For quite a while now I have been wanting to write up a Destiny RP based off of the video game. Here is the basic beginning story line I have in mind. Please remember that this is just the opening part of the story, and I will be adding much more to it as we progress. As a side note, I am always open to suggestions, recommendations, and the such.
While we are in the tower gathering equipment, gear and weapons, the speaker sends us a message that our ghosts play for each of us. The messages tells us that we are needed immediately at the docking bay for a mission of unparalleled importance. We pack and gather everything we need then head to the docking bay where a pilot is waiting for us with an older model shuttle. (It will be explained why.) Instead of being able to just "beam" ourselves into the shuttle there are actual doors that have to be used. Once everyone is inside of the shuttle and ready to go, the rest of the missions details will be revealed to us from my characters ghost. We will have a bit of time to talk and get to know each other on the ride over and then something will happen (Spoilers!-not going to say what.) We will then be on foot in the middle of an extremely hostile fallen territory and on our own, cut off from the tower and all friendlies. Our only choice is to push forward through the snowy mountains, lush forests, and other areas to complete our mission while trying to survive.
