Cassandra thought it would just fade away, but it didn't of course. Owen was a jerk, and as he grabbed Kaden, she lept up. "He hasn't done anything, you idiot! We haven't done anything either" It took a lot of will power to not push Owen away. "If Kaden needed to be bailed out, I'd do it. Because, one, it would spite you, you small little man, and two that's what friends are for! Leave us alone!" she managed not to shout, as she glared at the police officer.

Vanessa

Vanessa brought Kaden his coke and sat down next to him once she had put down his glass. She ate some from her soup. ''Well.. Maybe it is a idea.. It could also bring more tourists too our little town'' She said. ''But.. I will first need a normal job and some funds for a building.. Heck, let's start with a building'' she said. She looked at Kade with his joke and poked him on his arm. ''You know, I was gonna ask it nicely and offer you a extra dessert but now...'' she said with a soft giggle. ''Riley told me a wolf came very close to their camping side'' she said and shook her head. ''They should put up more people to patrol around the park.. those animals are getting so used to feeding of the human camping sides that they not only forget how to hunt for their own, they also get like.. offended when you don't feed them'' she said. She rolled with her shoulders and smiled. ''Let's not have it about the nature park...'' she said. ''Kade, what are your plans now you are home? I mean.. Will you stay here in Red Lake or are you gonna travel around?'' she asked. When Riley asked her if she was going to travel in the nearby future she shook her head. ''I am planning on settling down a little but we can plan a travel soon.. I think that I'll take you to Scotland, the highlands is something you are gonna love'' she said. ''And a travel isn't a travel if you don't stay away for at least a month, so I am gonna backpack with you around Scotland, Ireland and Whales.. Maybe also taking the UK a long'' she said

Mia

On James his reaction she just smiled and once she was back home, she took his blouse from the hanger and folded it nicely and placed it in a bag. The dinner and her clothes / repair store was on the same block so once it was folded and placed in the bag, she walked out and waited their for him to pass by. She sipped on her chocolate-coffee with a smile. James was a pain in the ass, or he could be. But she also knew that he could be a nice guy.. Just, the fact that he was the deputy was something that sometimes.. or most of the time got to his head. When she saw him walking back to his cruiser she waved at him. She hoped that he would come to pick up the blouse, she didn't like it when people waited weeks to pick up their repaired belongings. She used to let them pay afterwards but when that kept happening, she started to let them pay in advance.

Riley quickly started to dig into the food that Vanessa had made like she hadn't eaten anything in months she didn't even know why she was this hungry at all. She turned to look over at Kade as he nudged her and smiled softly and laughed, nodding towards him finishing eating down the food she had in her mouth. "Yeah I guess we would have to do that after we finish eating." Riley said quickly drinking down over half of her glass of coke before putting it down, when Vanessa brought up the camp incident she nodded slowly. "That's why we finished the camping trip so early." She said before sitting back finishing everything that was on her plate in seconds and went to grab some more. Turning her attention towards Vanessa and smiled. "I'd love that whenever you do go again it would be a lot of fun."

Krista quickly stood up reaching over to hold Cassandra's hand looking at her for a moment before pulling her into a hug just to try and calm her down. Watching Owens finally leave she really did want to beat him up but she knew that it wouldn't turn out very well, she went back and sat down looking between the two of them. "We should tell Riley about this to you know." Krista said and sighed slightly.

Kade

smiling. "thank you" when she sat the glass of Coke down he went to eating on his own, not as quickly as Riley seemed to be tearing into her meal but still, he could pack it on.. increased hunger, he was two for two. as he ate, he listened to the conversation, stopping to wipe his mouth, take a drink of coke "find a building wouldn't be a problem, but like with real estate its location location location" Kade laughed. "oh, sure you were, and I'd never turn down an extra desert, never so we'll do it i think, me and Riley here." when something about a wolf was mentioned. "a wolf, wow its a good thing you cut it short, don't want anyone getting hurt" trying the soup, and even eating as he was, the food was delicious, the flavors on his tongue just exploded. "ah, they'll never do that, and if the teenager around here, hear you saying that they'll lose their make out spots and then you'll be egged and TP'd all year around" smirking to Sarah and Vanessa. "me?" sighing as he sat back. "find a job, stay in one place for a while, get use to the idea of people not wanting to shoot at me, you know" rolling his neck in that way that all those that served did when the talk went to them, and got close to their tour of duty and what not.. "the discharged i got, doesn't give me a GI Bill so whatever money i got in the bank, which has my grandmother's account now added to it, should keep me going for a little til i find something" finished not long after Riley did he went back for seconds. "China is pretty amazing, i spent two weeks there before deployment and it was unreal, i walked the great wall, saw the forbidden city, really cool place i think, if you ladies to do, its not something I'd miss"

Owen

He saw her waving, he remembered as he sipped his coffee and pulled the cruiser around and pulled up to her waiting, sipping on her chocolate coffee. rolling the passenger window down, he grinned. "how much do i owe ya Mia?" he asked, pulling out his wallet. "and really, you don't know that kid like i do, he's a bad egg, trust me.. if i didn't put the fear of the law into them now and then, they'd think they own this town"

Cassandra hated bullies, and it was worse when they were in a position of power, like a police officer. Then arrogance took a part as well, and Cassie just hated that. She sighed, turning into Krista's hug. "I can't believe something like that is a cop" She said, annoyed, before drawing in a deep breath and nodded, "You're right, we should"

[Nallore]

Riley looked at Kade and nodded though she was getting tired of talking about the wolf attack it had been a very crazy night since then and she just wanted to talk to her friends about the wolf attack she could feel that something wasn't that right about her but didn't want to say anything just yet. "Desert would be really great." Riley said with a smile as she finished eating. She sat back listening to the conversation between the three adults and smiled. "Well if you do need a job Kade we could use a few extra hands at the bed and breakfast, but its if you want to." Sarah suggested she stood up looking to Vanessa. "Lets go and grab the deserts."

Krista looked at Cassandra and Kaden as she started to think about going back home to think about what they all have been talking about. "I think I should go home now and try and think all of this through i'm trying to wrap my mind around this whole wolf attack thing."

Vanessa smiled and liked to see how they ate the food she had prepared. When everything was gone she smiled and got up. She took their plates and walked inside, placing them down. She opened the fridge and got out the ice coups and the vanilla whipped cream. With care she did some whipped cream on the ice cream and then served them. ''Strawberry and Chocolate ice cream with self made Vanilla ice cream'' she said with a smiled and placed them in front of her guests with a dessert spoon. Then she sat down next to Kade again. ''If I was you, I would accept that offer for the B&B'' she said. ''It is a nice place and I helped during the summers here'' she said with a smile. ''And, once I got my location and I can start building I can always use someone strong to help me'' she said with a smile.

She listened to Kade's idea about the great wall of china. ''Sure, it was beautiful when I was there.. Seeing the sunset in china feels really... Different or it did for me'' she said. ''Well, maybe then we go too China.. But first lets get some money together for the journey.. I didn't mind sleeping under a sky full of stars so now and then but I don't want you to sleep under it too young lady'' she said with a wink.

MIA

Mia smiled. ''I know he has done a lot of things wrong Jimmy'' she said and looked at him. ''But people cán change, you know that'' she said. ''Jimmy, those buttons are worth $ 0,50 dollar cent or so'' she said. ''Keep that in your pocket or I am gonna throw them back at you, Officer'' she said with a giggle and then stood straight again. ''I'll see you next time Jimmy'' she said and turned around. At her door she turned back. ''Or do you feel like drinking that glass of wine you've promised to come drink like.. five weeks ago?'' she said and raised her eyebrow. He probably would say no, he always said no when he was working but she could try. She was home alone, as always and they didn't have a pub in Red Lake to go for a drink, only the dinner. She waited for him to answer and leaned against her shop door.

Kade

"thank you Vanessa, you don't have to wait on me though" he said as she took his empty plate, knowing his words fell on deaf ears, so he sat back and waited with Riley for desert. once Sarah was gone, he lowered his voice to that of a mumble. "i know you can hear me as if i was speaking normally Riley, but first don't get worked up, every emotion is going to be intense right now" his lips barely moving "what happened to you, its only the beginning, i need to know if you were the only one attacked or not.. head shake yes for you were the only one, head shake no if you wasn't" and then Vanessa and Sarah came back out. Kade nodded, acting nothing had happened. "looks delicious Vanessa, and Sarah thank you for that, i don't mind helping out with whatever you need, thank you" he said, taking the ice cream and he began eating it, tasting all the flavors. "mm, delicious"

Owen

James sat in the cruiser, staring at Mia. "some people can change, others are lost causes its harsh to say i know, but" he shrugged as he held his wallet, before he smirked. "really Mia, you keep giving everyone a freebie and you wont make any money" he said, closing his wallet, knowing better to fight it, he took the shirt. "thank you" smiling as she giggled, he reached back, hooking the shirt up in the back, then watched Mia heading back to her shop door before she stopped and once again asked about the glass of wine. he inhaled, looking at the clock. "you know what" rolling the windows up, he locked the cruiser, before climbing out. "i think i will come for that glass of wine, and it wasn't five weeks, Ms. Dramatic here" walking up behind her. "let me" grabbing around her, and pulling open the door for her.

Cassie was disappointed that their hanging out seemed to have finished early, but did agree this was a lot to think about. As if being a teenager wasn't heard enough, now they had this to deal with? It seemed too much, and now...she drew in a breath, "disappearing bites is hard enough to wrap around, but to have to worry about implications from it" she gave a sigh, "it's just hard" she looked down at her drink, and finished it off, wondering what sh should do now. Maybe she could go do research. See if anyone else out in the world was talking of disappearing injuries.

As Owen walked away, Kaden did everything in his power from lunging after him. Fists clenched, an intense glare in his eyes. Almost like a killer's stare, steely and cold. But a deep breath, and Kaden prevented himself from really getting into trouble. He turned back to Krista and Cassie. "Riley needs to know. Pretty much everyone needs to be in on this. Maybe we should hold a full on meeting. Everyone who was involved in the attack should sit down and talk this out. If… If there are strange effects from this wolf. We'll need to talk about what do we do. As far as I'm concerned, we keep it in the circle."
