Seeing people with really neat CS's that have good grammar/spelling, then looking at their posts and seeing one to three lines (in Casual, mind you) that are complete trainwrecks in terms of spelling and grammar.
It makes me feel so...misled.
I think it's the same phenomenon as is responsible for sexless marriages, tbh: you try really hard to win them over, but once you've succeeded, you feel like you don't have to try anymore. You've already won, after all.
So if I'm designing the base interview questions, and you of course will feel free to add more as Ona, do you want to be the primary controller of the applicants' responses too? Or shall we share that responsibility? @DarknessDawning

Way I see it is hands on robots would be good for heavy lifting/labor roles, and much less so for combat. So yeah, I want something that looks less humanoid for that reason.
