Archer Academy is for those who those who, have a harder time fitting into the normal swing of society. Archer Academy is for teenagers who are "troubled", have run ins with the law or just got shipped off here by there parents for no reason at all.
But they aren't all bad kids, they just made bad choices once, or twice, or maybe three times.
This is what happens at Archer, the place where the bad kids go.
