Hai guys!

I tried posting a similar idea to this, a little while ago, but it didn't really generate any interest. After going through it again, I figured I'd give it a major rework and this is the result. To save both of us the time, I'll just throw a few key points out there as opposed to a wall of text.

-An unknown girl falls from the sky and soon after mysterious beings/creatures begin appearing, terrorizing humans.
-The girl remains in a comatose state and is taken to a secret government facility for further examination and testing.
-The beings become known as Gods and fiends (monstrous creatures controlled by the Gods)

-One scientist has a breakthrough in his research and presents it as an opportunity to combat the Gods.
-Government officials give the scientist the all-clear to continue with his work and create his weapons
-The birth of anti-gods or godslayers (our characters) begin.

- Anti-gods/godslayers are a series of biological organic weapons, genetically engineered from the eggs of the female that fell from the sky
-All AG's have their number imprinted anywhere on their body in, black, roman numerals
-They have been genetically enhanced since birth. They typically live longer, are more intelligent, more athletic, "visually pleasing", more healthy, than the average human. Some may even posses special abilities.
-All AG's are required to where a bracelet, which acts as a tracker and power limiter (because what good is a weapon you can't control? Lol). Though, AG's don't know the true purpose of the bracelets.
***I feel like it's worth mentioning that single digit AG's will be stronger in terms of raw power. This shouldn't be a problem if we have 9 or less characters, as we would all just fill those slots. Should there be more than 9, single digit characters will fall to a first come first serve basis. There will also be a rankings (F-SSS)

Well there you have it! These are just a few of the most important points. The story will mostly revolve around our characters' lives inside of an institution and acting behind the cloak of the government, as their lapdogs eliminating Gods behind the scenes. Though, this is only the first "arc" in this "series" (should this take off and stick around for a while). I've already got a few ideas for future arcs and goodies that will be introduced later into the RP, such as limit breaker abilities.

Hope you guys like the idea. Should you have any questions, feel free to ask and I will answer to the best of my ability :)
Meant to post my idea on casual, oops... Sorry guys! On mobile and didn't notice I accidentally pressed free... I fail lol
Storm noticed one of the girls rushing towards to the elevator and adjusted his position, as to make more room for the girl and her dragon. Had Storm and the giant failed in the kindness department, Storm would surely place a wager, in his mind, whether or not the girl would make it to the elevator in time. Though that is not the case, if Niall didn't hold the door, Storm would have.

Upon entering the elevator, the girl began speaking in another tongue. Quite frankly, Storm didn't know how to respond. A puzzled look was shot at Niall, with hopes that he'd be able to translate, but it didn't seem like he could. Shortly after the girl spoke, her dragon gave an introduction. After mentioning their names, Storm had a brief flashback to when they were in the incubation chamber. More specifically, he recalled the girl who hatched a 'special' dragon. That same girl was his roommate?

Unlike Niall's, Storm's response was far from a display of gallantry. He couldn't believe his luck. Out of all people he could've been paired with, it had to be his rival. It was a friendly rivalry, even if she wasn't aware of it yet. The thought caused, what seemed to be uncontrollable, laughter to erupt from Storm.

Nearly half the ride up to the third floor having been spent laughing, Storm finally gets a good grip on himself. Xyalor looked up at him with an odd look. Surely he was just as confused as the others would be. Storm smiled at his crystal-dragon "Out of all the people...Remember what we must do". He said this to Xyalor, as if completely forgetting, for a moment, that there were others in the elevator. The world seemed to come to a standstill, as the two stared at each other. Xyalor had yet to say a single word, since being hatch, but words were not needed between the two. Storm just had a feeling that they were on the same page. The pair had the same glow in their eyes, the burning passion to be the best.

The elevator had reached its destination, the door slid open, and the pair snapped back to reality. Storm and Xyalor exited the elevator and turned around. "Don't be bother some and stay out of my way. Just because we're roomed together doesn't mean we'll be friends..." Storm said with a rather dark glare shot at Vivi. Xyalor seemed to play along, with his chest puffed out, acting tough, as if saying 'Yeah! You don't want these problems'. Though before anything got taken too seriously, Storm chuckled "...I'm just messing around, I hope we do get along roomie!"

Going to the room first was really more of an excuse to meet his roommate, assuming that they had not chosen to adventure first. Now that he's found her in the elevator, his enthusiasm for going to check out the room has dropped, drastically. He was sure the accommodations would be luxurious, just as everything else they've seen, so far. The only thing that Storm really cared about was that there was a roof above their heads and a place to sleep. He would hate to have wasted the trip as well, so he proposes a plan to the others "How about we go check out these rooms, real quick, then meet up for a little adventure?"
@Lost Shadow

When might I be able to expect a post from you?

Sorry for the wait, been busy moving. I'll have something up today
Once the group arrived to the apartments, others quickly went to check their respective rooms and roommates. Storm waited for a moment, for the initial rush to die down. The group began to dissipate as people decided to embark on their own, little, adventures and Storm stepped up to the plate. His eyes swiftly shuffled down the list, coming to a halt after pinpointing his room and whom he had been paired with.

'Viviana?'... The name had surely drawn a blank. These people were all still complete strangers, just as he was still a shadow in the crowd. He didn't bother himself, too much, trying to pin a face to the name because they would eventually have to meet sooner or later at the room. The only thing he had hoped for was that he had a bearable roommate and that's setting the bar pretty low.

By now, most had already wandered off alone. Storm, on the other hand, chose the path of least resistance. He would first go check out his room, maybe wait a little while in case his roommate shows up. Then they could possibly choose to adventure from there. It would allow them to get to know a little about each other and not stay cooped up in the room, like birds in a cage. This option also served as a security measure. Should anything wild happen -not that he's anticipating it- it's definitely much better to have another person there. Nothing would leave a greater first impression than getting lost in a mysterious, new, world.

Storm noticed a man holding an elevator for any other takers. It didn't seem like there were any others who chose this path and Storm didn't blame them. A goliath stood between them and the quickest route to their room. Storm was a bit on the taller side, but even he would look like a dwarf next to this guy. He couldn't help but imagine the giant as a guardian of the elevator, saying something like 'YOU SHALL NOT PASS!'. The thought forced a chuckle, as he neared the elevator, Xyalor trailing close behind.

Having entered the elevator, Storm couldn't help but look up at the man, gauging the height difference. He had never really felt so tiny in his life. "I'd ask if you're going up, but....by the looks of it you're already there" he said with a playful smile "The name's Storm and this here is Xyalor"
Storm

Storm had a hand placed on his chin, lost in thought. It goes without saying that everything that has happened, up to this point, has been amazing and there were surely more surprises to come. Regardless, things seemed pretty strange. He juggled a few questions and ideas in the back of his mind and formulated a basic theory. Simply based off books and movies, things don't just happen to 'special people' without there being a catch, like something being wrong with the world. All that 'Every yin has its yang' mumbo jumbo.

Storm snapped back to reality, when Xyalor began tugging at his shirt. He flashed the crystal dragon a smile and rubbed the top of his head "I suppose the truth will come to light, soon enough. Till then I should just enjoy the ride, right?". He would then give a quick scan of the room. People were starting to gather by the Asian girl he passed at the door. It appears as if she had been injured, but after a quick assessment of the situation, Storm determined that she would be alright. She had enough people aiding her, it sat on the verge of babying her more than helping. "Helping a friend in need is fine, but she won't make it very far if she has to rely on others to come to her rescue all the time" he predicted, thinking about the theory he had cooked up in his head.

Storm soon realized that everybody was introducing themselves, while he remained a stranger. It would have to wait. He heard the large dragon speaking to one of the girls, distanced from the others. The dragon, first, mentioned her having bonded with a special dragon. His words made Storm laugh, though not out of spite. He, jokingly, nudged Xyalor "Looks like the teacher pinned his favorite student. We have some, friendly, competition on our hands... Let's show 'em what we're made of!". Storm throw a fist out in front of Xyalor, for a fist bump, but the gesture obviously did not register. Xyalor sat there with a blank expression. Storm chuckled and gently bumped the center of Xyalor's chest.

The large dragon then instructed the group to follow him to their rooms. Storm ran towards the others, with Xyalor at his side. "The brochure didn't say we'd have to run so much. Is this summer camp or the militaries basic training?" he joked
Will people still be able to join, and get their dragons the next day?

I was wondering this too. Emma doesn't have a roommate, right? I was thinking of making another character, if possible
Post coming soon!
anything more specific I should know, like is their a character cap, and what kind of faction slots are open? before I join that is, reason I'm asking is to check whether I can use my pre-made set of characters, or I'd have to make a new one altogether .

I'm not going to set any character limits (since there is a whole battalion to fill up lol). So long as you can handle multiple characters, fine by me :)

As far as factions go, there aren't really any to choose from (we will be on the rebel side). Although, to keep the whole militaristic thing going on, I'm thinking there should definitely at least be squads, with enough people
