ok so there arent many rules just dont tell people how to run there character dont have swearing ever word or every other word you character says thats about it

Race: light; power
powers: fire, ice, wind/air, other blood- can control the blood in a persons body and minipulate that persons movement blood flow ext.

Personality: very nice girl who is extremely shy
Background: my character was a normal person when it started but had to grow up fast now is on the light side in a small apartment and after the war found out her parents died

The world we don't know and the truth the planet we have never found hidden in our orbit around the sun share the orbit with earth is a planet without a name that looks almost the same but here your always free yes there are rules and laws but there is little crime and no war. Okay that's how it looks with one half of the planet the other war is common crime is everywhere and its not a good place to be and what separates the two half's an ocean and neither side knows about the other. So what makes this different then earth most ofthe people here have power special abilities to control the elements. Until one day when a shift happens and the two sides are pulled closer together so close they meet people on the side called the dark side where war and fighting is common sees there society and some of them want it the peace and try to cross the ocean failing mostly others see it and want to destroy it so they can have whats over there and for the for the free side or Light side they see it and draw scared what there world could become as the sides draw closer tension rises and the light side prepares for war as does the dark side and as quickly as it started but 10 long years of fighting it ends both sides in ruins so how will people live now well that's what we are going to have to find out.
