Woohoo a Fallout RP to fill the void until the release! Im new to the site but hopefully this is acceptable.

Name= Forty "Lucky Charms" Small

Age= 18

Like his "siblings" he is shaved bald for ease of cleaning and the tag 40-MrB is branded on his forearm to show who he belongs to.

Personality=Your average everyday, run-of-the-mill, human asset acquisition specialist, or slaver for the layman. A straight-shooter type of guy, not overtly friendly nor hostile but just there to help out his team get some new products. As such he is not one for personals, heated debates or inter-team conflicts preferring rather to give nods or head shakes to most questions and a firm "On it" for direct orders. That said he isn't a totally socially inept, he knows the proper conduct of a good honest working slaver and listens attentively to the stories of Mr. Big and visiting veteran slavers, but he was never one to start a conversation, mostly because he and those around him seem to end up in especially dangerous and fatal experiences.

Backstory=
It's weird, Forty didn't remember his parents, in fact Mr. Big (Bless His Soul) didn't remember them either. He did remember being told he was now part of a greater organization. The Slavers Of Nuuyok, a proud and rich collective striving to "Bring affordable labor to the wastes!"
Unfortunately others didn't believe in Mr. Big's ideals, and LO! Forty was given a gun! A shotgun! And it was good. "Go fetch me some merchandise Small," Mr. Big would say. To which he and a team of 5 of his "siblings" would respond "On it."

Looks (picture optional)= Alan Anderson is a black-haired, blue-eyed, and square-jawed man with a tall, commanding presence, and a facial set and nose that make him look regal. His build is well-muscled, not to the extent of a bodybuilder, but closer to that of a soldier, one with a lot of experience. Outside of battle, he prefers a black-and-white business suit, and in war, his face is obscured by his Enclave Hellfire Power Armor*, which in turn is immaculately clean, as well as painted in bright purple colors.

Personality= Alan Anderson is a cynic who would say what he wants, and do whatever it takes, to gain two things: Power and Pleasure. Over the years, he had learned that stuff such as 'good and evil', 'pure and abomination', are just labels, labels made by men to hold power over others. And he wants that power, without the blindness of a 'True Believer'. How did he come to the realization in the first place? Because he saw how people acted, saw how people felt, and he also saw how 'True Belief' led the Enclave to fail in the Capital Wasteland...something he doesn't plan to happen to him.

For you see, Alan Anderson knows this, that the only truth is power and pleasure, and one leads to the other. And so, using the Enclave's resources, he will lead his faction to victory...but on his terms.

Backstory= Alan Anderson was born in a Secret Enclave Facility in Chicago, as part of a 'breeding program' between high-level Enclave personnel. Born with a sense of privilege and entitlement, Alan used his power to get what he wanted, when he wanted, which was usually now. While a believer in the party line at the start, said belief faded when he was finally punished for extorting sex from other people in his 'class', both men and women.

Even then, however, his father and mother kept him from being killed or exiled; there was also the fact that 'pure-blooded' humans are too precious to just kill, and he did get some people pregnant with more 'pure humans'. Nevertheless, this move soured Alan to the Enclave's Ideology, and from then on, he vowed that he would only believe in two things: Power, and Pleasure.

Fighting in many battles against the 'impure' people of the Wasteland, Alan's great strength and endurance slowly elevated him into a high position in the Enclave's Department of the Army, eventually landing him the prestigious (and profitable) mission of taking over New York for the Enclave...by any means necessary.

Though of only average and above-average Intelligence and Charisma, Alan has gathered a group of cronies and toadies dedicated to the same things as him; building up a power base so that he can indulge in any act he wanted.

Weapon choice= Enclave Hellfire Power Armor (Painted Bright Purple), Power Fists, Flamethrower, Plasma Rifle, Laser Pistol.
Any other info not included in the above= Is a flaming homosexual bisexual man and hated by his own people because he won't make them more troops by having kids; except on those few times he has sex with women.

The Enclave's main base is in the JFK International Airport.

@Madly33, I have an idea for Alan.

Basically, he spreads the rumor that the Chicago Enclave has fallen to the Brotherhood of Steel, so that he can proclaim himself the legitimate leader of the Enclave. Whether that is true or not is up to you, but I think it would be more interesting if communications with Chicago were cut off for the rest of the RP, so that the villains would be forced to rely on local resources.
