To it's haunted house event,
Go on and have yourself a ball!
It's all just fun and games.
Across the town the creepies crawl,
and so could you my friend!
We mean to impress and enthrall,
Every house you may go in.
No need to wait, no need to stall,
That is if you have the guts,
And you have enough gall,
Explore and wonder,
If you'll come back at all.
The entrance to the event is lit up and very lively, down the main road on either side has about six shops. On the right there is a popcorn vendor, a cotton candy vendor,a line of elderly people handing out candy to children, a bag toss game, and a tiny haunted house for the kids and a mask stand. On the left there is an old man handing out cups of apple cider, a pumpkin carving station, a face painting stand, pin the leaf on the pumpkin, and old fashioned wooden walls that have the faces cut out for pictures. All sorts of typical decorations are stuck to the windows and hung around the stand. people are laughing and having a good time.
behind the popcorn stand, the road turns right. In between the cider and pumpkin carving station, the road goes left. And straight ahead there is a three way fork and straight ahead you can see the road continue for a few miles past a few houses then veer off to the right behind some trees.
