This can be either mxf or fxf. My character is the female student, and that's non-negotiable.
They first meet when diagnosed with the same type of cancer, and went to the same place for treatments. My character has recently turned eighteen, but was too sick to attend school for her senior year. The two became rather close, and mine was aware that yours used to be a teacher before he or she got sick and even asked if he or she could tutor her while she couldn't go to school. They are both in remission now, and your character has returned to teaching high school and my character is excited to finally get to attend her senior year, despite the fact that she hardly knows anyone now because all her friends graduated. During the time that mine spent with yours, she developed quite the crush. She finds it to be a very awkward experience when she finds out she has your character for two classes and study hall. At one point, one of them will get very sick again. I'd prefer it to be my character.
