Yeah. You're starting off playing two cadets. The two cadets are 17 and 18 currently. They've been in training for two years, meaning in their bios it should state they joined at the ages of 15 and 16 respectively.
You're both accepted. Minor detail though,
Twilight Dragon, your characters will have been in training for two years now, since the age of the 13. But their current age is 17 and 18? You'll need to edit either their ages or WHEN they became Cadets.
PrimezTime, your guy is good to go BUT please be aware he won't have much to do until all the cadets are out of training. He could probably assist Elaina Penny, the Scout Regiment's mentor to the cadets, in preparing them for service with the Scouts.

Cody - The Pub - Hazel & Meghan
Cody returned Hazel's smile happily, an expression he didn't think he was still capable of just an hour ago.
"Oh thanks, I'll be right down."
He replied, closing the door to his room. As he descended the stairs, he again examined his surroundings, mind abuzz with questions. How long would he be allowed to stay? What would he need to do to earn his keep? And more importantly should he stay? Meghan and Hazel were already affiliated with groups he knew nothing about, was he walking into the middle of a war without knowing it?
All these questions and more flew through his thoughts as he reached the dinner table, a cloud of steam rising from a fresh pot of rice. He took a seat opposite his two hostesses and at the realization of a fresh, hot meal his thoughts turned from worry for the future to soy sauce. Cody loved soy sauce on his rice. And butter. Butter was good on everything though.
"Thank you for the meal, it looks delicious."
He said gratefully, looking over to Hazel.
"And the room too. I haven't stayed anywhere this nice or welcoming in a while."

Accepted, but of course you'll have to start out as a Cadet. Our characters have very similar goals so I think they'll get along quite well.
