Yeah, I'm still here. Sorry, I usually go quiet after the acceptance phase until the IC post phase. Just a weird habit, no idea why I'm like this.
@Neo Is Delight@AngelofOctober

Alright, thanks for clearing that up for me. I completely get where you guys are coming from now, I think my comprehension issue was sprouting from the fact that, like I mentioned, I haven't read Fairy Tail in ages so most of the canon and power levels is a vague memory to me, I just like the setting and premise. Also to a lesser extent, it may just have been because I mostly write for TTRPG's so that idea of a power creep is something I'm used to being just completely normal, which obviously in an RP like this it's something you need to avoid. The end game here isn't becoming literal Gods and/or god-slayers - after all, we've already established dragon-slayers is a more reasonable target amiright?

I'll write up a second character, no sweat. If you're planning teams that make my troubles melt away - limited interaction is fine. I just hate the idea of suddenly having two people weigh in on conversations when I control both of them, posts become too long and nothing moves forward during it. Hope you don't mind me rehashing an old character? Give it a bit of a rub and buff?

I know you want to keep the idea of Dragon Slayers fairly rare, but since the guild is known mostly because of it's higher than average number of Dragon Slayers wouldn't it in some way make sense that a sort of clique would form from them? And since we'd be focusing on a specific group of the characters rather than the entire guild is it that important a distinction to be made? Surely as we wrote through the RP the number of non-dragon slayers would be made apparent from us writing them as NPC's?

Of course, it's your RP so what you want goes, I only bring it up because of a) I'm not 100% sure on the reasoning, which may just be something completely basic that I'm missing. And b) I have slight concerns about running two characters because personally, I hate making two of my own characters interact. Maybe that stems from me being a TTRPG DM and having two NPC's chat is awful for players and it's just a fear that translates a little too well. I can still write up a second character, just be aware I would actively go out of my way to keep their interactions with each other to a minimum - I feel like at that point I may as well be sat writing my novel.
Alright, I think I'm done. I'm by no means an expert on Fairy Tail's lore or magic system, or it's world building as a whole, to be honest, so there may very well be some detail issues. Point them out to me and I'll fix 'em up when I wake up in the morning. But without any further hesitation here we go:

So, I may not make days end. But it looks like my day's end is possible your days beginning, so it's all good. Just writing history up, 15 minutes max? Maybe? Unless someone in a facebook group beats my Everwing score? Cool. See you in fifteen.
Started writing up a character, should be with you guys by days end.
You know what? Fuck it, I haven't been in a fairy tail RP for yonks. I'm interested as all hell.

Maybe I won't even use my super convoluted Quantum Magix character this time. Maybe.
Sorry guys I'm going to have to withdraw from this one, exams have finally gotten the better of me and I can't find the time, I've written maybe half a post in the last two weeks?

Thanks for the good times, maybe I'll see you space Cowboys around?
I might have lied slightly about starting a post, forgot I actually had some exams on this week. Need to push me getting one up back to Wednesday/Thursday. But will defo do one before Thursday night.
Alright sound, I'll start writing up a post later on tonight then.
