Depends. I think retcon would be better and more efficient. We can just say that the new Caster and Rider's Master have been around for the whole RP.

Idk, maybe they used it just to give it a name in the post? Lancer didn't really call him Beast, it was just in the description. At least that's what I think.

He doesn't knoe it. He is merely guessing that it looks like a beast. If a dragon approaches you trying to kill you, I'm pretty sure you'd also call it a beast xD

He doesn't know for sure, but has decided to call it beast for the time being.

Nidhogg didn't shift into his monster form, he just used his awakened roots to stylize some armor to look like his true form. Lancer has yet to earn the privilege to fight against Beast at his strongest. I get what you're saying though, just wanted to be sure.
