@Spriggs27 It's up to you and your consciousness. They certainly harass women and bully people to get money or just for fun. But they would never commit any serious crime such as killing or raping, 'cause their leader wouldn't allow them. They are like those bancho gangs you see in older japanese media, they certainly aren't within the law, but they have their own code of moral and stick to it for their life.

Ultimately it's up to you to decide, if you kill them or not, I just had to portray their character right before a big mistake was done.

Really ? Cops don't really do much in Japan, they just stand around and sleep on the job, how do you think Anime villains and protaganist villains get away with murder, the police don't do their jobs.

It wouldn't be an issue if I had my character hear the sound calling the chasers, but not know those who sent it out when I get there would it?

@AgentFallenSoul That or I was possibly thinking of being something of a self taught Chaser, in a sense. Using what was taught to me from the youkai in my bio. Thus only barely picking up on the sound if I were to concentrate enough, trying to follow it to the best of my ability. Either of the two though

@AgentFallenSoul I think you're confusing Shiina with Chikage! I don't think Chikage even showed up yet, considering she's sending a message from her music store. Shiina is the one who's talking to the two 'strangers' atm.

Wait im super confused now, the girl called Shiina Chikage, but then it says Shiina is the one who's talking, so am I reading that entirely wrong or is Shiina's last name Chikage as well?

KoL's post is a collaborative post between the GM's! So Shiina (@TheWindel's character) is being spoken to by the two strangers, who were sent by Chikage (@KoL's character).
