Name: Cassiopeia 'Cassie' Anderson

Appearance: 
Cassie has the Marine symbol tattooed on her left forearm. She has a few scars from seeing combat, and a few from childhood. Cassie keeps her black hair short, and tends to wear dark clothing, even if she is on the beach. She stands at five foot eight, and is highly muscled due to her years in the army. She is also deeply tan, partly due to her heritage, partly due to the time she spends outside.

Bio: Cassie's world has only become quite different in the last seven years. A world wide event caused a percentage of the population to develop power, and in their world they're called Psychics. Cassie is one of these people that developed powers. The daughter of a former military member herself, she felt herself called to duty for her country, becoming a Marine Sniper. It was during one of her tours that the Event happened, causing her to develop her powers. Since they, she's been working for a secret branch of the government, using her powers to help out other psychics like herself. 

Before this event, Cassie was a mostly dedicated soldier, a loyal friend and sometimes a sarcastic smart ass.

Powers/Abilities: Minor telepathy, up to 5 feet away. Only can really graze surface thoughts.
Minor telekinesis, can only move things up to 5-10 pounds, but 10 pounds is pushing it with her power.
Sniper power: Cassie's main skill. She can 'snipe' using any ranged weapon, be it a hand gun or bow and arrow. She is dead accurate, and can target with her bare eye. Doctors have said its a form of hyper kinesis, but all she knows is that while any regular sniper needs a rifle, a scope and a person helping out, she only needs herself and a hand pistol. She has realized with some time and training that this skill can also be used with a bow and arrow, but prefers using her Smith and Wesson over any other weapon. She has used her powers to be able to see things that are at a distance, but rarely uses this aspect of her power.

Weaknesses: No gun means she has no access to her main power. 
She is also mortal, so bullets, knifes, and other harmful things will harm/ possibly kill her.
Intense heat/ cold. Again, she is a mostly mortal human. 
Bad puns. She will start laughing like a maniac.
