Fantasia - An Adventure RP

Good day to everyone! What I have here is but a concept of what I had in mind. Its basically a sandbox adventure RP. I'd intervene from time to time, but would base my actions on what you give me. This will be a casual RP, so don't expect anything too intense. This can go from fun, friendly, and adventure-bound to serious and dark; it really depends on how you guys are gonna do things. Anyway, just post your questions and comments down below if you have any. Thanks!

Fantasia

You find yourself alone in a room shrouded with darkness. No walls, windows, furniture, or doors could be seen. The last thing you remembered was falling asleep; nothing particularly note worthy had occurred prior to this. No matter how long or far you wandered, there seemed to have been no end to where ever you are. Eventually, you began to feel anxious and frightened with what was happening to you, but luckily, this was immediately quelled by a feminine disembodied voice.

"Greetings, young one." she said in a soothing and calm manner. The thoughts of panic and fear that were flooding your mind dissipated in an instant.

"You must be wondering where you are and why you are here."

Before you could answer, she immediately interjected and continued speaking. "As much as I want to tell you this, I cannot. You were chosen for a reason, but that is something that you must discover on your own."

A brief moment of silence filled the room. You couldn't help but feel disappointed; you had expected answers, but got none. Clueless to what was happening, you had wanted to express yourself. However, yet again, you were cut short by the unknown voice.

"Young one, all I ask from you for now, is your trust. I shall help you when the time is right, but for now, accept this as a token of my apology. May this protect you throughout your journey."

After receiving your gift, you suddenly grew weak in the knees and lightheaded. You fall to the floor, your vision was fading, and slowly, you lost consciousness.

Personality: Rather reserved, Annabelle is quiet and enjoys her own company and the company of books over that of other people. She is pleasant and can be charming at times, but where she does command attention it is almost always through her displays of anger rather than positive charisma. While she tells herself that she should attempt to be kind and considerate of others around her, she ultimately has a vicious and almost sadistic streak inside her when it comes to revenge upon those who she feels have done her wrong. This is not to suggest that she is overly quick to anger, but when her ire is aroused it is very difficult to calm her down.

Personality: Michelle is pragmatic. She expresses a calm and collected demeanor, and makes the effort to not let emotions cloud her judgement. However, it is not unknown for her to express certain emotions. She is capable of exhibiting friendliness and compassion, but is also capable of hardening her heart. She is highly intelligent, and only accepts outcomes with the highest percentages of success.

Personality: Arrogant and prideful, Scott believes that if he can't do something, nobody can. He likes to show off in front of others, though his repeated failures and overall incompetence have only served to solidify his negative reputation with others. At the very least he will try and try until the very end when it comes to something he is passionate about.

Personality: Yamile is a happy, fun-loving girl, hoping to leave to one day leave her home and embark on a grand adventure unlike any other. She is quite curious and adventurous, wanting to discover all she can about the world she inhabits. The main reason she wants to go on such a "grand adventure" is because she believes she will find her true love along the way. Yamile--despite wanting to one day go on such an extraordinary adventure that probably involves very dangerous scenarios--ironically has a fear over heights she has yet to get over. She also fears the idea of never finding somebody who loves her and ending up alone.

Joel stands at the almighty 5'3" (and a half) and has a thin build.
Bigby stands at the enormous almost-1-inch-tall. He has a... turtle build?

Personality:
Joel is rather impulsive. He does almost everything on a whim. He doesn't do things that would upset Bigsby, though. He's pretty sensitive about his height, and has a tendency to exaggerate things about him. Whenever he's lost, Joel looks to Bigsby for help (and for some reason, Joel gets helpful advice from Bigby, but that's probably just Joel's imagination and too much television).

Bigby is, well, a lazy turtle. He's pretty lazy, even by turtle standards. He refuses to be locked up in cages, and will only ride on Joel's shoulders. Bigby refuses to take of the weird faux-hair that's tied onto his tail.

Personality: A happy-go-lucky individual with a wayward personality, Kevin is the definition of a reckless youth. He's energetic, passionate, and hard-headed but do not underestimate his playful behavior. He has the will of a hundred men as his stubbornness can be a valuable weapon, and he's smarter than he may seem. Though he may be risk-taker, he's also logical in a way that he understands and accepts the consequences that may come with his decisions, and therefore, jumps into any situation fully prepared.

Sonja stands at 5 feet and 7 inches with a thin build, with visible muscle toning along the legs derived from her skateboarding hobby.

Personality:
Sonja is a tomboy at heart - she enjoys playing in the rain, skateboarding, playing guitar, and generally getting her hands dirty and scraping her knees in the name of having fun. She's focused in the mindset of "have fun whilst we're young, before we become adults" with her 18th birthday no more than 6 months away. She never goes anywhere without her skateboard in her pursuit for the best places to skate and yearns for adventure, to top her off her teenage years before becoming captured and relentlessly oppressed by the evil menace, adulthood!

Also, she has a [massive fear of cockroaches] - as in, she'll probably faint if you put one on her pillow and she doesn't notice it until she's next to it. Please don't be mean~
