Little Red and Damien

After traveling a fair bit, Red and Damien started to grow a bit weary. Damien surely could have gone on a bit further, but Red seemed to need food, as foretold by the growling noises her stomach made.

"We need to stop," the older male said with a slight growl to his voice. Red looked over at her lover with a slight frown.

"I'll be alright, Damien. We can keep going for a while," the blonde said with ease, rolling into another branch to stop. He stopped mid jump and landed on a lower branch before jumping back up to meet her. He grabbed a hard biscuit out of his bag and handed it as well as a sliver of preserved meat over to her.

"Eat. I'll stand watch," Damien growled before sniffing the air slightly. Something was off, but he wasn't going to let Red know until she rested. The blonde took the food and started to eat slowly, not wanting to overpower herself and have to sit for longer than she needed. She wanted real food, but that would have to wait until they could camp out through his transformation. She watched Damien wonder off a bit, knowing he had a good sense of keeping a perimeter while he kept watch on her.

Sniffing slightly, Damien crouched in a tree trying to decipher what his senses were telling him. He could tell something was there, but he couldn't tell if it was dangerous or even smart. Looking around, he spotted a pair of feet that were unfamiliar to him hanging from a higher branch than the one he was on. He slowly climbed a neighboring tree, hoping he stayed well concealed from the other in the area. He looked around the large trunk of his tree to spot an elven girl sitting not too far away.

Growling just loud enough for her to hear, he announced, "Announce your identity or you'll have trouble." He jumped onto a tree branch in her view, sword drawn.

@Eris
@Major Ursa DO IT! I like that you liked my concepts for them!
Little Red and Damien

A sharp intake of breath and a small sigh came from a nearby tree. Red watched as the dragon and the man now conversed quietly. Damien was in a tree not too far away, but was motioning for her to follow him. The young woman wasn't sure she needed, or wanted, to stay, but if the new comer to the scene was in danger, she would be obligated to do something. However, she had never fought a dracomorph before and, though she knew of them, she had no desire to learn more up close. Jumping stealthily towards Damien's tree, she started to follow his lead. There was a rumor that there might be a magic strong enough to fizzle out his curse, or to at least help him control his urges and give him power of the wolf inside.

"Hopefully we find a place to hide you soon," Red breathed quietly, knowing Damien's ears picked up on it, "The full moon is two days from now."

With inhuman speed and agility, Damien moved so he was closer to Red for her hearing to catch his low voice, "I know, my love. I can feel the darker instincts coursing through my veins." With a small snarl, he started to leap faster, knowing Red could keep up. They didn't have the time to dilly-daddle through the forest and quite frankly, he didn't want a repeat of the last full moon. With a shaking breath, he glanced back at his love with a tinge of regret. If only he hadn't taken her out into the woods that night, he wouldn't be this monster.

May I join in as an older Red Riding Hood (with my own twist) and the Wolf?
The sun had just began to rise over the white snowy mountain tops. As the orange sphere cast light upon the temple, a small bell chimed as a signal for the new day. There were already a few monks out on the courtyard of the temple, doing their daily prayers. The elders sat among the first to be out on this glorious new day, leading the morning prayer and meditation. A young girl stood at the main gate before quickly walking to her place over in the courtyard. Her silver hair was bright in the morning light as she got into her meditative position just under one of the only trees in the courtyard. This had been her place her entire life, as she could feel the wind pick up in the branches and swirl around her as she meditated deeply.

Taking in a deep breath, Aella was swept into her meditation, feeling almost weightless as she hummed to herself gently. The wind almost seemed to embrace her as she meditated and she was lost to time. After what felt like little time to her, Aella felt a tap on her shoulder. When she opened her eyes, she saw Delilah, the woman whom was the closest to being a mother to the elf. "It's nearly mid-day, Aella. You've been gone for hours," the woman said gently, smiling as she offered the younger woman a smaller piece of bread. The silver haired girl grabbed it gently with a thankful smile.

"I guess I lost track of time," Aella smiled gently, quietly standing. Delilah sighed gently and seemed to be thinking on something. However, the younger girl didn't press and took a bite of the bread. It was stuffed with a sweet vegetable filling, which was her favorite.

"You're growing so fast, child," she heard Delilah say, "Your training has been paying off and I do believe it is time I told you some things. However, now is not the time, as you have chores to do. After you finish them, please come to the temple statue. I shall be waiting." Before Aella had the chance to inquire more, the other woman was gone, and the elf finished her bread silently. It was her duty to sweep the courtyard and help prepare for the nightly vigil inside the deep recesses of the temple. She took a breath as she gathered a broom, and started to sweep, once again humming to herself.
Name: Aella (Ai-lah)

Age: 20

Archon of: Air

Archon weapon: Staff

Appearance: Aella stands at five foot three inches tall, and weighs about 110 pounds. Her body is covered in lean muscle, but she has a bit of a small fat on her stomach. Her silver locks reach down to her lower back, and she has bangs that just dust her high cheek bones. Her somewhat pale skin and pointed ears tell of her elvish blood. With piercing blue-grey eyes, some wonder if she could even see into souls, but she can't, even if she wanted to. Her hands are small and delicate looking, but with calluses on her palms and her nails chewed off short.

Personality: Aella is at first soft spoken. She usually doesn't speak unless spoken to first, but it is not because she is shy. She observes the world around her, as she takes in all the knowledge to learn from it. She likes to spend her time in the library or speaking with the elders of lands, learning from their experience. Aella tends to speak under her breath a lot, especially if it is sarcastic, which tends to be a lot of her speech. She has only one fear and that is of death itself. However, she constantly faces that fear by putting herself in controlled near death experiences. Romantic and sexual relations never really interested her, but she wasn't repulsed by them. She has had sexual relations before and used them to her advantage, but they've never really been a focal point for her.

Bio: High in the mountains in an area where elves reign, there was a long forgotten temple. Even to all that resided there was lost as to the stories behind it. Even the elders as old as time did not remember the stories their forefathers passed down, of elements and those that wielded them. On a cold winter's morning, a baby and a younger woman came upon the temple. They were almost turned away refuge until the baby girl, with hair as bright as newly fallen snow, was almost blue with death. They were taken inside by the only female elder, and were allowed refuge. The young woman, Delilah, told the elder of how the young elf was meant to be a great leader one day and that the civilizations once lost across the realms would hence forth be reborn. The elder at first didn't believe what the outsider was saying until a book once lost from the temple's library was relinquished. The young woman became the newest elder from then on, so as to keep the baby under close watch.

The baby was named Aella, for her whirlwind hair. She grew up in the temple learning all she could from all of the elders, even as cryptic as Delilah was towards the growing child. The child spent her early teens learning to use the martial arts of the region and also using the drafts of wind around the mountain tops to get around. Delilah had even given her the special equipment to do so, using techniques shown by certain birds of flight to manipulate the wings and her body to maintain a glide. As an older teen, Aella was becoming more adept in her training and Delilah and taken more interest as of late to watch and observe the young girl's growth.

Special gear or equipment: Her leather armor, specially made to help her glide around the high mountains

I am
Aella

"I guess we could," Aella hummed, a small smirk on her face, "But, it's all about making yourself comfortable. If you are comfortable here, then here would be the best place. I like a place a little more quiet." The silver haired elf looked over the other woman once again, before sitting on the floor away from the table. She took on a comfortable position for meditation, the lotus position. Her feet were on either thigh as she sat cross legged, her arms resting on the ends of her knees. "This is all about you and your journey, so first, start by sitting comfortably. If you wish to do what I am, that is okay, but you must find a position that you do not mind sitting in for longer periods of time," Aella explained, "Once you get into a position you feel is best for you, you will close your eyes."

The elf demonstrated, taking in a deep breath as she did. Her body already started to relax out of years of deep meditation. "Take deep steady breaths and let your mind clear of all obstacles. Once you are there, hopefully, your spirit guide will show you things you will need to know," she whispered gently, already losing herself. She felt her body become almost weightless and she could feel Sagittarius start to take over her thought processes. Her body then started to float as the air around her became her support. She really didn't even realize that she was doing this. As if like a vivid dream, she was experiencing Sagittarius's memories.
