Yes it is modern day if I remember correctly

Yes it is modern day but they are in a very remote part of the Yukon Territory of Canada so technology is relatively minimal. Like there's probably not going to be cell service and there isn't much power there. The pack has a few small generators that run off gas and a hydro generator that they've brought in on horseback or will have flown in.

Healers are basically just members of the pack until someone gets hurt, they're responsible for the health of the pack which for the most part is an easy job because they heal so quickly. They essentially just do things like re-break bones that heal incorrectly and monitor pregnancies and more serious injuries. They are however the only person in the pack who can give direct orders to the Betas and make what I like to call strong suggestions to the Alpha Pair.

In-Depth Description: Rhona has a small, thin build and considered weaker than the rest of the pack. Thus, making her rank in the pack much more ideal. She stands 5'4" and weighs 120 pounds in her human form. In her wolf form she stands 35" from the ground and the length of her body is 6'6" from nose to tail. She wears a plain red hoodie, white T-shirt, black skinny jeans, and black leather boots.
Basic Personality: She tends to keep to her self, however, she is fiercely loyal to her adopted pack. She tends to be rather submissive to the alpha pair, especially the male (out of fear and respect). Once gotten to know better, she is actually a warm, kind, and gentle.
Brief History: When her last pack dispersed after the fall of their alpha, she and her twin brother were lone wolves, in a sense, for about a few years before they were adopted into a new pack. However, it didn't take long for the twins to find their place in the pack and do what they can to do their part. They are still fairly new to the pack.
Extra: + she is fast and a good hunter
+ she was considered an omega in her last pack
+ has the same qualities as an omega but chooses to be a scout or hunter instead
+ Loves to sing and howl with her brother
+she is the younger twin by nearly a hour

In-Depth Description: tall, lean build an is slightly muscular. He stands at 6'4" and weighs 170 lbs in human form. In wolf form he stands 47" from the ground and the length of his body is 8'6" from nose to tail. He wears a plan grey hoodie, black T-shirt, jeans, and a pair of old winter boots.
Basic Personality: He is more silent and stoic. Seeming rather indifferent about most things. However, he is very protective of his younger sister and puts her well being above all else. Like his sister he is loyal to the pack and doesn't question the Alphas. He can be just as warm and gentle if given the chance.
Brief History: (optional)
Extra:+he is the older and stronger twin
+ he and his sister have a very close knit bond and tend to stick close to each other
+ he is actually a really good singer, though he tends not to talk or sing very much

The only things I see are that you haven't listed an actual rank for Jay and on Rhona you dispute yourself on her rank. You list her as an Omega but say she is a scout or hunter instead. Scout and Hunter both are not ranks, they are jobs within the pack. I'd also like to see some definitive sizes for both characters, the body size ranges are listed in the description post. Once you address those things you can move it to the Character tab, please put the pictures in a hider though when you do. It keeps the post a little neater and allows people to look more quickly through the sheet and view the pictures only if they need to.

@Aspen Wren OK as for the ranks what are they? I didn't really understand what the ranks were in the description. I understand that there are alphas and betas but what is after that?

After betas is the healer who heals but that spot is already taken. Next would be pack males and females who I suppose are just 'normal' wolves or as I like to call it, middle-class. :^) The Omega is the lowest rank.
