Bio

Hmm...Never written one of these before...
Hi, I'm Marayla, nicknamed "Mother Mara" by some online friends for my tendency to boss people around.
Fun Fact: I mixed the names of two of my favorite book characters to come up with my username.
Let's see, what else...
I'm 15, and my hobbies are cosplay, watching anime, reading manga, gaming, LARP, ORP, drawing, baking, fangirling over seemingly random things, sharpshooting...
I could go on, but I don't think I'm going to.
I've been on robotics teams as a programmer for the past 6 years, so...that's a thing.
Friend me on Steam! I love talking to people and gaming with friends.

Cindra Dubrovnik

Cinder sighs, annoyed at the tiny amount of information she is privy to, and heavily walks out of the room. She makes her way to the armory, stopping at her locker, and unloads her AGR-14 rifle and a cleaning kit. With an irritated half-smile, she settles onto a bench and tucks one leg up close to her as she begins disassembling and swabbing the weapon down.
It's not like she has anything else to do...
Cinder takes her time, knowing there isn't really a need for her anywhere at the moment; if the admiral needs her, he can send her a com.
Pull this pin, remove this slide, turn that screw, swab, tweak this mechanism...
What could the admiral be thinking right now? Is he debating a strategy? Is he panicking?
Attach this clip, snap that cylinder back into place, slide the piece over...
Even though she cleans at a far slower pace than usual, she absentmindedly finishes all three rifles and her psyblade within a few minutes.
She looks down at her gloved fingers, smeared with grease, then stares at the pile of weapons by her side. Frowning, Cinder wipes off her hands and replaces the rifles and blade emitter in her locker.
After locking it, she sits back on the bench and stares at the ceiling for a bit, lost in thought.
We need more people for the StarCraft side of things. ;_;
Cindra Dubrovnik

As the lieutenant stammers the beginnings of an explanation, the admiral walks in and starts yelling for reports. Cinder holds up a hand to silence the lieutenant, wishing for the first time that ghosts didn't have a terrifying effect on most people, and slumps in the nearest bench. Putting her head in her hands, she inhales deeply, waits five seconds, and exhales. She repeats this breathing exercise multiple times until her heart rate evens out, then leans back and watches the room.
The Admiral didn't even know this was going to happen. They could be fucking anywhere, and the planet before them could be entirely uninhabitable. They don't know enough about the area for a jump to another system, or even another planet. They could die here-
Cinder cuts her negative thoughts off before they can progress further. This is exactly why she hates warp jumps. Something could always go wrong, and she would have no control over it. Well, the worst had happened, and she was asleep for it. Now all that matters is how she reacts, and what she can do to help the situation.
Cindra takes a deep breath and looks at the ceiling, her mind racing through countless scenarios and what she could do next. Finally, after a minute of deliberation, she stands and takes measured steps towards Admiral Magnus, reminding herself that he was not responsible for this, but he may be able to fix it.
"Sir," she begins carefully, "I would like to request that a surface scan be made, and if civilization is found, that I be the first down to scout it out. I believe a ghost would be the best option for surface reconnaissance, for obvious reasons."
Cindra Dubrovnik

Cindra bolts upright from her bunk at the sudden acceleration and shudder of the ship around her, springing into action and donning her hostile environment suit in record time. What could have happened? Cindra should have been alerted before a warp space jump. The Admiral knew darn well how touchy she could be when it came to hurtling through space without warning. And still, a warp space jump would've lasted longer, wouldn't it? Slipping into the corridor, she rubs the sleep from her eyes as she sprints towards the nearest mechanic. She grabs his shoulder, surprising him, and takes in his expression of panic in a second.
"What's happening? Zerg? We weren't scheduled for a jump for a good while yet...Well, don't just stand there. Status report. Now."
She usually wasn't this pushy, but she had made it clear that she wished to be informed before any jumps, and the admiral had agreed. Was he going back on that?
She catches only the words,
"Wormhole...unexpected...no idea..."
before she lets go of the stammering man and sprints down the hall to the control room. On entering, she descends into pure chaos. Mechanics and engineers running everywhere, technicians pounding away at terminals...a madhouse if ever she had seen one.
Cindra stalks straight up to the lieutenant and yells over the noise.
"Hey! I thought we agreed I was to be informed of jumps at a minimum of 2 hours prior to executing them! What's this about unexpected wormholes? Your men have the tech to detect these things for a reason!"
Looking out the main window at the foreign planet, she asks at the same volume, but with considerably more awe,
"...And where in the name of midget whiskers are we?"

Character Name: Cindra Dubrovnik (Agent X69821J, AKA Cinder)

Character Role: Ghost

Character Age: 19

Character Gender: Female

Character Gear: Standard ghost hostile environment suit equipped with cloaking, night/heat vision, an AGR-14 rifle, a BOSUN FN-92 rifle, a C-20A rifle, a great variety of grenades, (at least 2 of each) a combat knife, an E-11 lock down device, a psyblade, and an antique pocket knife with a crystal charm in the shape of a key attached that she keeps on her person at all times. An item of importance to her, she keeps it in pristine condition and razor-sharp. Cindra swaps out frequently with her rifles, preferring the C-20A rifle, but choosing the right one for each mission. Cindra also has a ghost jetpack, but prefers to only use it if she is certain she will need it.

Character skills: Level 8 teek, specializes in sharpshooting, but is also lethal at extremely short range. She is agile and athletic, being good at navigating tricky area layouts with finesse and speed. In other words, fast and graceful.

Character Backstory: Agent X69821J was, as most ghosts are, trained from a very young age to be a lethal soldier for the Dominion. Having been claustrophobic for as long as she could remember, (the fear stemmed from a bad experience with a laundry chute, and though mind wipes erased the memory, they never quite fixed the fear) she hated being trapped in corners. This being the case, she focused her energy on things which would allow maximum mobility and many escape options should a mission go sour.
One of her teammates in the academy had been able to sneak out and barter with a marine for trinkets, and ended up bringing back souvenirs for all of Team Green. The item brought back for Cinder had been a rhinestone-studded pocketknife with a tiny crystal key charm that the marine had picked up from a warzone, likely belonging to a young woman with a rather sparkly sense of style who had left it after a Zero invasion of the area. Cinder, having a strong friendship with the teammate who had given the item, had kept it hidden away, but with her at all times. Even though the ghost-in-training had defected a few years later and been terminated, leading to mind wipes for all who knew him, Cinder still kept the knife with her as a symbol of what and who she had valued through her academy years.

Since you forgot to include it in the app, here's a character personality and appearance description.
Personality: Cautious, thoughtful, and loyal, though she tends to hide these traits behind a healthy amount of puns and sarcasm. She thinks things through to the point of over thinking them, and never makes a decision without gathering all pertinent information and mulling over it for a bit first.

Appearance: Being born in a superstitious area did not help her much when it came to having a high psionic level. By the age of three, she was reading emotions and was nearly burned to death as a child before a wrangler could come get her from the remote location she lived in. This being the case, she has a large amount of burn scar tissue reaching from just above her jawline in front of her left ear and coiling thinly around to her back where there is a large pattern depicting ravens perched atop a broken mirror, a result of being branded as an unlucky child directly after her first psionic incident. Instead of the simple ponytail style common with most female ghosts, Cinder had shaved the right side of her dark auburn hair close to her head, using a dulled razor blade and a mirror to shave in detailed patterns of a clock, hourglass, and key. The rest of her hair is pulled back into a ponytail, with slightly side swept bangs nicely framing her green eyes. She has slightly tan skin.
She has a slender build, though she is much stronger than she looks.
(Yes, I do detailed appearances, oh well.)

@Raineh Daze I have edited my character.

Would the multiple weapons be alright if they were either all short range or all long range?
