Foreseeing a future of war, the Air Nomads were forced to inform the new Avatar of his identity. To young to accept his destiny, the young monk Aang tried to continue living his life normally. After discovering that he would be separated from his beloved master, Monk Gysatso, Aang fled his home in the Southern Air temple. Narrowly escaping a violent storm, the young avatar began to wander the world, unable to accept his destiny. With war on the horizon, will the avatar overcome his fear and stop the Fire Nation?"

[This is an alternate universe role play based upon Avatar: The Last Airbender. In this version of the story, Aang is never trapped inside of an Iceberg and must face his destiny in his own time. Our story begins in the spring, shortly after Aang flees the temple and avoids a deadly storm. Unaware of the comet that will empower the Fire Nation at the end of summer, the Avatar is completely unprepared to assume his duties.]

Current Story: Manifestation!

Throughout the season of spring an increase of spiritual activity had started to overtake the world of the living. It began with the sky being lit up by a powerful green aurora; normally only seen in the most polar regions of the world. Gradually, the lines between the mortal world and the spirit world began to blur. As the spring season began coming to an end, a thick mist blanketed the world. Instead of the warmth of the approaching summer the world went cold, firebending grew weak with the obscured sun and the thick wet mists.

Not even the greatest Sages in all of the four nations can discern the meaning of this phenomenon. Although the spirits seem to be in a state of rage. Throughout the world spirits that were thought of as only legends began appearing in physical form. One spirit in particular seems to have transcended... Ayumu, the Dream Walker. Once a minor spirit that haunted a small village near the foggy swamp, it devoured the mist spirit and cast it's malevolent haze over the world of mortals. Noone was safe to leave their home anywhere in the world, for Ayumu could exist anywhere that the mist enveloped. No longer limited to one shadow, the entity seemed to gain an omnipresence, but maintained it's love of deceit over direct action. Throughout the entire world people are being driven into madness before they disappear into the mists to be devoured by the tortured spirit.

What has caused this massive spiritual disturbance? Who will bring the world back into balance?

[Every Event has up to 5 spots open with the exception of the Ayumu which reserves Aang 1st but allows for up to 4 more people. Events can be done in any order and are encouraged for other users to help out. All spirits will manifest in their respective areas to wreak havoc and can be defeated normally.
