Wanted: Witches and Wizards, dead or alive. Do not be deceived!! They look like regular people, but they are evil creatures with only their own interests at heart. Their only intention is to kill as many humans as possible so they can take the world for themselves. If you see a witch, or suspect a person of witchcraft, please call the number below. If you have video of proof, please send the video to the email address below. Do no hesitate to call or send in the video. If they are a real witch or wizard, they will be tested and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If they are normal humans, they will pass the tests and be released back to the public. These signs are posted all over the city, state, and the country. The fear of magical beings is spreading worldwide. Some blame the new ruler of Homeland (once known as the United States), others blame the witches and wizards themselves for starting the war. A modern day witch hunt is on, and with advanced technology such as smart phones and camcorders, it is harder for witches and wizards to stay hidden. Most have fled to parts of the world where they know the fear has not reached. Others refuse to give up their home and try to blend in as much as possible. The new ruler of Homeland has hired men and women to hunt down these “evil beings” and put an end to their “reign of terror”.
So basically, you can be a witch, wizard, human, or hunter. If you are a witch or wizard, you have on elemental power that is stronger than all your other powers, however, you can still use spells and do smaller magic. If you are a human, you cannot be “turned into” a witch or wizard (those are vampires you are thinking of :)) and if you are a hunter, you get bad ass weapons, but no magic (unless you choose to be a witch or wizard hired as a hunter then you only get your powers and no bad ass weapons).

2) This should go without saying, but no GodModing. If your character has the strong ability to read minds, please leave the post open ended enough for the next person to post if they allowed your character to hack into their and control them.
3) Please be respectful of other players. If someone is trying to hack into your character's mind and your character is susceptible to mind hacking, let them do it for a post or two. Don't just outright block it because "you don't like it. " The respect should also carry into the OOC room.
4) Violence, profanity, and romance are allowed. However, if I feel like it is going a bit too far, I will warn you in a PM. If you do not heed my warning, I will tell you again in the OOC. If the embarrassment of that does not work, I will ban you form the game.
5) Please, do not use videos to describe what your character is doing in the RP. If you are having trouble finding words to describe what is happening, do the best you can then post the video in the OOC.
