Personality: She is a genuinely nice girl, though she often expresses her annoyance when things go wrong. During battling she can come across as a more rash and demanding person. Though Verdi is much more friendly and cheery outside of battle. She even will talk to her rivals casually, sometimes merely to poke fun at them in a teasing manner.

History:
Verdi Salvatore is born and raised in italy for most of her life. Her mother and father both being italian as well. Growing up her interests was always towards cooking it was intriguing to say the least. Seeing her interest they allowed her to attend a cooking class in which she quickly grew in and soon mastered what they were teaching where she was more informed than the teacher in some cases. Quickly she rose beyond that going to a more prestigious cooking classes and eventually becoming a apprentice to a professional chef. Under the strict tutelage she grew more and more. Eventually though she was let out by her master and told that he could teach her no more.

Eventually she moved back to her parents in Monteriggioni though this was short lived as her father gotten a promotion and they had to move to Florence. Continuing her cooking though was what really mattered to her and as such she quickly went out to find a new chef that was willing to let her be their apprentice. Sadly she found none and as such eventually she wandered into a hobby store. Seeing as she had nothing better to do she entered and look around and see what was with the large commotion. Her intro was kind of odd to say the least as soon as she walked in to see what was happening she was handed a gundam deathscythe to use. Being forced into a battle she eventually found that for her it was like cooking requiring precision and control to win. Figuring out the controls and that was at first a bit awkward as shown with her falling and accidentally letting the vulcans go off. Eventually she figured out how and like with her cooking she took control over the "ingredients" and with precision "prepared" them. Though she won a few battles she eventually lost. Afterwords she was quick to demand a explanation on what happened.

She was told that it was a tournament and she was confused as a entrant and thus was rushed into the battle. As a way of saying sorry she was given the gunpla of deathscythe she used and a kit for the spiegel gundam. Seeing as she enjoyed herself she asked for help on how to put the kit together she was quickly ushered to a new room and given a impromptu lesson. A few years later she was now 13 and while she eventually managed to find a new chef to apprentice under like her previous one it was ended quickly seeing as she had nothing left to learn. Seeing as she kept up with her new found hobby of gunpla she used her sudden free time to enter multiple tournaments till eventually she won the 19 and under singles tournament. Stopping at the store where it all started where she decided to as with all of the other trophies to allow the owner to display them as her "sponser". It was than she decided to join the "blind" tourney that was going on and getting to the finals she was quickly destroyed by a wing gundam. It was only after she found her opponent was a world level competitor Ricardo Fellini.

It was there that he told her she had great skill but just needed more polish to really shine beautifully. So he left the store after placing a helmet with goggles on her head and left saying that in a few more years to challenge him again. The helmet quickly became on of her most prized possessions along with her gunpla and motorized scooter. It was a bit after that meeting she was sent a letter from Akiba Academy saying she was accepted to the gunpla school after a recommendation they received from one Ricardo Fellini. Deciding to accept the invitation she packed and flew to japan to attend the academy. Though she can speak the language she does have a habit of slipping italian into it at times as well.

Favorite Gundam Series: She's never actually sat down with any of the Anime or Manga. The actual lore of Gundam doesn't interest her. As such she tends to build completely divorced from any unintentional restrictions being lore savvy might put on her.

That said, she has a preference for U.C. Mobile Suits.

Personality:
Yuki tends to be rather quiet around new people. Common interests can and do mitigate this, and once she warms up to some one she opens people find a polite and friendly. 'Quiet' doesn't mean 'doormat' though, and she won't put up with some one trying to bully her.

History:
Yuki was born to a Japanese man and American woman, and her mother, was willing to play along and be a 'good wife' for a time. It wasn't until her father started telling Yuki that 'proper girls don't do such things' and forbidding her from pursuing things she was interested in that her mother dropped the act of the 'good wife' and the fighting started, and the fights quickly expanded to be about more then just the stiffing of Yuki's interests

Yuki was 13 when the fighting started to get real bad. So much so that she began to sneak out to get away from it. It was during one of these 'escapes' that she wandered into a hobby shop to get out of a sudden, heavy rain. Yuki had been aware of the Gunpla crazy, but hadn't really paid it much mind, she figured her father would just yell at her if she show any interest in it, but she there she was in a hobby shop, and away from him.

Yuki watched as a pair of fighters squared off in a rather intense dual that left both Gunpla totaled, after which the two combatants sat down and chatted about the fight like they'd been watching it on TV or something. Needless to say, it blew her mind, she was used how her parents fought after all. By the time her parents noticed she was and came looking for her, Yuki had already put a Zaku II together and was in the battle room learning how to make the thing move from one of the fighters she'd watched and approached with a battery of questions.

Her mother found her first, and instead of immediately taking Yuki home she let her finish what was very clearly a lesson. It'd been a long time since she'd seen Yuki genuinely happy anyway, she didn't want to spoil it. The fighting continued as per usual, and Yuki sneaking out during them became common, the search almost always ending at the hobby shop. Yuki coming home from school late also became common. In that Hobby shop she'd found sanctuary.

The Marriage last only another few months before her father made good on his threat to kick them both out, Yuki, like her mother, having become openly defiant, especially when if came to her new Gunpla hobby. The last straw coming from him breaking her Zaku II with a hammer and Yuki punching him in the face, breaking his nose, and when her mother refused to punish Yuki or let him punish her, he threw them both out, and true to the reply Yuki's mother had always made to the threat of being throw out, they where in America less then a week later.

Once they had settled in, and Yuki contacted her friends back in Japan to let them know she'd arrived safely and where settled in, Yuki began looking for a new 'sanctuary', and finding it in a fairly good sized independent hobby shop.

Now, a couple years later, her mother remarried, and her step father is an actual 'father' to her, and her new baby brother. She is a fixture at the hobby shop as well, and in the local tournament scene, and is know for some creative builds, even her 'straight builds' usually do, have one or two things they wouldn't normally do just to screw with people, earning her the nickname 'Sleeping Beauty' due to her leaning toward changing what the Gunpla does rather then changing how it looks.

But the fates would see her back in Japan, as an invitation to the Akihabara Academy made it's way to a very confused Yuki.

Hi Nu Noblesse

Hi Nu 'Noblesse'

Yuki's Hi Nu is based on a Gunpla she swears she's seen somewhere before, but can't seem to find proof of it existing leading her friends, and eventually Yuki her self to believe it was never real and she just dreamed it up, and they all agreed a Gunpla as awesome as the one she described shouldn't remain confined to Yuki's head.

Which was fine till she started building it and realized, out side how it looked, she knew nothing about it. Plus, she was also not a fan of White and Blue. With all that in mind she decided to keep how it looks, but paint it in her own colors and add her own systems.

Anti-NTD system;
It protects the Fin Funnels from the controlling effects of the NTD system of the Unicorn Gundam line, thus preventing them from being taken over and turned against her, again.

Fin Funnels;
The Fin Funnels are pretty standard for the Nu line, they shoot, and can make an energy shield. The difference between hers and others is in the number of Fin Funnels needed to make an energy shield, she only needs 2 of her 6 to form a barrier. Naturally, more Funnels dedicated to the shield the stronger it'll be. They also are part of her Gunpla's 'finisher' that also involves the Hyper Shield.

Hyper Shield;
The Hyper Shield has been modified into an arm mounted triple beam cannon/booster when attached to the back. The three Beam Cannons are linked to fire all at once and the charge cycle prevents rapid fire (one burst every 30 seconds). When attached to the back, they act as three extra boosters to make the Gundam go faster when need be.

The Fin Funnels can also 'dock' on the shield, boosting it offensive power to that of a Twin Buster Rifle. Yuki hasn't quite got the bugs worked out of this yet, so after firing she loses the use of her Funnels and Beam Cannons.

Regality Gunblades;
A pair of swords with a Beam Rifle built into the guard. They can also be used as an extra pair of Funnels, called 'Sword Bits' if need be.

Skull Heart

Skull Heart

Yuki's Skull Heart was a gift from her step father, though at the time he was still just her mothers boyfriend. He had found out about her hobby and at first, didn't get the appeal of playing with plastic models, but it made Yuki happy so he let her have her fun.

It wasn't till he went down to the hobby shop one day to pick her up on the way to the store to get something for dinner that he finally 'got it', walking into her mid battle, Yuki, running a Stark Jegan equipped with a pair of shoulder cannons and armor mounted beam gatlings in addition to the usual load out vs a custom Red Frame Gundam Astray decked out with a DRAGOON system and Beam Rifle from a Legend Gundam.

Yuki lost that fight, but just shrugged it off. The pair of them ended up talking about the fight, Gunpla Battle, and Building as the walked the store as they picked out something for dinner. He, along with Yuki's mother attended a few of her tournaments. He bought her the Skull Heart to cheer her up after a particularly hard fought loss to another girl running a Reborns Gundam, picking that one due to him remembering her mentioning she was planning on getting one at dinner.

Yuki has since used it as something of a 'test' suit for a few ideas she's had based on things she's encountered, like the I-Field the Beam Markers, that the Skull Heart thankfully came with. So while they work, she's not gotten the bugs 100% out of her ideas yet.

Skull Head Reflectors;
The I-Field Generators on the X-1 FCs shoulder skulls have been modified to not only protect the suit from Beam attacks, but reflect them back at the person who fired them, like an I-Field though, it has no effect on ballistic weapons. It also can not be left on as the field it puts up will throw the suits own shots back at it.

Sengoku Astray Yuki Custom

Sengoku Astray, Yuki Custom

Yuki's Astray came about purely at random, being not a huge fan of 'champion' kits and less so of the Astray line it self. But when she encountered the kit on a trip to a local hobby shop after transferring to the school, she had a sudden 'burst' of inspiration and picked the kit up, to build what she refers to as an 'in kit' custom, which is making a custom suit, with out using an extra parts from a different kit.

Reflector I-Field;
Taken from her Full Cloth, the Reflector field works in the exact same manner. It reflects energy based weapons fired from angle back at the source, and since the Astray has no ranged weapons, let alone energy based weapons, it is not prevented from attacking while the field is active.

High Frequency Blades;
A concept taken from other anime, and video games, and is something Yuki had been working on for a while now and works the same way as described in those other media. Plavisky Particles send a charge through the blade, giving it the appearance of being electrified and causing the blade to vibrate at an ultra high frequency to boost it cutting power well past the average Beam Saber. The blades have been treated and strengthened so they don't shatter from their own vibration.

Notes;
The Astray has no thrusters anywhere on it. Since the movement is controlled by the particles and the thrust is just special effects Yuki has designed it to not rely on thrusters for maneuvering.

Burning Destiny Gundam

Burning Destiny Gundam

Despite the rather 'hype' sounding name, Yuki is pretty 'meh' about this build. It's a custom she built for a class, but it hasn't turned out quiet like she wanted looks wise due to time constraints and kit incompatibility leaving her feeling a little detached from the build as it's not the best she could have done, this has been made worse by the fact that she has to use it in the schools tournament.

Wings of Light;
The Wings of Light, taken from the Destiny Gundam, function as part of the Burning Destiny's main gimmick, something Yuki calls 'stance dancing', or switching between different modes for different situations.

The Wings of Light are the 'Speed' mode, and boost the Gunplas speed by a 6 times, double that of Trans-Am

Super Mode/Hyper Mode;
A system from the Burning/God Gundam, it functions as Burning Destiny's 'Offensive' mode, boosting the attack power of the Gunpla by once again, 6 times.

Hyper mode is achieved when both the Wings of Light and Super mode are active at the same time, Boosting the Attack, Speed and Defensive stats of the Gunpla by a factor of 10. The draw back to this is Hyper Mode forces whats know as 'Assimilation', meaning feed back from damage taken is relayed to Yuki. It also turned the Gunpla Gold, with the Green Condensers turning Red

'Ki Drive';
Orginally, the Destiny's Palma Fiocina Beam Cannons, Yuki has tweaked them making them compatible with the Burning/God Gundams more 'Ki' like attack style. Allowing her to fire off smaller 'Ki' blasts rapidly, or charge up a big blast Dragon Ball Z style.

Note worthy attacks are.

Spiral Wave;
Short range energy burst emitted from the palm and has the range of your average Beam Saber, and as the name implys, it spins. It should be noted that if using both hands that the energy from one hand will spin in the opposite direction of the other (one twists clock wise, the other counter clock wise).

Burning Knuckle/Tyrant Knuckle;
Yuki's Version of Burning/God Finger, and yes, she's aware of Terry Bogard. The primary difference between her's and Domon's (and Terrys) is the lack of wind up time, and the lack of 'omph' behind them, this isn't going to finish off an Gunpla in one shot (unless it's poorly built).

Tyrant Knuckle on the other hand, IS the finisher. It has all the same wind up time is Burning/God Finger, only with out the speech, and more using the other hand to set you up for it. What Yuki generally does here is upper cut to the gut hard enough to life the target off its feet, usually using Burning Knuckle, and while they're hanging, punch said target in the face or collar area with the Tyrant Knuckle that's been charging.

Tyrant Wave;
Sekiha Tenkiyoken, by way of a little girl, with a minimal tolerance level for BS. this is the 'ranged' finisher and easily on par with the Twin Buster Rifle at full strength, and well above it in Hyper Mode. However it's major draw back is the wind up for it, even in Hyper mode it takes a few moments to charge up, and unlike Tyrant Knuckle, which can be charged while in motion, Tyrant Wave can not, or rather, she can't be actively moving the Gunpla her self (IE drifting in space is fine, trying to charge it while flying or running is not)

Personality: Somewhat shy, does open up more as they talk to people and become friends. Tends to be subject to mood swings when emotional.

History: Kyo was bullied as a child, never quite looking male or female, they were teased for it. This eventually pushed Kyo to reject both of the genders, deciding to go with neither. They grew up and got their first glimpse of gundam Via G Gundam, enthralled with the tournament and got into Gunpla shourtly afterwards. Kyo soon found their other favorite series, Gundam wing. This time it captured their fascination with the gundam as an emblem and sybol of power, the prowess some teenager like themself could have. This led to the encouragement to get into gunpla fighting, trying to make a name for themself and prove that even someone like they could win and succeed. So here they are at Akiba Academy.

Special features:
ARS prototype system.

Creates a holographics respresentation of the weapon used with the system. in the case of the XS, it is the handle(s) of the buster rifle and the sight, allowing it to be held and aimed by Kyo.

System is currently good for one attack because it is in the prototype stages and only sports a boost to accuracy.

Mushin no tsubasa (Wings of No God): Kyo has attuned and adjusted the wings from wing zero to become very accurate and powerful thrust devices, each sporting plenty of thrusters built in, using power from the reactor to jet high energy streams out of them.
They are also capable of diluting the area around the Gunpla with plavasky particles, rendering long range beam attacks and rather useless While the system is active, however, it does lessen the maneuverability of the Gunpla and dilute the beams from its own Rifles to mere short to mid range.

Appearance: Émilien Leclair stands at a height of 5'8". He has curly blonde hair and any excess hair is kept in a stubby ponytail, he also has piercing, golden-brown eyes. The male has three piercings alining along his right ear and dons a pair of red rimmed glasses which are his favorite. He's also often seen wearing a black turtleneck-styled shirt and light brown jeans, accompanied by a pair of red converse sneakers.

Personality: Émilien is generally a amiable person, being good-natured and likable. Though on the rare occasion he can get a little brash. And during gunpla battle, his behavior tends to change a bit, he can sometimes be ruthless or very determined. He's never impatient however, and always tries to be as thorough as possible.
History:

My Hider

Émilien Leclair was born to French parents Pierre and Elise Leclair. And as one would expect, he spent most of his life being raised in France where he lived a pleasant childhood. Before Émilien was introduced to the world of Gunpla, he spent his earlier years studying art and was strongly supported by his parents who often spoiled him, as they were very liberal. When his family moved to Switerland because of his father's promotion in his job, Émilien had a hard time adjusting, though during his time, he eventually began to dabble in his newfound hobby of plastic modeling, and become infatuated with gunpla after a close friend of his introduced him to it. When news of a gunpla modeling contest reached Émilien. He quickly entered it eager to partake. His eagerness made him very devoted as he wanted to give the contest his best shot and he went to work, working hard on making the perfect gunpla. Due to his devotion he won with his prized Ceres (which at the time wasn't at its full glory as it is today).

When was being interviewed, the subject of gunpla battle was brought up to him. Émilien wasn't fully aware of what gunpla battle was then, but he was intrigued and so he set out to learn what it was like gunpla battling. Because of his lack of experience in gunpla control skills, he lost many times in the beginning, often being crushed badly by stronger opponents. Though, he usually received compliments on his gunpla from most of those fought him, so it wasn't all that crushing and demoralizing. Determined to become better in gunpla battle, Émilien set out to become a stronger fighter so that he can fight with his gunpla at its highest of capability. A few months later, he and his family moved again, this time to Japan where Émilien received an invitation to join Akiba Academy, a gunpla academy. He is ready to show off his adept skills in gunpla modeling and his newfound skills in battling, having become a more stronger and tougher opponent than he once was. Émilien is also currently working on a new gunpla to add to his collection.

Ceres is perhaps one of Émilien's most prized gunpla yet. To him it is his masterpiece and a jewel to his eyes. He treasures it deeply, and even more so when he emerges from a gunpla battle victorious. Émilien always seeks to improve it, often fine tuning it in hopes of making it one of best, if not the greatest gunpla out there.

Personality: She can come across as a no nonsense type of person though in reality she is actually the opposite. In reality she is more of a childish person using her intellect to research and "conduct" research on the oddest things. Beyond that she is a devoted person and will put in all possible resources to making sure that she completes her tasks. Or she has been known to devote herself to wellbeing and caring of her elder sister at multiple occasions.

History: Haruna has a small family never really knowing her parents she grew up and was raised with her other three sisters. The oldest being the one who actually raised her and took care of her other siblings. In terms of gunpla her entire family is practically well known her oldest sister is a constant contender for the world tournament. Her second oldest works as a scientest in Yajima Labs for plavsky particle study. Than finally her twin sister is often shown as a model for most gunpla adds. While personally she is more of a builder being the best out of all her sisters at building. It has been a well documented fact that her oldest sister often states that she has lackluster skills in building and her gunpla is often build by her youngest sister. This among with a recommendation from her oldest sister got her a spot at the prestigious gunpla academy. Though while she enjoyed it and did well there she eventually transferred to Akiba academy due to familial reasons as she wanted to be closer to her sisters.

History: As a child Chisame has practically raised herseslf her parents never there always gone on business trips leaving her alone in the house they lived at. To others they often forgot she was there leaving her practically alone since people tended to forget about her being there due to how quiet she was. Despite that she became a avid Fan of the classic gundam series. This eventually lead her to building her own models she became a avid fighter passing up a chance to enter gunpla academy a few years ago. She believed that everyone had a right to do what they wanted with their gunpla though she personally preferred leaving them as close to the original as possible. Often just using pure straight builds of gundams for fights.

Personality:
Even though Chuck has a sense of humor and isn’t a bad person, he’s not terribly fond of shenanigans and will bluntly point out things he feels are idiotic, often losing patience with others. He enjoys Gundam and Gunpla, but unlike the insane devotion most people in the world seem to have for them his life doesn’t necessarily revolve around the franchise and he has other hobbies. He is also rather critical of the quality of Gundam as a whole, rather than think it the faultless masterpiece public opinion holds it as, though he's still quite knowledgeable about the franchise as a whole.

History:
Chuck is something of an anomaly in the gunpla circuit in that he’s a fairly normal kid. No tragic, bizarre or otherwise terribly outstanding backstory or relation to championship players or well known organizations, no gifted dominance of fields that should by all rights be outside the scope of a teenager, he’s just a kid from Texas who’s into anime, videogames, comics and the like. He enjoys giant robot works in general and has hobbies other than Gunpla battle, particularly FPSes and strategy games, and though he’s hardly competitive level in them he makes use of what he learned on these fields to his advantage.

Unlike the vast majority of the people in the circuit, his building skill comes not from having a million kits with which to toy around with and endless amounts of plastic and the facilities required to scratchbuild but rather precisely because he lacked all of these. His family was supportive of his hobbies, but Gunpla can be expensive and he had other things to occupy him, so what he worked on he did gradually at school and he focused on perfecting every little detail, resulting in high quality if comparatively simple pieces. A big fan of the Zeong gigantic mobile suit, he simply couldn't justify spending the money on the humongous kit, hence his primary unit.

Chuck isn't even sure how he got recruited into a school in Japan. He was the biggest player in his small town, yes, and his skills in his chosen playstyle are undeniable but he never really stepped outside his boundaries much or even competed in regionals. To his knowledge he didn't even beat anyone worth mentioning. To even find crappy videos of him playing in his town or elsewhere on vacation one has to know exactly what they're looking for or one might simply pass them up for being crappy family videos. The entire situation makes him rather leery, but he's taking the opportunity to go on a trip and maybe see if he can make a living out of his hobby.

MSN-015 Axis Zeong

Mobile Suit Appearance:
A modified Geymalk made to resemble the Perfect Zeong, particularly by adding bulbous, thruster-laden skirt and leg armor, and painted in the latter’s colors while still preserving the near entirety of its arsenal. It replaces the mobile suit’s arms with the Zeong’s from the forearm down and also gets rid of its funnel pods and replaces them with propellant tanks for increased operation times and lesser load, making it somewhat less of a near-immobile artillery platform.

It also features a modified Marasai’s head also made to resemble the Zeong’s, except it mounts four independently moving mono-eyes rather than the traditional lone camera and it features a pair of the Marasai’s upwards-pointed antennae on the sides rather than the Zeong’s horn-like, outward-pointing prongs. Save for the multiple eyes, this is done entirely for cosmetic reasons so the head looks rather like a space saucer when it operates on its own.

Weapons:
-Vulcan Gun x2:
A pair of Vulcan guns are mounted into the Axis Zeong’s head. These shell firing weapons have a high-rate of fire but have little power and are generally ineffective against mobile suits, though they can damage lightly armored areas such as the sensors. They are ideal for shooting down small, fast moving, lightly armored targets such as missiles or small vehicles.

-Hyper Mega Particle Gun x1
The MSN-015 Axis Zeong’s most powerful weapon is a hyper mega particle gun which dominates the front of the torso and fires an orange blast capable of easily engulfing a mobile suit and causing catastrophic damage with even a glancing hit. It does, however, take some time to charge and is quite energy-intensive, but its sole threat should be enough to give even the best of defenses some pause.

The Axis Zeong features an additional pair of mega particle guns that are mounted in its torso, right above the 2-barrel mega particle guns, bringing the number of torso mounted weapons up to five with a total of 7 beam-emitting barrels.

-Mega Particle Head Gun x1
Mounted in the head of the MSN-015 Axis Zeong is a single mega particle gun which takes the place of the mobile suit’s “mouth”. The gun has its own capacitor and e-cap that holds enough charge to fire the gun even when disconnected from the rest of the machine.

-5-Barrel Mega Particle Machine Gun x2
The forearms of the MSN-015 Axis Zeong are mega particle weapons with 5 fire-linked barrels in the shape of fully functional fingers. Unlike the original Zeong’s, however, these weapons operate as beam machine guns, delivering a veritable hail of lower power shots which can be used wear down defenses and easily intercept incoming projectiles or remote weapons. Unlike the original’s, these aren’t capable of independent wire-guided operation, focusing instead on being better built and more reliable weapons.

-3-Tube Grenade Launcher x2
The Axis Zeong’s forearms also contain a single 3-tube grenade launcher each, which mount fairly dangerous explosive rounds. These projectiles can be used as self-propelled homing weapons or made to detonate on command or after a preset timer runs out.

-Leg Beam Cannon x2
The MSN-015 Axis Zeong features two mega beam cannons, one stored in each leg below the beam saber knee recharge rack. When not in use these cannons are stored inside the leg, covered by retractable armor plating. When in use the beam cannon's barrel raises up and unfolds to reveal itself for what it is.

-Large Beam Sword x2
The Axis Zeong mounts a pair of beam sabers in recharge racks in the knees. Because of its large, less dextrous hands it’s forced to utilize a larger, boxier beam saber handle that wraps around the fingers. The sabers do, however, have a higher output than regular beam swords as a result of making full use of the larger hilt, making them closer to the Gundam X’s weapons than the Geymalk’s.

Special features:
-"Four eyes are better than one": The multiple monoeye cameras capable of independent motion and tracking allow for an extremely high degree of precision with its ranged weapons.

-"You really didn’t think this could only fire forwards, did you?": Aside from the Hyper Mega Particle Gun, all of the machine’s body-mounted beam weapons have slightly flexible emitters, allowing for some degree of target tracking and a better variety of firing angles without having to move the entire body.

-"Legs are just for show": While hardly the case, the Axis Zeong is indeed capable of separating from its legs and operating akin to the original mobile suit it’s based off of with the number of thrusters equipped on its skirt and back, along with extra thrusters revealed after the legs are separated.

-"If you didn't expect this, you're a casual": The Axis Zeong’s head can separate from its body and serve as an independent fighter craft. It’s not terribly good at it, at least not compared to more dedicated machines, but it can still be used as a surprise measure in the heat of battle and its small size allows for it to be used as a scouting craft with minimal chances of detection, while its mega particle gun gives it respectable firepower. It also ends up looking somewhat like a flying saucer, which is cool.

-Plavsky Craft: Allows the Axis Zeong some degree of unaided flight on fields with gravity. It still relies on its thrusters for motion and isn’t particularly fast or mobile, but at least it’s not grounded.

AMX-102 Zssa
A well built and painted but otherwise wholly unremarkable AMX-102 Zssa equipped with its booster unit and painted in the Zeong's colors. Its 66 missiles of varying sizes lend themselves well to Chuck's preferred playstyle and are more than capable of blowing even mobile armors to smithereens from the sheer number of explosions directed at them. The machine is also armed with head vulcans, beam sabers, a scattering beam gun mounted on its torso and a pair of hand-carried beam machineguns, but those are there as backup. The Zssa is smaller and faster than the Axis Zeong and can transform into a waverider mode but it's less well armored and can't quite match its firepower.

Personality: Joe doesn't want to be here. He's not interested in the Gundam franchise, he's not interested in pursuing a career in pro Gunpla, and he really, really hates the kind of losers that frequent the Akibahara district. However, he understands what wins in this sport, just like in the Toku and "actual decent robot" shows he loves: Hard Work And Guts. While your performance in the arena won't impress him, your training MIGHT. He's mostly sticking around because it's the school closest to his house, and by Japanese school districts, he's stuck here. Plus, he figures that the faculty here's going to be interested in funding one of his personal projects.

History: Joe's family has always been gearheads who love giant robots, superheroes, and space. Well, giant robots that aren't Gundam. This really colored their career paths. His Uncle Go builds military robots. His Uncle Saotome works on autopilot systems for jets. His brother Jiron works in bomb disposal. His sister Noriko joined the navy to work with guidance systems. His cousin Gai is an astronaut. Joe and his father, however, take after Grandpa Sadamitsu- a grizzled mechanic and known hellraiser from the days when Bancho were in every schoolyard. As Joe's father Kouji took up the Kurogane Motors mechanic shop withe the retirement of his grandfather, Joe was set to take up the mantle down the road, after apprenticing under his father and graduating high school.

That is, until he received an invitation to a gunpla school in the district with no way to refuse. Due to the zoning laws of the Japanese education system, he must attend the closest school to his place of residence- in this case, the unaccredited school where students study Gunpla and nothing else. He dreads being stuck here, since he's pretty sure they don't give out real diplomas and he has no interest in being a professional gunpla player. But while he's here, he might as well make some friends.

Special features: Like most mechs from Gundam Beast, the Dybile Gundam is able to switch between a Beast Mode and Mobile Suit mode with various advantages and disadvantages. In the case of Dybile, the Beast Mode is capable of flight and has better defenses. However, while it can't fly, the Mobile Suit mode has hands. As an additional advantage, its thrusters are all pointed backward in Suit Mode- allowing it to use all its thrust to move forward quickly.

Personality: A hotshot who's at his best when he's weaving through enemy fire, Iggy lives for the rush that simulated piloting gives him. Brash and supremely confident in his skills as a pilot, he has no respect for a machine that can't move well.

History:
For as long as he could remember, Iggy wanted to pilot a fighter jet in the United States Air Force, a dream that was cruelly and swiftly crushed by his doctor. As it turned out, Iggy suffered from minor blood clotting in his legs which, while perfectly benign and having no impact on his life expectancy or day-to-day life, would prove fatal if he were to pilot a supersonic aircraft. Frustrated, but undeterred, Iggy lived vicariously through shoot 'em ups and flight simulators. A combination of intuitive understanding and raw passion propelled him up the scoreboards of the local arcades.
Eventually, he became unsatisfied. True, he was an ace in the simulators, but it just wasn't enough. Iggy needed more. He wanted to show people his skills, to be renowned as an ace pilot. The next logical step, he decided, was to break into the gunpla scene and show those two-bit chumps the true meaning of air superiority.
