Natsumi is a tomboy at her core: she loves camping and fishing, she's very passionate about cars, motorbikes and martial arts, and overall just getting her hands dirty. She doesn't have much of an opinion on peace but values things being peaceful - for that reason she's stuck to herself, and opted to blend in to human society rather than align herself to one of the remaining three kings, or actively crusade against CCG. She's not opposed to hunting and hunts regularly in order to keep her strength up in case Yatagarasu and Hydra's Nest begin competing for her home ward, the 17th ward, or if CCG begins to track her or move in preemptively; she hunts throughout the neighboring 21st ward and deliberately makes a bit of a show of the corpses as a means to pin the blame on Yatagarasu.

History:
Natsumi is the only child of her mother and father. Her mother passed away at an early age, killed by a group of ghouls when she hunted on their hunting grounds, leaving her with only her father. She grew up loving her father greatly and took after many of his interests in turn - the primary of which being martial arts and motorcycles.

From a young age, Natsumi participated in Karate at a local small dojo but moved on in her mid teens to other martial arts, with the intention of learning all she could and developing her own style to suit her ukaku kagune, and to give her an edge that could help her avoid the fate of her mother. During her mid-to-late teens, her passion for motorcycles led into an interest in cars. After completing school and partaking in a gap year - during which she began volunteering at a small mixed martial arts establishment as an instructor - she found an apprenticeship as a light vehicle mechanic and has stuck to it since.

She still lives with her father due to the struggles of living off apprentice wages although ends up spending most of it on her quite expensive hobby anyway: cars. Early in her second year as an apprentice she sold her first car in favor of a modern [Nissan] [Skyline] - her pride and joy - which she's spent an almost excessive amount of time and money on in order to improve the aesthetic and optimize its performance. Within the past 3 months, she purchased a [Honda CBR600RR], which she's somewhat changed and worked on to make it be either black or metallic across its entire palette and to somewhat improve its performance. Her father isn't opposed to her staying at home due to the inherent risk of being a ghoul and safety in numbers, so her living expenses are minimal which allow her to afford such an expensive hobby.

She respects the authority of Leviathan due to how he leads and operates, regardless of not wanting anything to do with any of the organizations; she's sworn to herself that, if the 17th ward becomes contested by Yatagarasu and Hydra's Nest, she'll offer her services to Leviathan.

Special trait:
Natsumi is a gifted martial artist, and has developed a unique fighting style which utilizes strikes and light grapples from mixed martial arts of varying renown specially modified to revolve around her ukaku kagune. She fights using her kagune to aid her movements and buff her attacks rather than as a weapon or means in its own respect, with the end result being an often abnormal and unexpected athletic and aggressive melee-based fighting style which could very well require a whole new approach in itself.

Other:
Smoking's pretty bad, but she smokes socially anyway. 'Cause she's a little rebel.

Sounds like a good recipe to me so as it is I'd say she is all good however if you wanted to you could bump her rating up to A but that is your choice entirely

On another note: Aww people hating on mah Yatagarasu Dx Scarecrow isn't that bad! he was made to sound worse than he truly is! (This is just a general thing, Not directing it at any single person xD)

Kaylin is a bit of a detached, yet also cunning individual. She doesn't have much emotional connection to many of the others around her and often disregards threats as mere taunts. With quite a high intelligence (needed in order to pass her medical courses) she can often plan and forward think her actions before jumping into the heat of battle. If needed, she will play individual ghouls off against each other or the CCG and will do so to either hide her kill, or allow her to hunt peacefully.

While wearing her mask and posing as the Blood Diamond, Kaylin will appear as a deranged, blood thirsty individual. She loves to kill and will torture her victims in various ways in order to find out how to make them live longer while consuming their dying bodies. She found that the fresher the meat the better the person tasted and any way of preserving that freshness was something that she needed to know.

History:
Born to a successful family, Kaylin was lucky in the sense that she went to a decent school and managed to get into her university of choice to study medical science. Her family however died while she was off learning her degree, not by the CCG as she had somewhat had hoped, but killed and consumed by another fellow Ghoul. At the time she was old enough to understand what happened and felt distraught, but it was the beginning of her detachment from those around her. The once happy and cheerful person was reduced down to someone who simply viewed the people and Ghouls of world as predators and prey.

This sociopath like attitude allows her to operate within the 13th Ward Morgue with relative ease without getting emotional over the death of yet another individual. She is often able to evade the CCG, especially since she is working right under their noses, with this choice of employment allowing her to feed on the body parts within the dead before sewing them up to hide the evidence. This form of deceit allows her to hunt when she has the desire to obtain a fresh meal rather than survival like many of the other Ghouls.

Occupation: Kaylin works most of the time in a morgue within the 13th Ward
Ward of Operation: Mostly within Ward 13, but her job allows her to venture into other wards with relative ease. She currently lives within a rented apartment in the 12th ward, but often moves houses to help throw off the CCG Investigators.

Organisation: Kaylin works on her own, but due to her job she is occasionally in contact with members of Hydra's Nest and Jokers End who are often trying to convince her to side with one of them.

Kaylin's Ukaku wings are mostly orange in colour but under certain lights they appear to glisten like diamond. This uniqueness helped her earn the alias of Blood Diamond.

Special trait: Most of the time Kaylin will keep the two wings pressed together to make it appear as if she only has one. This can catch many people off guard when she crystallises one side for a long range attack. Often her attacker will then go in for the close up kill to which she will use her mostly hidden other wing as an offensive short-distance weapon.

Other: Kaylin carries around a few minor medical supplies in order to occasionally drug her victims into a dazed state, give them pain killers in order to prevent them from going into shock, or just to bandage off bleeding limbs so that the victim doesn't bleed to death too early.
