Ramara

Ramara sat there on her horse, groaning slightly in her mind. Apparently the child never listened in the first place, I wonder if the paladin did either, she thought to herself. Letting a child go on like that without listening was only going to cause problems in the future, especially when the only person he looks up to is trying to pass it off that people were picking on him instead of educating. She almost felt sorry for the squire; when someone did actually verbally attack him he wouldn't know how to handle it.

Taking a moment she wondered if this was actually compassion for him or... taking a breath she stifled the want to belch. No, just gas, she thought to herself. Gotta lay off the jerky. Her attention was quickly brought to Wade when he piped in with his question of whether she was really an assign. Turning slightly in her saddle she looked at him with a slight smirk on her lips. "I guess we will see," she said before turning back around and her face going blank once again.

Regalia

Regalia merely sighed at the child's outburst and Ishamels command. Neither sat well with her. Daniel had completely missed what she had sad and drawn some very offensive conclusions in her mind. Ones that had she been most anyone else probably would have resulted in a back hand across his face. Ishmaels words did not help the situation either in her eyes.

She had been asked to join to help with Inyata and now it seemed that the two that really needed a lesson was them. A paladin of all people should have better manners. Rubbing her temples slightly she let it go. Smiling slightly as she listened to both Inyata and Jasmin talk to each other. Perhaps those two would be able to find a friendship based on more than sword and steel. Inyata would need friends in the future, all did whether they admitted it or not.

Wade scratched his beard a little, looking at the squire. "Class dismissed, then." He said, after the squire had finished his ramble. He simply kept walking, puffing on the pipe in hand and pulling back taking it all in.

The attractive blonde female riding in the settle near Wade, actually responded to his question. I guess we will see Came the annoyingly cryptic answer. Wade gave her a quizzical look, as she seemed to have broken her perfect demeanor to tell him this. He didn't like the break in character as the smirk annoyed him, mostly due to the fact that it was accompanied by a cryptic response. "You have to be cryptic, now do you? Is that what the kids are doing now a days?" His face gave off an angrily disappointed expression as he looked up at her. "I already know you're an assassin from what the kid just said, and you've pretty much proved it now."

Wade sighed and blew out another puff. "But eeeeverybody has to be cryptic. Everybody's gotta have a secret." Before puffing on the pipe and sighing again he continued by raising his voice, "EVERYBODY'S GOTTA BE SPECIAL!" His hand movements were especially expressive for the occasion, waving back and forth. It was yet to be proved whether he was so expressive of his opinion because of the strange leaf he was smoking or he was just always that talkative.

His attention was soon averted towards the shapes his smoking was taking, as he started to try making smoke circles. It was always an entertaining sight, even if you weren't on drugs.

Ramara

Ramara just sat there as she listened to Wade get what seemed to be rather agitated with her. She debated if it was the drunkenness, perhaps what he smoking or if he was just actually that easily agitated. Shrugging to herself she just kept her eyes toward where she was sitting. Then he continued and she decided to speak once he had finished his little rant. "So what's your secret?" she asked in an emotionless tone, not bothering to turn around to make eye contact.

Right or not in his agitation, he was right about one thing; they all most likely had secrets. Perhaps not purposeful ones but they were all secrets right now because they did not know each other. That's how life was, everything was a secret until it came out; the only difference was how long it took for them to emerge and who they chose to tell them to. Some thing remained secrets out of fear, others out of being ashamed. For Ramara her secrets where her own only because she kept enough distance emotionally from anyone to keep from having to open up to anyone about them.

Ishmael

He sighed at the whole thing. He would apologize later to Regallia and Ramara later. He knew they meant well but the boy was to angry to understand. He was beginning to wonder if it would be harder to teach him once more. He looked to Regallia and Ramara apologetically nodding his head. He had his horse move back to have it walk beside Ramara. He then tried to talk as quietly as possible, enough for Wade to hear to. "I apologize for what I said. I know you two meant well for the boy, Right now his anger is clouding his judgement. Starting to wonder if all he payed attention to any teachings he received. He has no patience and looks like he is easy to anger. Again I apologize, I didn't mean to be rude." He said. He then nodded to them and proceeded his horse forward to move it beside Regallia.

"Look I am sorry for what I said,.. I know you meant good by the boy, it's just...." He looked around towards the boy who seemed to still be angry. "He is still just a boy, his anger got the best of him, I felt it best to put it to a end seeing as none of your words were getting back to him at all. Perhaps later I will have a talk with him about it." He said sighing.... He looked to Inyata and Jasmin conversing. "How you are able to deal with young adults is beyond me. Killing demons, or undead is easy compared to teaching a young man patience and humilaty. Again sorry..." He then looked squire and back at her. "If you ever feel the need to smack him one, go ahead. It might bring him back to his senses." He said.

Ceceria

She smiled at the whole ordeal as she played her violin. Ishmael was a interesting fellow. A little Naive when it comes to teaching, but a interesting fellow. She wondered what this princess looked like. She stopped playing her violin, putting it away and looked around to Ishmael. "What is this princess like do you know?...." She asked.

Wade was taken aback by the sudden question shot at him by the attractive emotionless female. So what's your secret? He scratched his head and twiddled his pipe around for a little. His face seemed to go from worry to a little more dark and stricken expression. "That's..." He paused, looking a little foreboding, "...very complicated." The emotion seemed to leave him as he recalled a memory, it flashing before his eyes in a few seconds.

He recalled the smell of burning wood all around him, the feeling of heat from fires causing him to sweat, and the burning dead. The stench of bodies burning, flesh leaving the skin. It made him want to vomit. Most everyone was taking to covering their mouths with long clothes that could tie around their heads. Wade felt as though his nose hairs were burnt off from the blazing fires.

This memory was of the Genocide of Westbrook. A horrible event that Wade had a personal hand in. They had successfully stormed a fortress, having warned it at the beginning of the siege that if they didn't surrender, all would die and all would be burnt down. Now that it had been taken, they were making good on their word. Any survivors would be taken into captivity and forced labor. Any who got lazy and refused to work, would be beaten to death.

Zooming back into the present, Wade puffed a few times on his pipe and said, "I was once a peasant and I was thrown into the wars of nobles. I was a man-at-arms." That was the simple response. They took him at the onset of his manhood and made him to fight their wars. Manpower was the greatest commodity for a noble and Wade had been part of that commodity. "Wade, the fighter." He said it slowly, mulling over the sound of it while puffing at his pipe.

"Who are you again?" He said, realizing he didn't actually know the name of the woman he was talking to. In fact, he really didn't know anyone's names.

Tusk enters a tavern he pulls his hood down far to hide away his charred face, its been a long time since he had a drink or a bed ... He's hoping to find a job though he knows for a man like him there's only two kinds of jobs some one would give. Thats either killing ... or dying. He peered outside the window after taking a seat and muttered to quietly in orcish "If only the world were kinder ... if I don't get a job ... at least it'll be smaller" He was hungry with no money nor sigh of relief he was growing desperate the voice of Gruumsh (its an orcish god thats speaks to all orcs regardless of their religion or loyalty) spoke to him "Your pathetic sitting in an inn of elves if your hungry then take whats yours" tusk responded quietly "You do not reign over me Gruumsh I will not resort to foul play ... not yet."

After Scanning the tavern and finding nothing no new leads he decides to make his way else where and leaves the tavern for new opportunities.
Then he begins to head deeper into the city.
As he passed by random civillians he started asking around if anyone had noticed anything out of the ordinary and one of the villagers informed him there where was a powerful looking group heading outside of town and gave him a direction so he set off there hoping they might have a place for him

Regalia

Regalia perked a brow as Ishmael moved over to Ramara for a moment before moving over to her. Listening to him speak she simply nodded slightly as a smile came to her lips and a slight chuckle escaped. “Simple, with age comes patience,” she said as she looked over to him and winked. “A long time ago a friend of mine and I came across an orphaned young girl. She was a mess. More hyper than this one,” she said motioning to Inyata. “And far more naïve than that one,” motioning over to Daniel. “Add to that she was a complete klutz. I swear most of the gray hairs on my head were caused by her,” she said with a laugh.

“She was born with tremendous speed and agility, she learned to fight quickly and was amazing in battle but if she wasn’t specifically dealing with something along those terms she couldn’t take two steps without tripping and falling on her face,” Regalia groaned slightly as she thought back to her days helping to raise Kyd. “But she had a good heart and just needed direction. Granted I wasn’t this patient when she first came along. I would blow up, even wanted to pull my hair out but over time she calmed and so did I,” she said with a proud smile on her lips. “She grew up to be an amazing woman and is as far as I am concerned just as much my own child had I birthed her myself.”

Looking over to Ishmael she winked. “It’s okay, with as much as you have to teach him, he has just as much to teach you. You’ll see in time,” she said before looking back in front of her. “If I could give you one piece of advice paladin; if you teach him nothing else, teach him compassion. It is truly the greatest gift one can receive.”

Ramara

When Ishmael approached Ramara she did not look at him, simply keeping her eyes forward and her expression blank as she always did. Hearing his apology she perked a thin brow slightly and nodded in acceptance of his apology. Perhaps he was listening, she thought to herself as she sat there. She hoped he was, the child needed direction and the people of the group needed a leader not a commander. It seemed that all there had experience in the field, except perhaps the scribe and the squire. What was his deal she wondered to herself, he didn’t look like the intellectual type, his body was more built for war than word.

Shrugging to herself she listened to Wade and thought there was much more than he was not telling. What he had told wasn’t a secret per say, it was more a resume. As he asked who she was she turned to look at him, figuring since he was not being annoying or acting in a drunken manner right then it was appropriate. “Ramara Rawn, The Assassin Gypsy,” she said before turning back around and looking off into the direction they were traveling.

‘Huh!’ Inyata looked to Regalia as she was talking about the orphaned girl, she wondered who was the orphaned girl; that has inspired Inyata slightly since she thought types of kids like that orphan at her age was terrible to control and to mature; although… Inyata can’t really say anything herself.

Inyata sighed as she started getting tired and layed her head on Regalia’s back, starting to fall asleep; which probably isn’t surprising for Inyata if she wasted all that energy when she was back at the tavern itself.

The Night Is dark. The only light in the sky is the Full Moon. It shines like heavenly glow. Beowulf stands Up and looks at the moon as he bathes in its glow, He closes his eyes and begins to reminisce about his family. A Twig snaps.
Beowulf's Eyes Flash open and in a split second He is chasing down his prey again.

As the Sun rises Beowulf Returns to a small temporary den with a small dead deer in his hand. Placing it down some of the small Wolf pups Come up and start eating the dead animal. Beowulf watches the Pups eat the Deer for a few minutes after which he finds a dry spot of land to rest closing his eyes he feel accomplished.

Inyata opens up her eyes slowly as she didn’t feel comfortable and sighed softly, she wanted to have fun and she knows she can’t have that fun because of how serious or psychotic everyone is, looking to her right she spots a werewolf sleeping in a dry bit of land and jumps off the horse shouting ‘CUTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE’

She runs to the sleeping human-like wolf and pets him while he was asleep, unaware of the dangers that could be present, he could be hungry and want to eat her or he could attack her… But she apparently doesn’t notice these dangers and continues to pet him excitingly, wondering if he would ever wake up and enjoy this, maybe he would wag his tail, maybe he would wake up and cuddle her. She seemed to be very excited about this.

Such a cute wolf...’ she said in her head.

Wade cockedd his head to the side and looked up at her. "Assassin gypsy? Quite the combo." He finally decided it high time he switched out his leaf to a more sober leaf, that being tobacco. He withdrew a tobacco leaf from a satchel on his person and crammed the leaf into the pipe. He was using the embers from the previous leaf to light the tobacco.

Wade appeared to be relaxed with reality again, as no triggers were going off in his mind. It was nice. He needed to avoid any triggers from now on, because it made him feel better to be sober and free from worry than to be drunk and avoiding thinking about something. He let one of his eyes close as he looked back up at Ramara, "So riddle me this. Why does a gypsy become an assassin?"

Of course the conversation seemed to be completely interrupted by this new presence in the form of a werewolf sleeping. "Oh fantastic!" Wade said, not sure how to react. "We need silver." He plainly said, pulling out his sword and looking rather tired as he did so. "Y'all better hope the bastard is friendly, because I sure as hell don't have any silver." His reaction was cut short when the young pirate ran up to it and started loving all over it.

Wade opened both eyes and gave a rather angrily disappointed expression. "I'm not sure how to react to this." He looked the young pirate up and down, "It's a werewolf. They aren't exactly cuddly. You better be praying he's friendly."

Regalia

As Inyata jumped down she spun around on her horse and her eyes went wide. “Be careful!” she shouted as she saw what the young corsair was up to. Leaping down she placed her hand on the hilt of her blade and stepped forward carefully, eyeing the were in front of her. She had known Were’s in her past, some were her best friends, while others she knew could be deadly and ruthless. Like all races out there. Taking a few steps forward and coming up next to Inyata she tilted her head to the side. Why was this creature out here like this instead in a cave somewhere? It didn’t make any sense to her. She held her ground waiting for what ever happened next.

Ramara

Ramara smirked slightly as Wade asked her how a gypsy becomes an assassin. She shrugged slightly to the question. “Life has a lot of twists and turns,” she said before she spun around as she heard Inyata and leapt off her horse, drawing her crossed blades from her back. “Like this one,” she muttered as she stepped closer and came up to the other side of Inyata, flanking her with Regalia at this point. What in the hell was this girl thinking? That this thing was a pet? It wasn’t exactly the type of stray you took home to mom and dad to ask if you could please please keep it. It was the type you slaughtered while it slept and kept walking.

Raising her head slightly she began looking around. “If there is one, chances are there is a pack, be on the lookout,” she said to no one in particular as her gripe tightened on her short swords. It was apparent if anyone had known another Rawn that drawing and waiting to see what happened next seemed to be a running trend with them. Regalia on the other hand was standing there cautious but she had yet to draw. Ramara wondered if the old woman could actually move fast enough to draw if the thing decided to go for her throat.

Ishmael saw to what all the commotion was about and suddenly his armor turned white and glow as already a few of his spells were activating. He then dropped from his seat. His greatsword coming out of it's sheath and it too began to glow with a holy light. He moved forward with inhuman speed only granted to him from the endurance and speed of a bear. He took his sword and pinned it at the top of the werewolves head. He gave the wolf a moment to react and then whistled to get the creatures attention, The holy blade feeling like a thousand heavy needles upon the back of it's neck. "I have one question for you monster,... how you answer depends on whether you make it out of this meeting alive or not..." He said. He then looked to Inyata and frowned. Stupid naive little girl, she is going to get herself or them killed. He then looked back down at the visage of the werewolf. "Before you get any ideas of attacking, my blade has ended the lives of many lycanthrobes in the past.... now for the question. "Are you a ally to us or a enemy,... choose your words wisely beast. They just might be your last." He said in a demanding tone.

Ceceria watched and she smiled and just stared at Ishmael the holy night. His broad shoulders and stern face full of seriousness. She marveled at it and she started to feel a little envious of whoever he loved. This man was sure something she would dream of being with. Perhaps she found her self a permanent traveling companion. She would go with him just to share in his endeavors. He did not have to love her back or anything. She just wanted to be there and help him if he needed it. She drew out her daggers and got ready to fight if she had to.

Nova, looked to the window, it was night time now, a full moon to be exact the way the light would come through the window. Suddenly he appeared again. The vampire and he looked to the dead orc that had come. He sighed and looked to her shaking a finger at her. He then had to laugh and moved to her. "You are a wild one aren't you?..."
"Go fuck yourself"She said.
"Well that's not very princess like..." He responded.
"I'm sorry I meant to say piss off shitbag." she replied.

The vampire rose a brow and sighed. This woman was not much of a princess. She did not hesitate to say such mean words to anyone. Then again he did have her chained to a wall.

Regalia

“What in the world?” Regalia said in a confused voice as she watched the werewolf get up and bolt away from the group. Releasing her hand from the hilt of her sword she reached up and scratched her head slightly before turning her attention to Inyata and a concerned look came over her features as she reached out and rested a white gloves hand on the young corsairs shoulder.

“Rule one of being a proper Corsair. We never run into a situation before we assess what is before us. More than one fair maiden has lost her life and soul to such creatures thinking they were cute as they slept and wanting to be close to them. It is far better to take a moment to think than to jump straight in and lose your throat,” she said in a motherly voice before turning and making her way back over to her horse. Grabbing the reigns she swung herself up and into place; shifting slightly to get comfortable in her saddle before looking around at the rest of the group.

“Might I suggest we stop waiting on answers from some or checking out the local wild life. We have a job to do and every second we waste our Lady could be in worse danger,” she said as she coaxed her steed forward and held her hand out over to Inyata to climb back up.

Ramara

Ramara spun her swords around in her hand before sheathing in place on her back and huffing slightly as she blew her hair out of her face. “Waste of time,” she muttered before walking over to her horse and leaping back into the saddle before grabbing the reigns and taking her usual posture. Looking over at the young corsair she could only think that maybe Regalia had bitten off more than she could chew with this one. Having the life motto of run run run to the danger was a good way to have a very short life.

Hearing Regalia make the suggestion that they continue on her way she nodded slightly as she waited for the others to get back into position so they could leave. They had a job to do and Ramara didn’t want to waste any more time than they already had. She wanted to get this job over and done with quickly, get her payment and leave. She had other business to attend to and every moment that was wasted on side ventures or tom foolery just delayed her search.

Inyata looked to Regalia as soon as the white glove was firmly placed onto her rash shoulder and sighed softly in apologies, she didn’t understand what was so wrong with petting a wolf, it seemed harmless to her, but then again the wolf seemed to be in a pretty peaceful manner, she didn’t understand what was going on but she needed to understand that she was under regalia’s wing now, and that she needed behave otherwise something serious would happen.

Finally getting up following Regalia she held onto the older pirates hand, getting assistance getting up onto the jet-black beauty that she rode upon; finally wrapping her arms around the older lady’s waist after getting comfortable; totally feeling offended by what the assassin said. Right now Inyata wanted to hop back down from Regalia’s horse and push the horse that was being ridden by the ‘bitch’ as Inyata would attack that name in her head, aiming for it to be Ramara’s new nickname.

The Edge of the Forest

Ishmael put away his sword and then climbed back onto his horse helping Ceceria back up onto the horse. He sighed and mumbled. "That girl is going to get us killed or herself one of these days." He said. How can one survive in the world with out knowing the world. IT was pretty obvious to them that that thing meant danger to all of them. Yet there she was trying to pet it. Did her father teach her anything or did she just ignore it all. He rode up close to Regallia and then looked at Inyata. " Do not, do that again if you value your life, that was no damned puppy that you could pet. That was a were wolf. I have had to slay a few of those beasts in my time and I have seen the carnage they leave in the wake..... your lucky he just ran off. He could have easily torn you into ribbons." He then looked to Regalia.

"I thought Daniel was a handful,... looks like you got yourself one too" He said. He nodded to her words in agreement. "Beside getting back on schedule we need to vacate this area before that thing decides to come back." He said and continued forward. Daniel was speechless at how zealous they all were. Willing to fight down a were wolf without the use of silver weapons. Well the pirate lady, the older one, looked like she had silver weapons. He then looked to the young pirate and gulped. "You know what,... I am glad I had common sense taught to me. My father told me that not every creature was full of love and daisies and that some creatures are just best avoided.... " He said. He could not believe how stupid one could be. He was not the best member in the group, probably right there on the bottom of the list, but at least he did not try to pet a were wolf. He gulped once more and looked away.

Ceceria giggled and even pulled her eyelid down at Inyata. "You foolish girl, your going to get yourself killed one of these days." She said shaking her head. "Your lucky we were all here to try and protect you. I would almost shiver at the idea of what would have happened if we weren't... " She said gasping in false concern. Once more Inyata failed to impress her. This woman was foolish and stupid. She meet some stupid people in her life time but not this stupid.

The Deep Forest

Sitting on a log in the deep parts of the forest was a orc with heavy make shift armor. It was a odd mix of different types of metals and plates. Like he scavenged good parts of of damaged armor and put them together. The orc had a massive scar on his left side and a chipped tooth. He was cooking one of the residents of the forest on a spit over a fire. The color and light of the fire danced upon his features. Then he heard something run past and get caught in one of his traps. He smiled and got up picking up the most gruesome looking axe you would every think of and went to go see what he had caught. What he found was a were wolf hanging from a tree with a large rope tied to his ankle. The lycanthrobe struggled to get free and growled at the orc as he approached.

"Oohhh I never ate a werewolf before, I wonder how it tastes....." He said.
"You idiot you can only kill me with a silver weapon... that thing wont do shit...." The lycan barked. Gorgamesh looked to the axe and then to the werewolf and smirked. "Yeah,... I no idiot, me not stupid. But me know not even a immortal like yourself can survive if his head is cut off....." He said. The were wolf went wide eyed and began to struggle out of the rope even more. He even began to whimper as the orc rose his axe up over his head. The lycan swung out trying to keep the craze orc away but was not successful as his claws seemed to do nothing to the make shift armor. The orc swung and the axe hit home. The body of the lycan went limp as his head hit the forest floor. The orc struck the axe into the ground and lowered the lycan's body. Sure enough the lycan didn't begin to regenerate. Once the body hit the floor he took out his carving knife and began cutting away and into the lycan. He seperated the meet from the fur and began sticking them on a drying wrack and then worked on the fur. He cleaned it by dipping it in a little pond close by and then removed his arm and began to get to work. "Just in time too,... close to winter it is, needed new fur to keep me warm. You come along and solve all me problems." He said rather pleased. He began to weave and sow it into his armor making it warm and cozy. Making it winter ready. Once most of his armor was done and upgraded he moved to the lycan's head and did the same. Yanking one of the eye balls out and sucking the juices out.... "Oh yes ye going to taste really good in my belly."

He began to combine the lycan's head with his helmet making him almost look like a viking beserker almost or one of those snowcloaks from the skyrim video game. He smiled at his handy work rather pleased with himself and rose up to look at it. He then sat back down cooking up some of the meat to eat now while the rest hung over on a drying rack to make jerky from it. He was an odd orc. His speech was a bit off at times and he was a bit crazed in the head. So crazed in the head that his tribe kicked him out. Afraid of him hurting them. He was not stupid though. He knew how to survive and to live off the land. All his weapons and armor were crafted by him and him alone. Taking it from bits and pieces belonging to anyone who dared challenge him. Once the were wolf kabob looked good enough to eat he rose it up from the fire took a deep breath and blew into it and shoved about half of it in his mouth and began chewing. He heard a crunch and reached in his mouth to pull out a bone. "Oops missed one" He said and tossed the bone aside.

The Mountain Fortress

Nova looked about the place wondering if she would ever get out of here. She was hoping that her father would find out where she was and send a detachment to the location. These people were not smart, with the vampire being the only intelligent being she knew so far. They would slip up some where and get attention drawn onto them. She just hoped it would be soon. She did not know how long this Vampire would keep her here. He seemed to be fond of her blood and she looked around. "Are you there?... just release my legs I wont escape. The walls in here are too thick for me to blast through with magic....Plus it has been nearly three days and I need to pee really really bad." She said.

The vampire seemed to appear as she spoke. "You promise you won't try and escape?" He asked. She rolled her eyes.
"Did you hear what I said?... I can't escape, I know this place. The walls were built to withstand the greatest of seige machines. My strongest spell would do more harm to me then good." She said. Now if she bothered to listen when her teachers tried to teach her teleportation she would as soon as he undid the chains. He nodded surprisingly and unlocked the chains. She rose up and almost fell over. Her form falling onto the vampire.
"Sorry,... after sitting for so long there my legs have fallen asleep." She said, not really caring or anything she just didn't want this guy to get the wrong idea. Once she got feeling back into them she looked for a spot in the room. She finally found some sort of bucket and sighed. She moved over to it and then looked at him. "You can go now,... some privacy please?" She said and the vampire nodded and with that disappeared into the shadows. She unhooked her belt and dropped over the bucket. She wasn't lying she did have to pee. She then sighed wondering how in the hell she was going to get out of this.... the only thing she could do was wait it out. "No offense dread lord but... you picked a pretty stupid clan to use as your thralls. The Thousand Horses would have been a better choice, or the Dead wind Bandits.... no you picked the black moon clan....." She said. She swore she could hear laughing. Apparently he agreed. "I guess you just got to work with what you were given I suppose. I suppose I am safe here,... also don't take so much blood at one time. That first one made me a little dizzy."

She would have to play the waiting game. Someone would come for her, and someone will save her. She just hoped whoever it was, was ready to fight a vampire.

Malachite sat in her camp, a medium sized ten made with the fur of her most recent kill, and a few branches holding it up, she was sitting infront of a fire, 2 large skinned animals leaning into the brilliant flames cooking unevenly but cooking well. She had felt the nip of cold in the air and had covered herself a bit more with a bit more of the newly acquired fur, It wasn't much but that including the fire kept her easily warm enough to make it through this night. Like always she was decently aware of her surroundings, not going to allow anything to get a jump on her, and at the same time, she was relaxed as much as she possibly could.

Currently her next objective is the nearest town/city, she came to a recent realization that how could she make a tribe if she doesn't have a horde? so, her next goal is to make it to the next town and find a way to make a decent amount of gold. She has heard of something called "bounty hunting." having killed old bounty hunters coming after her for her previous bar fights, and has seen the bounty contracts on they're corpses...

Regalia

Regalia took Inyatas hand and helped her up onto the steed and let her get comfortable before pressing on. “It’s okay Inyata, just always give yourself a moment to think before you act,” she said in a reassuring voice before she squeeze the hand around her waist softly. Looking over to Ishmael she just smiled and shook her head. “She will be fine. I was once just like her and I think I turned out okay. She just needs a little guidance. Sadly being out on the road takes the innocence of the young far too early,” she said gently.

Looking at the others Regalia reached up and pushed her hair back and tucked it behind her ears. “No offense to any here but I doubt any of you have raised a child, so please let me handle Inyata. What she did was not stupidity. It was naivety. Stupidity is continuing to make the same mistake after being taught differently. Apparently she has not been taught. She will be. She is under my care. I will tend to her,” she said in a firm tone before looking over her shoulder at Inyata. “They mean well but don’t let it get to you. We all have to find our own place in the world. You will find yours and I have no doubt you will grow up to be a great Corsair one day,” she said with a wink.

Regalia understood what the group was trying to say but to her Inyata was now a surrogate daughter. She was her responsibility; which meant not only guidance but caring. Something most all could use in such a harsh world. There would be plenty of people to tell Inyata what was she was doing wrong, that was life. Regalia felt it was her place to make sure she had a positive influence and one she could rely on and trust. Sometimes kindness did over ride common sense but without kindness what were they fighting for? Regalia wanted to make Inyata aware of the dangers ahead but she did not want to smother what was good in the young one and leave her an empty shell with nothing left to fight for.

Ramara

Ramara perked a brow slightly at Regalia words. The woman surely had more patience than she had. Then she spoke of children and there was really nothing Ramara could say to counter it. She had never had children of her own, had Regalia? She didn’t know but she imagined if Regalia had raised a child that it would have been heard of. Perhaps it was before Regalias time in these lands? If it was, where were they now? She pushed the thought out of her mind and was just thankful that Inyata was not her concern.
