Bio

~Angel Vicky~

Been a member of the old Roleplayer Guild since 2012 - I tend to do more Advanced. My favourite lore is Angelic (you probably couldnt tell by my name!), medieval, Ancient Rome/Greece/Egypt and Norse mythology. My fave writing genre is sci-fi and fantasy but I like drama, comedy, suspense and angst with a bit of romance thrown in!

I tend to do only 1x1 rps nowadays as they are less chaotic with less people, as they say "too many cooks around the pot". Here is my current interest check.

My Hobbies include: roleplaying (obviously!), astronomy, writing poetry, dance electronica music and raving, pets, video gaming, cosplaying.

Bumped.
You ~ Sir ~ are a lovable rogue! XD
Fantasy: Temple priest/ess and an aged assassin of renown.

Sounds good to me if not taken.
And I like to put my characters through hell, so any sort of trauma and personal pain is cool. of course..they might try to kill the source but *shrugs*

That's my kinda RP partner! XD
Guess who's back.

Back Again.

Guess who's back.

Tell a Friend.
Bumped. Still looking :)
I am looking for a 1x1 Wolverine X Jean Grey romance action X-men based canon pairing. Movies, comics, cartoon tv shows, any timeline/setting.

I would like it to be high casual advanced with 3+ paragraphs.

The basic story will starting as enemies, with Logan as a member of Team X then joining the Xavier Institute. Jean Grey will not be in a relationship with Scott Summers as he will be with Emma Frost. Also open to other ideas e.g. Scott died, he doesn't even exist etc.

And I'll throw in a Rogue X Gambit pairing, cuz Rogue is also my homegirl (not the movie version Anna Paquin though, sorry she was lame)

PM me if interested thanks :)
Victoria saw Brimi stir in his slumber. She had dispatched the bear that protected his cave they were now occupying for warmth and shelter. She was trying to get a small fire on the go when his groans alerted her that he was once again conscious. She held the simple grey cloak around her once Asgardian clad armoured body. Her eyes trailed from the fire and to Brimi's face. It seemed he searched for some kind of recognition within her and he had found it as his widened eyes relaxed and his face lost all tension.

He then spoke in a raspy voice. To which she tilted her head slightly. She could understand him. Did that mean she could now converse in the tongue of all Midgardians or only understand the man whose soul she was now bound to. It felt...strange. The moment he awoke she could feel his presence in the back of her mind. She felt what he felt. Scared, lost and confused.

Did she really just give up everything she ever was for this mortal? On just a mere whim. She hoped her instinct would prove right in the end. She stood up from the pile of gathered timber in the room and turned to fully face him. Her long wavy golden brown hair cascaded over her shoulders and past her hips in loose curls, no longer held partially back by her winged circlet she once bore.

"My name is Victoria Starlight. I am-" She had to stop herself short there as she could no longer refer to herself as what she was no longer to be. "...I was...a Valkyrie." She explained with a heavy heart and her eyes lost all of their brightness and hope. Instead they gazed the floor solemnly as she thought back to how her own uncle treated her. Family betrayed each other so easily in Asgard. The Gods were undeserving of their mortal subjects prayers. They were nothing but treacherous tyrants.

She half expected him to unleash a barrage of questions that he was bursting to ask such an entity. There was little point in lying - telling him it was all just a bad dream. For it was real. His next question would be why. Why did she bring him back to life? Why defy Odin? She didn't know herself. It was just something she felt she HAD to do. If there was only ever one thing worth doing, worth fighting for in one's lifetime - for Victoria, this was it. She believed so strongly within the controversial untimely death of Brimi not written in his tapestry, that she went against everyone and all that she knew. Was she foolish or simply alone in her moral dilemma?

"You are no doubt wondering why I...brought you back from the brink of death..." She sighed as she walked a few steps around the timber to go up to the bear's carcass to pull Brimi's large sword from its corpse. She grasped the handle as if she knew how to handle a blade. But she no longer had that strength about her. The average Asgardian was capable of lifting 45 tonnes. She struggled to pull it free. "You are Brimi Surtrson. Although that is not your true name. It was given to you by House Gulbrand after seeing you fight with the will of the fire giant Surtr himself." She wiggled his blade from the bear's chest to ease it out. As she pulled it free, she inspected the impressive sword.

It was thicker and a bit longer than the usual Norse swords. It's handle longer and thicker, being wider at the middle. Doubled edged, one edge was filled with nothing but knicks that created a serrated set of interlocked teeth and the other side with runes.

"I know all this from reading your tapestry - this is created when your soul is brought into the world. A Valkyrie will read it upon one's death to ascertain whether they venture into Hel or Valhalla. And what I noticed from yours, Brimi Surtrson...was that you were never meant to die here today. Something is very wrong in the timeline. And it's my job to find out exactly what's going on." Victoria explained to him with a sad frown, even if that meant defying the very Gods. She knelt down to the fire with the sword. Having never been to Midgard, she only knew of how to start a fire from witnessing others do it. She never had the need to make fire back in Asgard. Each thing she had to do on Earth was all new and strange to her. She was never meant for this world and yet here she was.

She couldn't help but shiver as she tried to spark a flint from using a stone against the metal sword. She wasn't used to feeling the cold. It was another strange sensation. Her hands shook terribly as she gripped the sword and stone. After all she only had a simple cloak to protect her from the cold. Although, she could make use of the bear's fur once they had used it for food. Her priority was to keep Brimi and herself warm before they froze to death, which would defeat all purpose. Keeping them both alive would be tricky when she wasn't used to the ways of Midgard.
