Just throwing it out there to everyone, I'm planning on posting the IC saturday morning. (East Coast Usa) So please try and have your characters at least useable by then. Of course life happens and time constraints are a bitch so no worries if you don't have them done. Just trying to keep everyone in the loop for my plans.

Its not nessicarily underpowered, I just thought the KG was a bit off and offered a suggestion to help the sensory part of our sensory tokubetsu jounin should the part I dissagreed with be cut/moved in the long run. On my way home soon. Work sucks.

Everything looks good on her sheet except for the first ability of her kekkei genkai. How does that relate to a doujutsu? Granted some argument could be made that it relates a much as susanoo or amaterasu do to the sharingan. Just trying to get why it isnt just a high cost standard ninjutsu.

Also for being a Kekkei genkai the vision through eagles could been more powerful or extended to a seal to see through more creatures or even leaving spy cams of sorts. Just running my mouth.

Anyway that's my issues with it for now. Will look into it further when I get off work. Thanks.

Takashi just to clarify, your character is basically a war refugee who still believes there is reason to fight despite the land of water surendering correct? If I'm right with that he would technically be classesd as a missing-nin aswell and may potentially have hunter-nin after him at some point so the land of water can save face with their flaming overlords.
