"You have been touched by the abyss, kissed by the night, a veritable cancer of the soul. I'm sorry, but you cannot escape your fate, death-bringer.. Even the gods themselves are bound by the chains of destiny.."

"Your bare skin is deadly to all, as is your breath. Your existence is now flawed, child.. And there isn't a thing you can do about it.. Not one of us can.."

She ran a delicate, pale hand through her hair, concerned about what exactly made the werewolf cry like this. All she knew is for some reason, she wanted to help the woman, but she didn't know how.

As Carina lowered her face into Morgan's lap, bawling, the black haired lady decided to wrap her arms around the girl. A bear hug. She didn't know what else to do. Bear hugs always seemed to make her sadness and fear go away, if only temporarily. .

"I hope you don't mind, Carina.. I felt like you needed a hug.." Morgan whispered into her ear.
Yeah pm me!
Morgan furrowed her brow and began gnawing on the inside of her lower lip. Without glasses, the bags underneath her eyes were very prominent, but at this point in time, she didn't think care about how tired she was. Her.. new friend started bawling, which made the raven haired woman sigh heavily.

"..Why are you crying like this? A bad dream..? What can I do to help, Carina?" Morgan said softly, timidly wrapping an arm around her back.

This was strange, to say the least. One simply doesn't expect to see a werewolf cry, even if the werewolf is a woman.
Pm me!

It was a bright, starry night above a perfect night for treasure hunting. Dressed in his normal garb robes and all and magic jewelery, Vincent was as prepared as a novice could be. He had gotten a tip from a local innkeeper, a very welcome hint. He said that it shouldn't be too guarded and that there should be a good amount of loot therein, which certainly made Vincent forget about that which is troubling him outside of this virtual realm.

He slipped out of the center of the town towards where he was instructed to go. The guards were vigilant, but he didn't ear enough to draw attention and his black robes, hair and jewels obscured his form. There were two guardsmen outside of the rear entrance to the building both standing still, talking to pass the time, or sleeping. Vincent watched from the bushes as the left man went on a patrol around the large stone building, and the other was making a half effort to stay awake during an otherwise boring and eventful night.

"Perfect. Down to one.. now which spell or incantation to use here? Sleeper? Or Bolt? I really shouldn't be using my battle magic until my life is actually at risk.. so Sleeper it is then." Vincent said, rubbing the stone in his necklace which formed a little, black ball that floated towards the man, slowly feeling it's way into his mind. In an instant, he fell asleep.

"Perfect. Just perfect." He muttered, a wry grin across his face. He rose from his makeshift vantage point and sprinted across the distance, pulling the key from the man's breast pocket. He opened the door, and left it cracked before he went to find a shadowy location to regroup and regather his thoughts.

"My first raid.. and I've never had more fun in my entire life." Vincent said, his violet eyes wide and full of anxiety and wonder.
A few hours later, the woman with the raven hair went across the hall to her bed and before even taking off of her glasses, she fell onto the king size double pillow top bed and quickly embraced sleep, for what seemed like the first time in at least two days. Resting peacefully, she didn't so much as even move until Carina, in wolf form came up to get warm.

Half asleep, she woke as the sun began to peek over the horizon. She noticed her new.. acquaintance was in her human form shivering and completely nude.

"Carina? Are you.. alright? Do you need anything?" She asked, just after clearing her throat of muck.

Despite the attitude she had gotten earlier, Morgan didn't really care. She was just glad to have company.. even if the company is a supernatural, werewolf lady whom she thought was beautiful and intriguing.
"As you say then." Morgan muttered, fiddling with her thin glasses. She opened the fridge and pulled out a bottle of soda, pouring herself a small glass full and walking back upstairs to her office.

It was cold and drafty up here, just how she liked her house. Morgan was sure that it wouldn't bother the incredibly strange she-wolf downstairs. She turned the monitor back on and began checking her email and social media, slowly sipping on her black cherry soda.
Morgan sighed and rolled her eyes. Her cryptic nature and avoidance behavior was charming at first, but at this point in time, it was starting to get rather annoying. She wanted to know so many things.. but Carina wasn't about to let her be answered.. a huge pet peeve of Morgan's.

Lovely.. You know, it doesn't solve anything, being so cryptic like you are. You can tell that I'm not going to do anything rash or out of boundaries. Carina.. There's a lot you're not telling me, isn't there?
