[OOC] Rampant: A Superhero/ Supervillain RP

I know me and SuperSlyveon have something set up, but anyone who's been in Cleveland probably might know Grace, seeing how she's bounced around a lot from job to job.

If anyone wants to ally with Tess or anything let me know. She'll be en route to Cleveland to start since she's originally stationed in Chicago. She's probably going to need an older sibling figure/mother or father figure.

A quick summary of Dragon so you guys don't have to read all of it-

1. She's a muslim librarian.
2. She has the internet in her head, and is a master of hacking. Hackery?
3. She has catalogued 99% of all of the superheroes and villains in her head, matching them to their actual identities.
4. She was the coordinator for the main superheroes of Cleveland before the tragedy, so right now, she's in mourning.

2. Main job is getting rid of any occult based villains(Zombies, Vampires, Ghosts etc) but also helps fight high profile villains and whatnot from time to time with other superheroes
3. Not high profile at all, known only by people who go intentionally looking for him
4. Knows Joaquín Santiago from his past

Might as well put in a summary of Phoenix, too:

1. Ex-Marine Corps Officer (meaning she is super badass, even before she gained powers), and Engineer
2. Lost her arm overseas, now has a cyberkinetic one
3. ...that she built using Victor Knight's money (they're dating)
4. Comes back to life every time she is killed, in a burst of flames; Immune to external influences of temperature, her body is perfectly regulated (so fire and freezing alike cannot harm her)
5. Has angel wings and can fly, and wears a suit of Norse armor, along with a sword, resembling Valkyrie of ancient mythology
6. Suffers from PTSD, and paranoia
7. Has a very strict moral code, and believes that everyone deserves dignity, and mercy

1. Lived in upper middle class family.
2. Went to college, got a degree in something (didn't decide on what yet, sorry)
3. Was a waitress, didn't involve herself in any conflicts. Still powerful, but registered by government.
4. Has Lie Detection and Earth Manipulations for powers.

Summary of Victor/Crisis:

1. Is a filthy rich billionaire, playboy, genius philanthropist.
2. Master of all currently known martial arts.
3. Uses a wide variety of lethal weaponry and gadgets in his pursuit of vengeance and justice.
4. His powers consists of enhanced physical form and mental prowess.
5. Owns Knight Enterprises, which is a multinational, multi-billion dollar company with branches and departments all across the globe, from Knight's Beauty Boutiques, to mining facilities, ocean and lake shipping, food, vegetable, and agricultural departments, and oil drilling and refineries.
6. Has a sleek, badass motorcycle that can sprout black blades all along the front and sides, and play a mean, speaker-bassing Ain't That a Kick in the Head.
7. Publically dates one Ex-Marine Corps Officer.

How many villains do we actually have? it seems like everyone's a hero or a villain that only hunts down villains.

I have one hero who also hunts down heroes, and another hero who isn't exactly heroic... sorry about that.

And I have a hero who is just trying to take down villains so things can get back to normal. She's not so sure she wants to be a part of this.

If necessary, I can soup out a villain. I have a few NPCs; Gregory Hill/Pop-Eye - Martial Arts master, and teacher/instructor/adviser/bodyguard to both Victor Knight and Crisis, although the man is getting quite old, and just spends his time back in New York, at the main Crisis base, exercising or something. I also have Vincent Goyle, a high-ranking, fourty year old man in Knight Enterprises that often handles business whenever Victor isn't available. He's the main man that helped rise Knight Enterprises up from the ashes, whilst Victor was travelling with Greg.

I don't think neither will be villains, but I can definitely make on when/if necessary. Possibly a King-Pin-like character, or something monstrous, like a mutated shark or something.
