[IC] Hidden Truths and Feelings

[Mech Gabriel]

Catty Kent smiles as she came out with her team and looked around slowly at the field. She smiles at the foes of the group and grinned gently and hears chanting for her team and smiles and made sure they had a plan. They followed swiftly at her heels as she shouted orders and then the game started.

Half Way through the Game

Catty grunted as she was on the bench and smiles softly as her team kept playing. she drank a bottle of water and her hearing hears the foe hometown yelling "Whore on the Feild, Whore on the Feild" she ignored them till she hears the shouts get louder and then a voice speaking over them turning her head seeing her friend yelling back at the group. She got up swiftly "hey hey no fighting" she said

Russell hears Catty's voice, turns to her and says "I am sorry but they have no respect. They need to treat women better even if they do not follow the status quo." He sighs, calming down a bit. "Sorry. I hope I did not embarress you. Besides, you have a game to get back to. I want you go out there and prove them wrong. I will be cheering for you."

She laughed gently "don't worry about loud barkers they do not have anything other then bark" she said smirking as she hears a male yell "Bitchjy female" she looked over slightly eyes narrowed but walked toward the feild once more grabbing her helmet once more a smile on her face.

She looked at the time it was nearly twelve at midnight and smiled after twenty minutes they won and laughed grinning gently "Awesome" she said high fiving her team till she hears the yells and insults and saw a gang around her friend and took her helemet off and sta;ked toward the group that was starting to fight with him. She put her helemet away and walked toward them swiftly

"There is only one thing that make us happy after loss today and it is giving a whelp like you a beating." Says a guy, popping his finger and is most probably the leader by the the rest of the group nodding in agreement. With crosses arms, Russell says "One, if I call you pigs, that would be an insult to pigs everywhere. Two, you do not want to give a beating because my friend ,that you have been insulting, can dish a nasty beating herself. I know. I have seen her do it once before." Russell notices Catty walking to the group, unaware of the fury in the leader of the group. "Speaking of which, here she...." Russell gets hit in the stomach and falls to his knees.

"HEY!" she snapped eyes narrowed slightly , just then it was midnight as her body felt strange, different somehow. She coudl see differently. She looked at the leader and scowled "hey you have a bone to pick with me not myfriend so get your cowardly asses over here" she snapped cracking her knuckles eyes narrowed sharply. she felt different, it was strange but power flowed through her viens.

The leader laughs and say "We do not usally teach lessons to girls but if you so insist." The leader starts to order his men "You two, hold the whelp. Do not beat him. I am not done with him. The rest of you, go and pin the wrench." The group give shouts of agreement. The two grunts in charge of Russell, manhandle him to his feet. He smiles and says "Catty, do not hold back."

She smirked "when have I ever?" Asked as she lashed out with three punches two males where down in a fee seconds. She ran at the leader kicking him sharply bit this kick sent him.flying half way across the field. Her eyes widened "wha?" She asked confused

The grunts, holding Russell, take a look at each other, let go of Russell and flee. Luckily, Russell had recovered enough to stand before they let go. Most of the gang fled as well, leaving their fallen comrades. Russell has seen Catty do things that no ordinary woman does but what he saw is beyond what any normal human can do. Russell walks slowly to Catty, still a little sore from the stomach shot. "I know you have a mean hit but not even Mike Tyson can do something like that. Let's get out of here."

She blinked in terror before nodding "y-y-yeah " she stutters slightly smiling first she needed to change so she went to the changing room and got her nromal clothing on. She came out aming "Erm now where"

"My car is in the parking lot. I can take you home or we could go to my place. My folks are out of town for the week for business." Says Russell with a rugsack over one shoulder.

"erm we can go to your house, my parents are out for the week" she said slowly as she looked at him still a little freaked about her power, her streanth was beyond human and made her wonder

"Okay. Come on." says Russell, leading Catty to his car. Russel unlocks his car and gets in.

She gets in and sat down with a soft smile as she looked out the window slowly as he drove looking around slightly :that was insane how did I do that"

"I do not know. Maybe it is just a flash in the pan. If not, someone must know what is happenning with you. I think it is a good idea that we contact your parents. We do not have to tell about 'it'. That is your decision to make. I will support you, regardless what you decide or what happens." says Russelll with a sheepish smile.

[Mech Gabriel]

She gulped "and what do i say to them hey I kind of kicked a man across the entire football feidl?" She asked in slight panic, what would she even say to her parents and how could she say to anyone . She thinks about it and sighed softly and closed her eyes slightly

Russell shrugs. "I am sure there are worse things that can happen." After a few minutes of silent driving, the duo reach Russell's home. "We are here. There is no guest room so you can take my room and I can sleep on the couch. No buts. Besides, I fell asleep in desk chair with my face on a keyboard. Let's say I am not good at remebering deadlines."

She looked at him confused and sighed as she nodded getting out slowly and sighed gently "its a nice house at least" she said smiling sodtly as she looked around the house it was warm and cozy feeling to her as she followed him around "I don't know why now though"

Russell yawns and leads Catty to his room. It is a simple room with a plain single bed, a desk with a computor, some shelves with various RCs and a clothes drawer. In the corner, an acoustic guitar leans againest the wall. "I know this is not much but it will have to do. Is there anything you need, just shout. I just need to get a blanket from my drawer."Russell goes over to his drawer, opens the one furtherest down and takes out a blanket.

"I merely wonder what is going on with myself, throwing someone across the feild is no way to start a good time in school" smiled weakly not understanding what she was going through was normal.

Russell walks over to Catty with a blankey over his left forearm. "I have heard that sometimes poeple are capable of doing super human feats when in life-threatening situations but even then again, what you did is else entirely. You must have also hit him just right with under the right conditions but the likelihood of that happening again is slim. Let us talk after a good rest. Deal?"
