Generally, I write one or two paragraphs, so casual. I can write more if I'm really feeling it, but I've already placed myself in an Advanced Roleplay that I play quite a big role in (a main cannon character), so I'd like to make sure I don't fall behind on any of my roleplays by avoiding a second Advanced one.

The Cheshire Cat is here, and quite eager to pull some tricks.
Out of sheer curiosity, how long would you estimate it will take for the roleplay to be started? I see we need some more major characters first (which, to be honest, I assumed would go much faster, which is why I asked to reserve Chess in the first place until I could put together my character sheet.)

Personality

As a mischievous, mysterious soul, one could say Chester Benedict Cassel can be found lurking around the Wanderers' Doom, but often, he isn't found at all. He can seem rather malevolent and devious, but don't let his sharp teeth and black claws scare you off! Or, maybe you should, before he gets you into much more trouble, seeing as how he is, in fact, malevolent and devious. Though, if you discount his peculiar grin, and his eyes made to match, he looks misleadingly friendly, both in his human and feline states. Generally, he floats in the air, but he will walk occasionally, or sit next to Katrina in the garden. A lot of the time he only allows part of his body to show, like his smug grin or his odd eyes (or as a cat, maybe just his flicking tail or twitching ears.)

He leans towards teasing and trickery over your normal, standard social interaction, often disappearing and reappearing, or cutting off his statements rather abruptly on a sort of cliff-hanger, without continuing. He hesitates actually being helpful, but if you seem to really need it, he will quite vaguely assist you through the Wanderers' Doom. He is often described as odd, or even undesirable by others, considering the amount of tricks he pulls. Despite that, he is often always lurking around, especially if you aren't one who is fond of him. He keeps his friends close, but, of course, his enemies closer.

History

Chester never knew his parents. He must have them, (how else would he be here?), but, still, he isn't convinced. He remembers every moment of his life perfectly, except his mother's face, which he hasn't seen since he was a newborn child, and he's never met his father. Because of this, he likes to just pretend that his parents don't exist. As for his early childhood life, he basically grew up on his own, which may be the cause of his mischievous behavior as a young adult. He spent his days lurking around the Wanderers' Doom, which is why, to this day, he knows every nook and cranny in the entire woods. Up until he was twenty one, he was a lot more reserved and antisocial, only staying in the woods and his house (which was his "nonexistent" parents' abandoned mansion).

After he turned twenty one, time suddenly stopped in Wonderland, and everybody stopped aging. He has been that age ever since the first "Alice" came about, so he's had some extra time to grow while still being a young adult. He isn't as bluntly cruel, but he is still quite devious. He started exploring more places and events, like Hatter's tea parties, and Katrina's Garden, which he happens to quite enjoy although he won't let anyone but her know that. He has lived his life from then until now the exact same way. He lurks around the woods, stalks his friends from the shadows, stalks his enemies even more, meets Katrina in the garden, and makes sure to get his daily dose of trickery in at any cost.

Timestamp Issue {RESOLVED}

The issue has been resolved.

Maybe it's just my computer, seeing as how it's been messing up my Skype timestamps for a while now, but are the timestamps on this website inanely whacked up for anyone else?
As soon as something is posted, I always see "in 11 hours" as the time, and every hour, it just goes down ("in 10 hours" , "in 9 hours" , et cetera). I'm not sure if it ever ends up matching the actual time of the post (after a few hours I lose track of time anyways), but if it does, it takes eleven hours to do so.
Has anyone addressed this before? Is it only happening on my end? I've restarted my computer, fixed settings, cleared my browser, all of that basic stuff.

You seem like a rather flexible person to roleplay with, which is exactly what I need. I don't particularly have any ideas for a current roleplay, but I'm willing to do something that you might suggest as well, or I can just keep you in my who-to-contact list in case I come up with something. I see that you're up for violence and gore, which happen to be two of my favorite things, judge all you want, irrelevant readers and forum lurkers, so if you'd like to plan a story for that, I am willing to cooperate. It would be spectacular if we could roleplay together in the near future.
