Seta stands at 6'0 weighing 156 lbs. He has quiet the decent looking face nothing to special just ordinary. His eyes are a light hazel along with his light brown hair that goes down to his shoulders. His body is lean with a little development of muscles. He does not have any scars or blemishes to note, but does have a summoning tattoo on his wrist that is used to summon one of his personal partners.
He usually wears ripped pants with t-shirts or jacket, and carries around a large scroll on his back. The life of a sage is not a rich one so he has to live off of what he makes. He dresses very casual even in high risk situations. Could be more detailed but w/e not too relevant.

Description:
This is a cooperation jutsu. After Jaku is summoned, she then digs a tunnel under the ground and then appears where ever Seta commands and shoots a torrent of water at the opponent. Seta then uses his wind release to give the water more force and direction and distance. It hits the target with the force of a bullet and throws weaker ones off target. The closer Jaku the more punch the bullet packs. So it's just water projectiles right? Just how big? Like Gamabunta's?

This is a cooperation jutsu. After Jaku is summoned, she then eats Seta and dives into the ground. She pops up in front of his opponent and head butts him/her. Then Jaku opens her mouth and Seta jumps out and either kicks or punches the opponet. The punch or kick is reinforced with senjutsu chakra. Seta doesn't user Senjutsu, so no enhancement with senjutsu chakra whatever that would entail anyway.

So this is essentially making a mist of tear gas spread right?

Seta is a laid back kind of person. He lives at a day-by-day pace not giving much thought to the future. He does not take well to sudden change and likes things to stay the same. Seta is not the angry type of person, he usually takes most insult, from ally and foe alike, with a grain of salt. He can be seen with a lazy smile most of the time and good heated nature. Seta has a gentle approach to every situation, often trying to play peace keeper and avoiding conflict in any way. He does this just so he wont have to do extra work. Although he seems calm and gentle he is really passive aggressive. Always hiding his true intentions and never really going for what he wants, most of the time just hiding behind that lazy smile.
In combat Seta is not that different. He takes a lazy approach to combat and never really puts his all into it unless the situation is life threatening. If he is in a group Seta will hang to the back not always taking the initiative in most situations. His passive-aggressive nature also come out in fights, always fighting like he really does not know which plan of action to take. is fine
【History】
Seta was raised in his fathers herbalist shop. He lived with his older brother and dad only. Being raised in a all male house hold had its perks. Each oft them knew what the other was like and how to respond to it. Plus they were all makes so the only issues being the brotherly teasing and macho challenges. Seta being the youngest, his father did not expect much of him so Seta adopted his lazy tendencies. The three are close due to their time together. Careful with typos
Seta's father was a simple man, not expecting much from life. He was not a ninja but a herbalist, always traveling throughout the Konohagakure, selling buying and trading different herbs teas and trades of his craft. Due to his travels he was mostly never home leaving, Seta's older brother Jakiu. When he was home he was home for a year or two. Telling tales of his travels out and inside of the Konohagakure, always bringing things back for his boys to see. The boys never ruled over one another and had a love hate relationship just like brothers do. Seta and his father were quite alike, except for the fact that Seta was a lot more lazy, but still just as passive.
When Jakiu graduated from base academy, his father allowed him to join in on the travels. They left Seta for a year, alone and by himself. The boy had to learn many things. But with each and every letter and call telling them how they were doing and were they would be headed next, Seta grew bitter and more hateful towards them both for leaving him behind.
So he found an outlet in training and the academy. When they finally did return, Seta put up a smile and hid all of his resentment towards them. During his years in base academy he was an average student, most of his teachers saying he had potential in many things but he never really applied himself.
After becoming a Genin, Seta met a man who went by the name Ryu. He was a sage who helped Seta make a decision on what he wanted to do with his skills. Ryu agreed ti train Seta on one conditions; that he take the salamander egg and raise the thing once it hatched. Seta agreed and began training with Ryu, Ryu was an old man, close to death old and he put all that he knew about being a sage into the young boy, even helping him sign his first contract with Jaku the salamander.
When Seta became a Chūnin Ryu died and left Seta with Jaku as a going away gift. His father is now getting older and not traveling as much and his brother is still alive. Now he is living his days in training missions and with his annoying brother. His father is nearing his death and both boys are waiting on the call. Seems alright, just lots of typos cba to correct
【Family ties】
Seta was raised primary by his father, taught the ways of life and how to take care of it. His brother taught him the harsher side of things but was still influential in his growth and development. All three were close-nit, even with his secret resentment, and hand to support each other. Seta's mother died when he was 2, she died on a mission for the village. Seta never knew her but heard that he shared most of her looks.

Most of time he is seen jumping in and out of combat, switching places with Jaku. While he is in it is quick jabs and usage of his techniques, but the salamander does sweeping actions and surprise attacks from the ground. When fighting together they make up for the others faults. While Seta may be fast he lacks defense. Though their entire technique would be thrown off if they get separated indefinitely.

Summoning Technique
- A giant salamander that is named Jaku. She is a black salamander with bright yellow spots going down her back, and she is the same size as Ibuse, might even be a distant relative. She has Water Release and Earth Release, but only because she can dig tunnels. She also poison, it has a green color and is gas, but it is only as strong as tear gas, and is no were near fatal. It acts just like pepper spray or tear gas; stinging the eyes and temporarily blinding the opponent, also causing pain to any exposed cuts and the eye area. Seems legit

So one day her mother brought her into the living room sat her down and cast a Genjutsu on her. Yuen since that day trained under her mother’s close personal supervision, very rarely interacting with the rest of the clan. During this five year period she became something of a legend within the Uchiha clan though not quite due to her own efforts but for her mother’s strict regimen. Every day Yuen would sleep from 2-7 and train for the rest of her waking hours. But Yuen felt rage towards her mother, every time she looked at her, it was like an inconsolable itch that Yuen had to scratch. Yet everyday Yuen would practice her techniques on her mother, training with her, but would relent to avoid doing damage to her mother’s psyche. Every training session, the itch would only grow.
But the past two years Yuen became more active in the clan’s community, interacting with others on a regular basis and meeting the requirements of a 'good neighbor'.

That alone isn't a BIG issue, however it does bring one problem: We have it organized in a specific manner to make it easier for us to check on certain information. Yoshua's CS' are cool and all but they mostly fit his RP's. The biggest problem I have is the Canon Just not being sorted by Rank. Plus it literally only takes five minutes to transfer information from this CS to the other. The special traits can be put in fighting style (chakra levels aren't too relevant in this RP for many reasons).
-Personality is short. Doesn't have to be massive, but it is shorter than many of your custom jutsu, like c'mon.

Clearly the other CS left a poor taste in everyone's mouth. I apologize for that and offer you the correct Cs. I apologize for any ill will that may have come attached to said CS.

Yuen sports a relatively average frame, good muscle definition. She is approaching five foot six. Yuen has a sharp facial structure a small pointed nose and an edged chin ending her face abruptly. She has focused brown eyes and perfectly clear skin.
Yuen’s chest is developed and she has pretty noticeable abdominal muscles. She has a few scars along her back, mostly from kunai and the sort. Her arms sport similar scars and by the time one would reach her hands, they would meet bandages. She practices plucking incoming kunai and shuriken out of the air regularly and thusly bandages her hands regularly.
Yuen’s legs are wrapped up in bandages as well, to make sure she has full flexibility in a combat situation.

She also uses it as a source of Hypnotization to interrogate and cast Genjutsu. Finally one may also use it in an attempt to copy a Jutsu. However Yuen would need to see that Jutsu performed at least twice, or she would’ve needed to determine that she was going to learn the technique prior to it being shown to her.
Strengths:
The Sharingan can be an Uchiha’s greatest strength, helping to predict enemy movements and copying their techniques. It can also be used for interrogation purposes and casting strong Genjutsu on enemies undetected to those not using another Dojutsu.
Weaknesses:
The Sharingan, while powerful can also be a spot of incredible over-zealousness and pride in some Uchiha. Those who rely on the technique too often find themselves without chakra often and being countered in their obvious nature. As easy as it is to lock one in a Genjutsu with eye contact, not making eye contact is just as easy.

Yuen is great at quite a few things, being positive looking out for her squad, properly prioritizing assignments and decisions. However one thing she reliably poor with is being cautious. Some believe it is because of the Yama blood that runs through her veins, however when it comes to realizing danger to her own self Yuen has been notably lacking since a young age.
This has caused her to run into overwhelming odds more than once and luckily escape with her life. That being said it can be that same trait that is Yuen’s greatest strength. Her reckless abandon has more than once taken an enemy off guard and provided the slight edge she needs to overwhelm them.
In social settings Yuen is typically popular. She is a good listener and as such doesn’t draw much attention to herself as she does to others. For this reason Yuen has never been out of friends. Even when her family had just moved from the land of stone to the hidden leaf village Yuen made fast friends. Yuen has never been a romantic, when she has need for a partner then she finds herself one. Some find this to be her most unappealing social trait, others love it. Yuen doesn’t bother herself too much where each and every person places themselves in that spectrum.

Yuen was born into the Uchiha clan to a tired mother and an absentee father. She would live her life under the shadow of her father and see even less of him. Yuen’s mother was a Kunoichi heralded by the rest of the clan as one of the best the clan ever had. The other children would always tell Yuen of how jealous they were that she had such prestigious parents, seemingly everyone knew of her parent’s legacy, which should’ve made Yuen proud of her name, but instead she just found anger in it.
Around the time Yuen turned ten years old her mother began to become frustrated in her and her inability to unlock the Sharingan. So one day her mother brought her into the living room sat her down and cast a Genjutsu on her. Yuen doesn’t remember much from the day, but when she awoke night had fallen, her ankle was broken and the search party had found her alone in the woods by a stream with the Sharingan.
Yuen since that day trained under her mother’s close personal supervision, very rarely interacting with the rest of the clan. During this five year period she became something of a legend within the Uchiha clan though not quite due to her own efforts but for her mother’s strict regimen. Every day Yuen would sleep from 2-7 and train for the rest of her waking hours. But Yuen felt rage towards her mother, every time she looked at her, it was like an inconsolable itch that Yuen had to scratch. Yet everyday Yuen would practice her techniques on her mother, training with her, but would relent to avoid doing damage to her mother’s psyche. Every training session, the itch would only grow.
Spending time in a four man cell was good for Yuen. She was given time to become comfortable interacting with other people, this along with her time with in the academy proved to strengthen Yuen’s social skills considerably. Perhaps to a certain extent it was because she could typically mold herself into a Yuen that whoever she had just met would like more. But when another person was fond of her, it gave Yuen a considerably warm feeling in her heart. Something she hadn’t quite experienced before under her mother’s tutelage.
Three years after becoming a Genin saw Yuen’s rise to Chunin. She was a force to be reckoned with in the exams. Trapping her first two competitors in a Genjutsu long enough to end the fight. However in the finals she was up against a girl who seemed to be weary against this specific style of fighting. She didn’t meet Yuen’s eyes and instead looked at the space directly beside Yuen, this slowed her reaction time slightly, but allowed her to avoid getting caught in any sight based Jutsu.
Yuen knew she would somehow have to take advantage of her opponent’s dulled reaction time. Having had some practice in Fuinjutsu up to that point, Yuen placed two seals on her lips each at a different point in the match, between dodging techniques. Yuen allowed herself to get closer to defeat. Taking a punch here and there, it looked bad for the Uchiha. Her opponent went in to finish the match, one palm strike to Yuen’s chin. However Yuen dodged the strike on the inside, grabbed her opponent by cheeks and kissed her deeply.
By the time Yuen had pulled away her opponent hit the ground, unconscious. The match was her and ever since the Kiss of Death was born.
But the past two years Yuen became more active in the clan and village’s community, becoming much more active in the field, whether it’s normal missions or tasks around the village needed. Or espionage missions involving taking out specific individuals, Yuen finally begun to make a name for herself. She after all, was a member of the Uchiha clan.

Description: This is Yuen’s personal brand of the Genjutsu: Sharingan technique. She links eyes wither opponent while her Sharingan is currently activated and they will see and feel a crow, attached to their gut. Disemboweling them. Once the victim has taken all they can they will collapse, no permanent damage is done to the victim as long as no complications occur with the unconsciousness. Yuen is able to effectively bring someone with B-Rank efficiency or lower with Genjutsu down with this technique so long as their eyes meet while her Sharingan is active. The only other caveat is that it requires held eye contact for at least three seconds. That means a glimpse in her direction will not allow her to knock someone out.

@Write Not so much a poor taste. I was one of the creators of that CS you used, taking inspiration from a fellow Naruto RPer called Yoshua. After that, everyone just added a bit and it became what you posted.
There's even an updated version somewhere with like, banners, pictures and stuff instead of 'Personal details' it'd say 'Personal details' in a banner or so. But that one never caught on.

Clearly the other CS left a poor taste in everyone's mouth. I apologize for that and offer you the correct Cs. I apologize for any ill will that may have come attached to said CS.

Yuen sports a relatively average frame, good muscle definition. She is approaching five foot six. Yuen has a sharp facial structure a small pointed nose and an edged chin ending her face abruptly. She has focused brown eyes and perfectly clear skin.
Yuen’s chest is developed and she has pretty noticeable abdominal muscles. She has a few scars along her back, mostly from kunai and the sort. Her arms sport similar scars and by the time one would reach her hands, they would meet bandages. She practices plucking incoming kunai and shuriken out of the air regularly and thusly bandages her hands regularly.
Yuen’s legs are wrapped up in bandages as well, to make sure she has full flexibility in a combat situation.

Yuen is great at quite a few things, being positive looking out for her squad, properly prioritizing assignments and decisions. However one thing she reliably poor with is being cautious. Some believe it is because of the Yama blood that runs through her veins, however when it comes to realizing danger to her own self Yuen has been notably lacking since a young age.
This has caused her to run into overwhelming odds more than once and luckily escape with her life. That being said it can be that same trait that is Yuen’s greatest strength. Her reckless abandon has more than once taken an enemy off guard and provided the slight edge she needs to overwhelm them.
In social settings Yuen is typically popular. She is a good listener and as such doesn’t draw much attention to herself as she does to others. For this reason Yuen has never been out of friends. Even when her family had just moved from the land of stone to the hidden leaf village Yuen made fast friends. Yuen has never been a romantic, when she has need for a partner then she finds herself one. Some find this to be her most unappealing social trait, others love it. Yuen doesn’t bother herself too much where each and every person places themselves in that spectrum.
【History】
Yuen was born into the Uchiha clan to a tired mother and an absentee father. She would live her life under the shadow of her father and see even less of him. Yuen’s mother was a Kunoichi heralded by the rest of the clan as one of the best the clan ever had. The other children would always tell Yuen of how jealous they were that she had such prestigious parents, seemingly everyone knew of her parent’s legacy, which should’ve made Yuen proud of her name, but instead she just found anger in it.
Around the time Yuen turned ten years old her mother began to become frustrated in her and her inability to unlock the Sharingan. So one day her mother brought her into the living room sat her down and cast a Genjutsu on her. Yuen doesn’t remember much from the day, but when she awoke night had fallen, her ankle was broken and the search party had found her alone in the woods by a stream with the Sharingan.
Yuen since that day trained under her mother’s close personal supervision, very rarely interacting with the rest of the clan. During this five year period she became something of a legend within the Uchiha clan though not quite due to her own efforts but for her mother’s strict regimen. Every day Yuen would sleep from 2-7 and train for the rest of her waking hours. But Yuen felt rage towards her mother, every time she looked at her, it was like an inconsolable itch that Yuen had to scratch. Yet everyday Yuen would practice her techniques on her mother, training with her, but would relent to avoid doing damage to her mother’s psyche. Every training session, the itch would only grow.
Spending time in a four man cell was good for Yuen. She was given time to become comfortable interacting with other people, this along with her time with in the academy proved to strengthen Yuen’s social skills considerably. Perhaps to a certain extent it was because she could typically mold herself into a Yuen that whoever she had just met would like more. But when another person was fond of her, it gave Yuen a considerably warm feeling in her heart. Something she hadn’t quite experienced before under her mother’s tutelage.
Three years after becoming a Genin saw Yuen’s rise to Chunin. She was a force to be reckoned with in the exams. Trapping her first two competitors in a Genjutsu long enough to end the fight. However in the finals she was up against a girl who seemed to be weary against this specific style of fighting. She didn’t meet Yuen’s eyes and instead looked at the space directly beside Yuen, this slowed her reaction time slightly, but allowed her to avoid getting caught in any sight based Jutsu.
Yuen knew she would somehow have to take advantage of her opponent’s dulled reaction time. Having had some practice in Fuinjutsu up to that point, Yuen placed two seals on her lips each at a different point in the match, between dodging techniques. Yuen allowed herself to get closer to defeat. Taking a punch here and there, it looked bad for the Uchiha. Her opponent went in to finish the match, one palm strike to Yuen’s chin. However Yuen dodged the strike on the inside, grabbed her opponent by cheeks and kissed her deeply.
By the time Yuen had pulled away her opponent hit the ground, unconscious. The match was her and ever since the Kiss of Death was born.
But the past two years Yuen became more active in the clan and village’s community, becoming much more active in the field, whether it’s normal missions or tasks around the village needed. Or espionage missions involving taking out specific individuals, Yuen finally begun to make a name for herself. She after all, was a member of the Uchiha clan.

The 2 Tomoe Sharingan allows a user to predict an enemy’s movement’s one step ahead, thusly a punch can be foreseen a Jutsu however cannot. She also uses it as a source of Hypnotization to interrogate and cast Genjutsu. Finally one may also use it in an attempt to copy a Jutsu. However Yuen would need to see that Jutsu performed at least three times and would then be required to practice that technique for at least two five hour training sessions.
Strengths:
The Sharingan can be an Uchiha’s greatest strength, helping to predict enemy movements and copying their techniques. It can also be used for interrogation purposes and casting strong Genjutsu on enemies undetected to those not using another Dojutsu.
Weaknesses:
The Sharingan, while powerful can also be a spot of incredible over-zealousness and pride in some Uchiha. Those who rely on the technique too often find themselves without chakra often and being countered in their obvious nature. As easy as it is to lock one in a Genjutsu with eye contact, not making eye contact is just as easy.

The catch that makes this Jutsu so useful is that each of these crows possesses Yuen’s Sharingan and eye contact with any of these crows can cause someone to fall into her Genjutsu.
Nah, this is basically the same as the crow jutsu above, except they can cause genjutsu. And there's no real way to avoid this because you as a roleplayer can just always say 'a crow looks her in the eyes'. I can't dodge it without metagaming. So no.

Description: By imbuing her voice with Chakra, Yuen whistles to cast a soothing Genjutsu that either makes the target incredible tired or puts them in a comatose state for up to ten minutes. Description: ] A tricky technique, Kyūsokuna kon'yaku is essentially utilized to make it seem as if an Uchiha has not activated their Sharingan. This is done by flowing chakra towards the eyes and allowing it to build up in small bunches along the way so it enters the eye in increments, rather than as a steady stream. This, as well as the intention to activate their eyes, causes the eyes to flicker or, if observed closely, activate and deactivate at such high sped that the doujutsu is never actually seen unless viewed by a specialized technique or another doujutsu. If utilized with yin affinity chakra, the user is capable of initiating powerful, or subtle, genjutsu upon anyone looking at their eyes even in a moment where the Sharingan is not activated.
Again this leads to people being forced to metagame. It becomes super easy to cheese people with this jutsu so from a GM standpoint I'm gonna deny this even if it makes sense Narutoverse wise. Sorry.
