Short back story:
His fall from Heaven sparked a revolt with Angels and Demons that no one was prepared for, he was just an early teen and didn't have a point served in the revolt, which was odd sense he had caused it. This war went on for years, having many Out Casters join, who had powerful weapons, many payed Out Casters to kill someone. Once the war was over, Heaven had increased security. He lived on Earth, also being rejected by the underworld for being an angel. He soon started to fall in love with many different Mortals, but they were always killed by Out Casters, typical "Cursed by God" thing.
