I'm looking for casual roleplays where I don't have to worry about a specific post length. I'll probably be doing a few group roleplays, and 1-on-1's too. I'm usually a stickler for detail, but the reason for me looking for something more free-form is because I'm too busy to HAVE to post 5+ paragraphs all the time. That and I'd rather just have fun with it than meet some standard. Because let's face it... When there's a standard, most people either meet it or feel like they failed. I don't want to feel like that. I don't want to apologize for not writing more filler.
QUALITY >>>>>>> QUANTITY
I enjoy writing horror, adventure, action, fantasy, mystery, historical, psychological, and dark genres. There are most likely more that I missed. Slice of life is on occasion. It gets boring and repetitive, and I'm already living a little slice of life. I'm not a huge fan of romance because it is often forced, awkward, and/or instant, but I will certainly include it under the right conditions.
I really like to roleplay fandoms! Okay, there's really not much that I've played or seen, but I have a few. Games -Binding of Isaac -Undertale -Resident Evil 7 -Life Is Strange -Borderlands 2 -Pokemon -Oxygen Not Included (I wonder if a roleplay can be made out of this? Don't have the game, but have seen several playthroughs.)
Anime -Black Rock Shooter -Soul Eater -Another -RWBY -Kill la Kill -Un-Go (I love Inga so much.) -Elfen Lied -Deadman Wonderland

Hello! I'm so happy to be here, it looks like a fun place! I've been looking for a good site to roleplay on for such a long time, honestly. I've been roleplaying for 6 years, ever since I was 12. My roleplaying was so cringe-worthy, but then again it apparently made one thread survive two years. So my goal is to get back to that point. KIND OF. Less of the cringe, more of the fun I used to have. The fun that began to disappear when I forced myself to write more, burning myself out for no good reason.
I love detail so much. There comes a time, though, when you realize that the quality of the post really does matter more than the quantity. Why force yourself to write four paragraphs when two good ones could easily do it? This problem made me quit so many sites because roleplays just got BORING when I felt like so much was required of me. It seems like people value post length more than they do plots or ideas, which just sucks. I'm going back to the days where I just wrote! I love to write. I have a few stories in the works and things of that nature.
If you'd like to learn more about what I like to roleplay, I wrote it all in my bio! I feel like it's too much to copy here, I don't want to make this post longer than it should be.
