[IC] Zane's World of Quests

Zane was sitting at her desk in the back of her newly remodeled Tavern and Inn. She had a few quests that she needed done. All for her own personal use. Each item would be useful in one way or another. The first three were within two day ride or four day walk. She had made several other lists and had the expense money ready. Now all she had to do was to recheck her lists.

She smiled as she looked at the three quests. If these three quests go well, she would send people further out. She had the map and she had made lines so that each participant could see how many hours or days that it would take to get to a certain place. Each square was a day’s worth of riding with no mishaps or two days’ worth of walking with no mishaps.

Zane walked out of her office and to the public bulletin board. She placed the map and the names of the three Quests.

Zane went to the desk to relive Gus for a while and he could go eat and rest.

Marco was walking up the street toward Zane's Tavern, he had to talk to her about putting up a bounty for a group of bandits that were hitting caravans along the homing to Braedon(2.town?) road. he got to the tavern to see Zane at the front desk, taking off his helmet as he entered, he went up to her with the missive "hey Zane, got a quest to put up on behalf of the guard, bandits on the road"

"so is smith your name or your profession?" a confused individual asked Smith, who was in fact a smith, "yep" he replied, the person looked at him for a moment before speaking "right, well could you fix this and make about twenty nails?" he asked handing smith a broken tool "yeah i'll see what i can do. come back later i'll have it done" with that smith took the tool and some metal and got to work on fixing it.

[Aisling]

Zane smiled as she took out a form.
"That is fine. I have a form that you will need to fill out then it will be posted." she spoke with a smile as she pulls out a sheet of paper.
"Here you go, Marco. Do you have any money to put up for it or do you need funding?"

Additional note: Report to sergeant Marco after accepting, he will accompany your party. Max party of 3.

Marco filled out the form, handing it back to Zane "there, I'll be waiting here for awhile for anyone to accept the bounty." he nodded to Zane and went over to the bar and took a seat to wait for someone to accept the quest and they would head out.

Second floor of the Tavern and Inn

Zane walked over to where Marco was sitting.
"Are you putting up the bounty? And how much so I can be sure to give the proper paper work to post it. Also do you know how many there are?" she asked.

[Zetsuko]

Marco turned to Zane to respond to her Question
"yeah, i'm putting up this bounty, there are reported to be 6 or 7 bandits, not many but they're troublesome, and how much what?"

[Aisling]

"How much bounty. Most will want to know that. I do hope that you get help for this quest soon. I'd like to have my Quests fulfilled an having bandits on the road is not good for such things." Zane spoke.

[Zetsuko]

"oh, it's 70 gold coins on the bounty, that's what they gave me for it" Marco answered "I just need a couple good people and we'll have the road clear and safe for travel"

[Aisling]

"That is a decent amount of money. I shall post it. Are you wanting a drink? I'll give you one on the house for putting up a quest."Zane offered as she waved at Thomas who nodded. He knew what she meant.

[Zetsuko]

"Hah, yeah i'll have a drink" Marco said as the bartender came over and put a drink in front of him. he picked up the drink, tipping it back, and downing part of it.

Smith had fixed the tool quickly, i wasn't that badly damaged, and made the nails. he tied them in a bundle to wait for the owner to come back and collect them. while he waited he picked up a sword he had been making for himself and started hammering the blade straight. after all, if he's going to go out and look for exotic materials for his craft he would need a good blade to defend himself, right?

[Aisling]

"So you have a Quest up. How dangerous is it if I may ask."" Thomas spoke as he wiped down an already clean table. His mind was wandering about. He was needing a vacation but just for a few days.

Jackwell Archer yawned as his eyes drifted open, in the bed of Zane's Inn's Second Floor's Room 9. As he got up he stretched and dressed, deciding that he'd go and get something to eat, then head to go target practice. He grabbed his crossbow, arrows, andquiver, and slung them over his back.

After he was ready he went downstairs to the main floor, and overheard that a guard was setting a bounty on several bandits. Interested in the 70 gold bounty, he walked towards the Front Desk. "You're looking for Bounty Hunters?" he said as he gripped his crossbow out of it's holster.

[Aisling]

"A gentleman by the name of Marco in the bar is. It would be either Zane or Marco that you would want to speak with." Gus spoke as he pointed towards the bar.

Jackwell nodded as he entered the bar and saw two people drinking and talking about what sounded like the quest he was interested in. He walked up to them and asked, "Are either of you the people hiring Bounty Hunters?"

[Zetsuko]

Marco turned toward the guy with the crossbow that was interested in the bounty "yeah, i'm looking for someone to help with some bandits, think your up for it?"

"Definately." Jackwell said as he sat on a stool in the bar, snapping his fingers towards the bartender for a drink. "How many more people you lookin for to join this quest?" he asked as he downed a drink.

"Whatcha have? Free drink if you are accepted as part of a quest." Thomas spoke in usual gruff voice.

@Boboclown98 "looking for no more than three" Marco said "we'll wait a bit to see if anyone else is interested, then we set out" he put down his empty mug and turned to zane "if anyone else gets interested, i'll be by the road out, and thanks for the drink" and with that he walked out to wait by the road.
