I'm good with not posting right now not enough has happened for my character to make a decent reaction. I'd being willing to colaberate a conversation post though.

My character really does't have any strengths... all weaknesses. I wonder how long I will be able to survive?
I bet he wont even last a post.
I want to make a character who is a bard in a way, but I'm not sure what I should go for. Actor, singer, dancer, and news reproter all seem like good basic options, but modern bard is strange in any light.

Because of my near superhuman speed and Agility ? I wasn't gonna have Eiko be the flash or anything, just a little fast really and I'm currently editing her Cs at the moment.
I'm more or less going with the fact that your the most specialized as far as what you can do as well.
You can go fast, use guns....

No you wouldn't actually.
A one trick pony is like saying you have one tactic and thats it. It gets very very boring. oh so you shot him in the back of the head after lying to him again. Neat now do something else.
Now having one strength and that's it is a whole nother story and actually adds depth and intrigue to the character.
So ichigo is a perfect example of the bad side of generalist. His weapon used to have depth and becool pre bancawhatever the fuck i was called.
He had clear powers and weaknesses.
Ichigos strenght. His blade was clumsy as fuck, but it really really hurt when you were hit. Why it was impressive when anybody in the series blocked it somehow. I remember when he originally fought baldy he struggled like all hell becasue his weapon was so defensive and fast ichigo could barely land a blow.
Post banqau all his bnqau actually does is cover up his weak spot which was his mobility and striking speed. It made his combat style incredibly bland and boring. His only option was "BE a OP main character." Rather then do something cleve.
That is a extreme example, but I felt it was a pretty good one to explain the difference, and how not being a generalist adds depth

Very few characters can perform a very specific task well.
They can perform a multitude of task with adeqaucy.
Mr speedy is the only one breaking this rule.
We have far to many generalist here. How about I say we add in a specialist.
Where is their bio? I really don't want to make one for your characters. Also, I don't remembers your characters bio.
Then I'm going to say this the politest way I can.
I've told you everything about the characters twice. If you don't want to scrounge it up, or use your own insight to write a bio.
DON'T GM.
I don't mean to be a bitch, but like jesus that's just reaching the point of being lazy, where you only want to control 1 maybe 2 npcs.
