Ha thankfully we haven't gotten hail where I live yet, just freezing rain. Which can be better or worse depending on how you look at it. My little sister has been very entertained with being able to ice skate on the sidewalk.

Hmmm a sign up thread is probably a good idea.

As for the class, just be honest and explain why you really wish to be in this professor's class. Thank them for there time and consideration. Honest is the best policy as they say
