A Spammer who gains ownership of a Ban Note will be possessed by the God of Bans, and recognize the god's image and voice.
Spammers can then also trade their member rights to the God of Bans in order to receive the Mod Eyes and see user's IP addresses.
Spammers have full use of the Note while they own it, and can lend the Note or pages of it to other Spammers while retaining ownership.
However, when a Spammer gives up ownership of the Ban Note, they will lose all memories of owning the Note and therefore the bans they sentenced.
Edit: If an ex-Mod regains ownership of the Ban Note, they will also regain all memories of using it.
Also, it is typical that the God of Bans eventually writes the mod's own username in the Ban Note when they no longer serve any purpose.
