The followers of Patata Maestro typically throw themselves of cliff sides as sacrifices to him, the way the decide to people who do this is simple, the leader of each individual city picks on citizen to be sacrificed.
Name of the Nation: Potatotopia
History:
Potatotopia was founded in a time away from time, in a land, away from land. In fact, it was founded on an island, by Patata's father Patato the great. He conquered all of the surrounding fruit tribes on the islands away from any lands. He created a land for his fellow potatoes to flourish and have families. Later on he had a son, Patata, Patata was an odd child to say the least. Unlike most little Potato boys and girls who played in the dirt Patata stayed inside to read and learn about economics.
When it was about time for Patato to die and go to the giant farm in the sky, Patata was ready to be the greatest leader he could be, he learned trading methods and ways to subdue people without force. He took over when he was the age of 18, a ripe age for a long rule as the king of Potatotopia. He started to create laws for proper education and minimum wage.
So far under his rule, Potatotopia has remained peaceful, they still live on there little island, away from everything, but they have made contact with other civilizations around the area.
Military: A small group of watermelons named the Watermelon Brigade, they have Seed slingshots.

Potatoes, Watermelonians, Appleians, and Cucumberians. They have a population of 1million strong, but since they are really tiny, it doesn't really mater.
