Like I said, it's a good thing stats don't matter. It's reasonably the only way he could compete. And even then he's going to have to rely on his smarts to make up for a lack of power.

My Servant, Charlotte Corday, has a similar problem. Though in her case she's an Assassin so she is supposed to have a weaker legend than most.
