It was a ragtag group of soldiers who had escaped together, under the command of British doctor and captain James Tyler. The men and women represented three continents altogether; Europe, Asia, and North America. Having escaped, however, they now had to navigate the harsh Middle Eastern landscape whilst avoiding enemy soldiers, and somehow make their way back to friendly territory before their meager supplies ran out. Failing that, they would somehow need to restock. It would be dangerous, however. One could never know who was an enemy in disguise.
During their perilous escape, they banded together out of necessity. Now that they are free, they stick together because it's the safest thing to do. These soldiers, thrown together by fate, grew close. Before they reached safety, they decided that they would stick together for the remainder of the war. No team assigned by any army pencil-pusher could work together so well, could read each other and cooperate so easily.
Once they eventually got to safety, they were met by American soldiers. James introduced himself as Captain James Tyler of the Three Continents Division. It was decided by the higher-ups that they would stick together, and Captain Tyler lead his team into several dangerous missions and back out safely. Before the war was over, they had achieved a reputation; most successful missions, least casualties, and all in all bloody dangerous people. The Three Continents Division was the most well known and the most feared division of the war.

Where in the Middle East they are is intentionally vague, as is what war is going on, because it doesn't really matter.
I call Captain James Tyler, if this is ever made.

What d'you think?
