After all, one friend is better than none, right?"~ And why not Ryuko-chan, especially with that adorable smile of hers. Why, the sight of such could even soothe the black and tumultuous heart of a demon, such as the heart within her. She smiled to her, her cheeks feeling ever so warm, even for the brisk chill of the morning. ~"We probably should. I believe we're already late unfortunately."~

Tohru didn't say anything, only a sigh and a light nod she gave in reply to Rin. Even if she was here to avenge her sweet Chizuru, to bring an end to the torment of the Black Knight and her twisted disciples such as Kaname and Yuki, there was yet another reason she was here at Claymore....

...a new beginning, a chance to start over, to leave the past behind.

But no, it kept haunting her at every turn, every moment she was alone in her thoughts, in her dreams. Speaking of such...she thought back to it. There was no denying something was wrong with her.

The teacher was finally here and talk about history, I start to write notes but I can stop feeling bad for some reason.

Ryūko nodded, hefting her bag of books. "Well, let's go then," she said, smiling. People were staring, but she didn't care. It was different from being ignored all this time. In a way it felt good.

She wasn't too fond of being leered at by so many eyes, but nevertheless she smiled and followed alongside Ryuko-chan into the classroom, whereupon noticing she had some...company.

Tohru lifted her head up just as Asuka entered the room, immediately the two locking eyes. Just what she needed, another of her enemies sharing the same space as she, and yet...something was different about Akuma no Hime, to Tohru at least. She seemed less hostile, still giving the Prince of Claymore an insulting smirk however, but other than that no threat given.

I was daydreaming about something until Ryūko came in the room. I think she is the only innocent person in this academy beside the prince, a devil, the two assassins and me. and then Asuka came in the room as well great more deadly people in this classroom but why Ryūko of all people came in before Asuka - I stop thinking and it hit me...are they hanging out with each other?!

Ryūko paused for a moment. People were staring and murmuring. Even the teacher picked up on it. All of the looks and whispers made Ryūko feel uneasy, and she lowered her gaze. She took a deep breath.

The looks she was getting enough of was one thing, but the forked tongues in the bitter mouths of all the whispering gossipers, even the teacher of all people, was about to be the straw to break the cat's back. The only thing she could do as not to cause a scene...was grit her teeth behind her lips and release a bitter sigh through her nostrils flaring. ~"Here Ryuko-chan, why don't we sit next to Tohru-san and Rin-san?"~ Asuka said to her new companion as generously as possible, ushering to the two empty seats left. She could tell it was bothering Ryuko-chan as much as her. She then bowed to the teacher giving a sincere apology for being late, ~"Forgive our tardiness, Nishikawa-Sensei."~

Tohru had her qualms, but still...it was a tad cute to her that Asuka was being...friendly. She had never seen this side of her before. I suppose even devils have hearts. She mused, smiling to herself somewhat. She knew somewhere in all her bitterness, Asuka was capable of kindness and compassion. So for the most part, she didn't seem to mind Asuka sitting beside her, just as long as she wasn't planning something devious. "This is a bit surprising, isn't it?" Tohru whispered over to Rin. "In all my days, I had never expected to see the girl who's hated me so much be so...kind. It's quite a surprise."

Ryūko bowed and apologized to Nishikawa-sensei before sitting next to Asuka. She greeted Rin and Tohru quickly, but politely. She knew of the Prince of Claymore as much as the next girl, but she wasn't starstruck or flirtatious. If anything she seemed shy, like she was with most people. Just like Asuka, she saw Tohru-senpai as a normal person, despite their lofty reputations.

Tohru greeted Ryuko back with a slight nod, the first girl to not swan over her like she was the Goddess Amaterasu descended from the heavens, or to not paint a target on her back for that matter, like Kaname and Yuki had recently done. She didn't seem to add Asuka to that list, simply because she felt the enmity between them was...slowly fading. Still, Tohru couldn't help but feel a sense of uneasiness with Asuka sitting nearby. Akuma no Hime didn't seem to pay much attention though, as she was more...infatuated with her new friend. "Yeah, if you ask me, I think they look to be a bit too chummy." Tohru murmured to Rin in reply.

A gruff clearing of the throat from Nishikawa-Sensei meant the lecture was about to begin. Tohru and Asuka both grabbed their notebooks and pens and turned their attention towards the front of the classroom, every once in a while the two exchanging somewhat steely glances at each other. If she has changed for the better, then maybe that means I can make amends to her.

Don't think I'm letting you off the hook just yet, Tohru-San.... You're still going to pay...

A hour pass the bell finally rings. my next period is the gym I change into my gym clothes and head outside. we were stretching to be ready to run on the track and Yuuko was stand right there next to me stretching. "Hi Yuuko how are you today?" I say but she didn't answer "it great today is it?" still no answer "what play are you doin-" "Ok stop talking to me" she finally say "what i'm just talking a fine lady like you~" "Oh please~ you just want me to be angry at you again because you just love to annoy me~" she say as she give a insulting smirk "...you could say~" I give a smirk back to her. she give me a made look her and the other student start running on the track.

Ryūko trailed along behind Asuka. However she excused herself to go to her locker and get something. She slipped her headphones on and turned the music up. Unfortunately she wasn't paying attention, and tripped on the "C_{AUTION: WET FLOOR}" sign. She slid on the wet floor, and fell flat on her back. A student and substitute teacher carried her, supporting Ryūko under her arms, to the nurse's office.

Public Relation Director Yomi Manatsu walk in the hallway every student say hi to her being in the Student Council and all. she knock on the door in the office of Tora Higuchi "Miss Higuchi?" she open the door and bow to her "good morning mam, i came here to discuss from yesterday beside the fight between Hanazono Asuka and Itagaki Tohru, there were two fights as well"

Tora nodded with a groan. "Sadly, I wasn't able to gather much information, but it doesn't seem like anyone was harmed." She winced, hoping the subject wouldn't be stretched. "I'll be sending the forms soon."

"Yes Mam, I will get more information from those two fights. have a great day miss Higuchi" Yomi bow once again and leave Tora be. she walking in the hallways she took one more look at the pictures. pictures of Rin Kumori, Itagaki Tohru, Yuuko Kumiko, Kaname and Yuki.

after gym we take a shower then I head to a other class but stop to see Ryūko in bed in the nurse's office I hope she ok I walk in "hi Ryūko are you ok?"

Tora went back inside and found her way to the Student Council room. She plopped at her desk with a stretch and a sigh before promptly pullin gout her phone.

Yomi went to the Recording Secretary room. She check if anyone was in there but no one was in there. Yomi check the cameras from yesterday. The video show the battle between rin and Yuuko. She look around in the video and something catch her eye. "What the hell..." she saw two figures in black cloak on the roof looking at the bottom where the fight at place. The left one was wearing some choker necklace that have a cross on it. The one have grey pigtails and glasses. She took picture of it and put it in her files.

Ryūko sat up. Her head still hurt. "Ah, Kumori-san," she murmured. "I'm fine. I just slipped and hit my head." She blinked. "How's Asuka-senpai?"
