probably call these Ugly Puglies. It suited them. As she noticed how each and every one of her 'team' began to fight. She glanced over at the Ugly Puglies. Somehow they didn't seemed that strong, for most of her 'team' could easily deal with them, although there were a few exceptions...
As a creature of gold suddenly appeared, she smiled, an opponent who was strong! She wanted to test out her new gear, and see how strong she was now!
"You guys take care of the Ugly Puglies will ya? I'll take on Miss Princess over there. He seems like fun!"
As she waved at her 'teammates', she began to sprint towards Miss Princess in who stood at the back, and in her sprint she slided towards him to kick his feet from underneath him. What she didn't expected was the fact that he indeed was stronger than the Ugly Puglies, and easily grabbed her leg to throw her a few feet away.
As she got back up on her feet, she grinned. Although she did began to hate the mask, somehow it blocked her thoughts.
"Perhaps it's not allowed, but who cares!"
As she spoke, she grabbed the helmet and ripped ot off her head, as she then threw it in the ground. She hated it if her head was covered.
As her hair slowly blew in the wind, and her eyes were filled with flames, a grin would appear on her face again, as she now was able to see eye to eye with her opponent. As she made her way back to him, she suddenly felt hands around her arms, Ugly Puglies... As they had a thight grip on her, she used her legs to lift herself up, did a flip and got released. Within the air itself, she launched a tornado kick against their faces to atleast gain some distance between them.
This was thougher than she had imagined... But it was a heck of fun!

((If it isn't allowed to remove the mask from the suit, just tell me and I'll change it :) I ain't that bad with changes xD))

Jennifer hopped and shouted a quick "Sorry" before drawing her sword and charging back into battle. Blocking a strike from one of the puddies she slashed across it's chest, sending it flying in a series of sparks. Hearing Kiara shout she turned to see her battle this monster who had joined the battle. Watching her be thrown aside by the creature she struck down two other puddies before running towards her. As Kiara threw off her helmet and kicked the puddies off, Jennifer slashed at them sending them flying as Kiara landed.

Taking a stance next to Kiara she nodded towards her, readying her defence as the creature approached.

[Royzooka]

Candice: "Yeah I am OK, I just got surprised that is all."

Soon one of the grey things went for her again but this time she was ready as she soon did a punch to the chest followed by a side kick. The gray clay man fell back and it seemed it did not get back up. The pink ranger created a fist for a moment before turning to see a creature in gold, what was it? All she knew at the moment is that it was not friendly, on top of that it seemed one of the rangers had removed the helmet. Was that safe she thought to herself, did the creature have something to take advantage of because the black ranger had no helmet on? This event was way to real and so she wondered if she had slipped somewhere and bumped her head or if she was in a coma. Everything was way to real to be fake and soon Candice headed towards the gold dude, she stayed a nice distance but she was closer to him and was only a 10 steps away from her partner Hayden.

Goldar laugh when one of the rangers tried to take him on, one ranger was not enough. Even more so that these rangers were new at this sort of thing. The gold being soon pointed his sword at the lot who were still busy with the foot soldiers, he would now intervene with the rangers. It was the perfect time, he did not fear any of the ranger. His eyes gazed over the pink ranger, a laugh followed as his sword soon pointed at the pink ranger. The rangers were nothing to him and the pink ranger was no threat to him but would that always stay the same?

Goldar: "Hahahahahaaaaaaaaaa....... Foolish power rangers, you can't beat the mighty Goldar. When I defeat you, I will take your power coins and give to my empress. Then we will grind this planet into nothingness. Hahahahahahaaaaaa. Come take me on if you dare pink ranger, I will play with you for a while before destroying you where you stand."

Candice: "Goldar huh, I will remember that name."

She was not going to take him on, she was not sure of her abilities yet and at that it might be better to do it with the ranger she was partnered up with or better with the group as a whole. The pink ranger soon turned to see how the others were doing and this was her second mistake as this gave Goldar a reason to charge at her and by the time she turned round he was in front of her and so he attacked her causing her to fly back a bit and having some form of sparks to happen. On top of that her suit had a black mark on now.

Seeing Goldar attack Candice Ethan pulled out his gun and carefully aimed before firing at the armored creature. However one of the putty patrollers saw the opportunity and punched him in the back of the head, not even a second after he pulled the trigger. After turning around he quickly fired another shot hitting the monster point blanc in the chest.

While the shot took that putty down the rock gauntlet wearing had gotten back up and seeing what had happened to it's ally , it knocked the blaster out of Ethan's hand. Angrily the unarmed blue Ranger responded by kneeing it in what would have been the crotch if it was human.

[Snarfulblast]

"Heller ser I would to sell you some SPIDERS and BATS!" Lucas seeing the opportunity to sneak up behind the gold guy whose name is apparently Goldar, which he then proceeds to jump on Goldar's back and execute a successful strangle hold.

"Good, now let's take Goldie Locks over there and teach him not mess with us Rangers." Hayden turns towards Goldar and yells,"You want to fight, then well give you a fight, but not a one on one no your way to powerful for that so it's all or nothing."

[Duthguy]

When Goldar got hit by Ethans's shot he looked in his direction but upon seeing the blue ranger fight decided he wasn't worth his time. Ethan who had no idea that he even managed to get the armored ape's attention, was desperately trying to reach his gun so that he could deal with the rock gauntlet putty patroller. The clay creature had responded to the totally ineffective kick by punhing hte blue hard enough in the chest to force him down on his knees and was now kicking him in the sides.

[Royzooka]

Goldar: "Very well power brats, I will defeat you all for my empress."

Even with the yellow ranger strangling him he was still ready though of course he would do whatever he could to get them off him. The putties were slowly but surely dropping in numbers.

Candice: "I think we should do a team attack, just you and me before sending the rest of us in to take this goof on."

She was not clear what the attack was but she hoped her partner was gamed to do it with her. So far she had seen she was flexible and maybe that meant she was the agile one or at least one of them. Candice had yet not touched the weapon on her as she soon nodded for a moment before making a stance followed up with her hinting to an attack coming. Whatever the team attack would be would need to be done quickly. Soon she was off, hopefully red ranger would follow behind as the pink ranger soon jumped in the air and did a flying kick towards the golden goof. With her partner following in for an attack Goldar should get a surprise from one of them if not both of them. Candice planned to hit him on his upper left chest to make him stagger if she was strong enough, hopefully her partner could help with that.

Kiara glanced at her teammates for a moment, all of them were fighting and some of them were even joining her to fight goldylocks. Perhaps they weren't that bad, but she wanted to see what they could do. And as she saw that the Ulgy Puglies were dropping rapadly, she yawned for a moment. There were six of them, and just a few of those Ulgy Puglies, and then ofcourse there was that Goldylocks. Perhaps it was time for her midnight nap? They could handle it with just the five of them right?
"You guys can handle the rest right?"
Kiara grinned, as she walked towards her helmet and placed it back on her head. As she then walked towards one of the buildings that more or less had collapsed, as she reached it she layed down so that she could see the fight, and even get her beauty sleep.
As she sat down, she made herself comfortable so that she could see the fight, and even enjoy a bit of relaxation. She wasn't planning to fight for now, although she got quite the thrill a moment ago. She had just entered her relaxation mode, and wasn't planning on coming out of it for the time being. They could easily take down that princess by themselves.

[Snarfulblast]

"Hey Lucas help me hold this guy." Hayden rushes Goldar and grabs his arm, using his leg he traps Goldar's leg.

"You got it." Lucas lets go of Goldar and pulls a similar move to Goldar's other leg and arm."Well now looks like your going down goldielocks."

"Hmmph, pitiful." Goldar takes his arms and pulls them forward into a clapping motion the force of this throws Hayden and Lucas off of him sending them flying, Hayden crashes into Ethan and the rock gauntlet Putty troop. Lucas crashes into the last few Putty soldiers.

Watching everything unfold Jennifer figured "Screw it" and attacked Goldar. After exchanging a few blows Jennifer was thrown back in a hail of sparks. Getting up she punched the ground and charged again with Goldar dispatching her swiftly and sending her flying to the feet of her team mates.

"Any ideas?" she asked

Thanks to Hayden's unintentional help Ethan managed to reach his gun and finished his opponent off with a head shot.When the white ranger asked for ideas he could only think of only one thing."Just one, we could try to hit to Goldar with all our blasters at the same time. No matter how strong he strong is I doubt he'll like that."
