I would actually like to leave Kakashi's team the way it is, but around that time, since each of his students are off doing their own thing, he has returned to ANBU as ordered by Tsunade. So on one of his missions, he can make a different call or something when tasked with hunting down missing-nin who are powerful enough to catch the Akatsuki's eye for recruitment and runs into your character. Of course, it wouldn't be realistic to have both of them hitting it off instantly, so maybe Kakashi could be going in undercover as a civilain in one of the smaller Hidden Villages like Grass or Waterfall or somehting, and a friendship is built between them before one finds out that the other is also a ninja. Kakashi then extends his offer of returning to Konoha with him. How does that sound?

That sounds good to me. In my mind my character is probably around mid/lower akatsuki strength but outmatched by guys like Nagato/pain, Tobi, and itachi. My character can hear the news of Yugito being captured/killed (depending on when exactly we start) and that can also spur him to help Kakashi. Idk how missing nin's work technically in terms of relations with villages that aren't the one they were disowned by, so idk how their relationship would start out necessarily. I was planning on having my character travel around to small ninja villages and do contracts for them secretly since they likely didn't have that much manpower. Kakashi could get information on one of the missions and go intervene. We can also have it so my character has already been visited by Akatsuki so Kakashi has a more valid reason to investigate other than him just being strong.

I'm also down to make the first post whenever we're ready. I don't know if we should plan for what happens after they become allies or take it as it goes.

If that's the case, then I will play Kakashi as he is against your character. Male or female is totally up to you. Depending on the age and when in the timeline you plan to start, I might have Kakashi already romantically involved with someone else. But that said, romance is going to be a sub-plot anyway.
That said, when in the timeline do you want to begin? Also, do you want to diverge from canon (meaning no canon genin team for Kakashi)? And what is the story for your character (are they Akatsuki? Missing-nin, etc)?

My preferred place to start for the timeline would be right after the timeskip about the time Kakazu and Hidan are rampaging through fire country in search for jinchuuriki. I'll probably play my Male character depending on which way the story we want to go, or I could use multiple. He is a missing nin from Cloud Village who is on very bad terms with the raikage. I can write a full backstory/description before my first post so you can have a better idea of him. In his backstory I have him as childhood friends with Yugito the 2 tails jinchuuriki, so that's a pretty simple way to activate him into any storyline around that time. He's not incredibly unique other than he uses Steel abilities(I don't remember if that was in the manga or not).

I am fine with diverging from the canon but have no specific desire to change anything off the top of my head. If you want to make a new genin team for Kakashi, I would be fine with that and it would be a simple way to introduce some interesting new characters. I do eventually want to diverge from the canon though in that I don't want the story to follow exactly as it does in the manga/anime, and with different characters the focus will obviously be pretty different.

I suppose we should have some sort of general idea of what to go for when we start. Do you have any specific ideas for what you want to do with Kakashi in terms of alteration from the regular story or do you more just want to try it out and see where it goes? My male character is sort of in a finding himself state since he doesn't have a home and isn't quite on the level of evil of akatsuki, so he could easily end up befriending kakashi and following him along.

@Mr Infinity I'd love to play Kakashi, but was just wondering if you are looking to do MxM or MxF? Also, I haven't watched the anime (too much fillers) nor have I played the games but I have read the manga from start to finish and watched a couple of the movies.

Thanks for your interest, and Kakashi is fine, but I didn't mean I had any plans for him specifically if that's what it sounded like. I would prefer MxF, but am willing to play both female and male characters. This is of course if there is going to be romance involved, but i have 0 problem with doing a MxM where they aren't romantically involved. I have no issue if your character is homosexual though.

I'm sure this is cliche and everyone is assuming I'm an annoying fanboy already but would anyone want to do a naruto RP? I was never the biggest fan of Naruto as an anime (and i dislike the main character naruto) but I love the world the author created, the abilities, and a lot of the characters. Would anyone want to do a RP where we play either real or original characters sometime during the story? I would personally want to play an original character but wouldn't mind if someone wanted to play Kakashi or something.

I can't lie, I haven't watched/read naruto past Kisame Vs Kilelr Bee, but I've beaten naruto ninja storm 4 and it follows the story closely I'm pretty sure. I am in the process of rewatching from the five kage arc until the end so I should have the story fresh on my memory.

I don't have any specific ideas laid out just yet, but can definitely brainstorm some. I'm a bit of an akatsuki fanboy so I may want it to revolve around them. I would expect a few paragraphs per post, so casual level. I'm not a stickler for grammar or anything as long as it's not extremely jarring to read your posts. I also have no problem if you would like to make your character a badass s ranked ninja, but being weaker is fine with me as well. I'm fine with doing more than one roleplay and am perfectly okay with romance storylines, although it would probably be a secondary storyline for most of the RP given that there is so much battle/war.

Dragon Age RP (Warden x Hawke)

I justtt beat dragon age Inquisition andd have a bugg so I'm trying to find a way to fix that itch in another way! I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing a RP about the Warden and Hawke meeting up sometime between DA2 and inquisition. I was thinking it could have something to do with the calling, the mage templar war, or anything. I am willing to RP as either Hawke or the Warden. This would be a casual-advanced RP (2-3 paragraphs per post, more if feeling inspired.).
