Kianna follows, leaping into the water despite her shoulder. She just swims across and goes to pull herself up onto the riverbank. She ignores the strain of her wounds and presses on. "I just hope this doesn't go bad." She mutters, scrambling up.

The doctor nods as his fellow nurse soothes the small girl. He dabs burn ointment on her burns gently, sure to cover the entirety of them in the healing cream. "There we are!"

Jayden braces himself as the bird shifter flies at him, moving forward to bat at her with claws outstretched. Her talons sunk into his foreleg and he felt more annoyed than anything.

Aya flies onto Sacha's shoulder for a moment to ask for directions. "Where do you want me to check, Sacha?" She felt safer by the side of her fellow Rabins so she wasn't planning to go terribly far. She glances over at Kianna as she comes up onto the riverbank and feels worried by the pain that springs up on the wolf's face.
The doctor continues on, despite her struggles. She would just have to deal if she wanted treatment. After a bit her hand was stitched up and wrapped in gauze. He reaches for the burn cream next.

Kianna moves along, still not noticing any signs of an enemy. "Seems good so far, lets keep going." She moved ahead and perked her ears up for any signs of a threat.

Jayden looks at Abbi, making himself seem larger. He was a decently sized mountain lion by any means. "Missing something?" He asks tauntingly, feeling a bit petty at the moment. He braces himself for a fight and waits for her to make the first move.

Aya flies ahead to the river and perches on a tree branch on the other side. It felt wrong, yet exhilarating at the same time. To think, she was on the side of the enemy and no Brom knew it! It wasn't like she hadn't done it before, but last time her entire aim had been to help the Broms. Now they were going to pay for taking Destin away form her. She preens her feathers uncertainly while she waits for Kianna and Sacha, knowing that she shouldn't really think that way about the other camp. They were shifters too and deserved just as much care. She thinks about calling to them to hurry up, but quickly remembers that being covert was important at the moment.

Sacha sighs heavily. "Yes Aya. I have been to the Brom camp...many times." She didn't really feel like explaining anything about why she'd have gone to the Brom camp before. She then smiles at Aya. "Do you see anyone at the river?"

Aya flies up for a moment and then back quickly to make sure she didn't miss anything. "Nope, this area is just as quiet as you predicted!" she sounds happy. Thank goodness they didn't have to deal with a confrontation. For the moment, anyway. "This is a crossing as well, so we don't need to worry about falling in or anything." Her words make her think of Destin again. She pushes away the though, determined to concentrate on bringing back rather than that which she couldn't change.

The doctor eyes the impaled hand, but doesn't look too surprised at the severity of it. He had seen all sorts of injuries in this line of work, and just went to help the girl as best as possible. He goes to retrieve the supplies needed; needle, thread, guaze, disinfectant, burn cream, a wrist brace... this was going to be a little lengthy to do. He gathered them regardless and after a moment headed back over to the girl.

Kianna ignores Sacha's comment and continues on. She didn't smell anyone, but then again they weren't close to the river just yet. She walked in silence, trying to give her shoulder a break. She had to be able to fight if needed.

Aya hops from branch to branch as they walk, staying slightly ahead of both Sacha and Kianna. "We're almost at the river," she calls down to them at one point, flying back a bit to deliver the news to them. "I'm uh... I'm pretty unfamiliar with Brom territory. Do either of you know it?"

The doctor nods and reaches for Ptelea. "What all seems to be hurting?" He glances the girl over and notices some of her wounds, but Demi doesn't know the specifics and needs a little more explanation.

Kianna nods, "Yes Sacha." She decides it'd be best if she moved in front of them to be able to focus on their surroundings. The brawler steps forward and begins to head out of the camp.

Jayden watches, actually interested in the fight. Maybe he'd take a real part of it this time. He waited down on the ground though, having no ability to soar into the air as the two bird situations.

Aya chooses to shift and flies to a branch just outside of camp. At least she could be helpful by scouting ahead. "Coast's all clear so far!" she chirps cheerfully, although there was hardly any likelihood of danger when they were only at the entrance of camp. She shudders for a moment, thinking of Fabine and Vera standing in the one place that felt safe. She hopes that will never happen again.

Kianna looks at Sacha. "Good point. There's already been enough fighting." She stands next to her leader and huffs. "That sounds good. Better be wary of Brom patrols too."

"Okay," Aya nods and smiles. She checks her backpack a moment and pulls out her knife which is wrapped in a leather sheath. Although she knew she wouldn't be able to do anything in a hand to hand fight she still thinks that if it had been on her whilst Vera had held her she could have at least startled the Brom. With that thought in mind, she slips the knife into her pocket. "Lead the way, Sacha."

Kianna ponders this for a moment before replying. "I feel like more than three is a threat. But we'd be vunerable... hmm." She glances up at Aya. "Lets see what Sacha is planning now that you have me." She walked with a slightly limp that she tried to hide, because they needed her if things went sour. She bit back the discomfort and moved on.

Aya was too busy focusing on the situation to notice Kianna's limp, although it was her responsibility to do so. She hurries on back to Sacha's tent. "Sacha, are you ready? I've got Kianna! Do you think that's enough?"
Kianna nods in agreement in regards to Elauna. "Yeah, I guess so. I just don't want anyone to get seriously hurt over this. It seems like a lot of effort at this point." She frowns as she speaks, but trots ahead to find Sacha. "Is it just going to be us three?"

Aya shrugs, "We don't want that big a group, but I guess one more member wouldn't hurt, right?" she rubs her arm self-consciously. "I wouldn't really be able to do much should we run into a patrol. Do you have anyone in mind that we could ask?"
Jayden stands behind Cici, prepared to fight if it came to it. He had a feeling it would.

"Uh... she offered to patch my wounds up after my scuffle with Fabine." Kianna notices Aya's change in demeanor but doesn't say mention it. "She removed the arrows and helped me. It was weird." She pads in front of her healer and looks up at her. "Which I'm guessing is why Destin would be able to leave, if Fabine would let him."

"Uh... Oh." Aya is at first confused. Elauna had seemed so against the idea of being a healer when she and Destin found her. What ever Jayden had said to her, it apparently at worked really well. She then decides to just go with it. After all, isn't this what she had wanted? "Well, it's great that she's helping people no matter their standing! Just like a real healer should!" she claps her hands together and smiles at Kianna. "Let's get Sacha and head off!"
<Snipped quote by Hawksnest565>

Kianna nods slowly as Aya explains the situation, not entirely on board to go face the Broms so soon after her fight with Fabine. Nevertheless, she shook her fur out once more and motioned for her to lead the way. "All right, lets go. It really shouldn't be this difficult to sort out at this point. Fabine is wasting his energy. Elauna is more than capable of dealing with Destin's duties," She shakes her head in frustration, not realizing she had let it spill that she knew Elauna's abilities as a healer.

Aya looks happy at Kianna's affirmation and turns to leave but stops mid-step when she thinks about what she just said about Elauna. "Kianna, how do you know about Elauna? She only just became healer." Her words are shaky, as if she doesn't want to hear the answer. She didn't want to have to deal with a problem like this now, not when they were going to save Destin.
