Psychological Profile

Ms. Armstrong is an energetic girl with a rather blunt approach to life. Despite her time in juvenile institutions, she has shown a great willingness to trust in other and believe in the best possible result for her action despite things rarely happening just as she seems to wish they did. Oftentimes rash and mercurial in her decisions, she will keep attempting to reach her goal until even her optimistic view become marred by the results. Such a lack of foresight do cause her trouble, and while she is easily fooled by trickery she rarely fall for the same trap twice.

Of an ordinarily friendly and bold temperament, she is know to get cold and bitter towards those she feel wronged her and will hold a grudge for quite some time. While her instinct to trust what she is told is strong, some verbal triggers and body language seems to bring her into a stubborn stance of wariness towards others, that mood continuing on until she 'take some time alone'. The triggers are as of now considered to be signs of doubts in her interlocutor, such a questions and concerns. As such, a need for self-sufficiency seems to be a strong component of her psyche.

Unwilling to show weakness, she seems to be suppressing her negative emotions a great deal...

The girl show a great deal of leadership abilities and care for her fellows, and is often seen with various teenagers during social times. Her working habits prove her to be hardworking and quite hard on herself as she pull much of the weight of any task she undertakes. While she seems eager to believe in another's sincerity, she is surprisingly unwilling to trust in their abilities and will tend to work alone instead of attempting teamwork. Such a lack of interest in cooperating in chores have made her a few enemies, though slackers tend to be grateful for the lessened workload.

The fact is that I never even see a movie of the original trilogy, though, so I'm utterly lost when it comes to SW.

Thank you! I'm a multi chapter kind of roleplayer, with a strong taste for all things fantasy and a sweet spot for good romances.
Quick Peek Sheet:

- Here, the nations will be tribes with very loose inspiration from North and South American tribes prior to the Colonies of Europe.

- Each round will be spread in the in character time of half a year, with the turn itself taking place on the two solstices of the year.

- Each round will have four actions of varying importance to each tribe, decided individually by each Chief (your own avatar of sort). Each of these action will have a different theme, and will be presented as a totemic spiritual animal.

- The Great Bonfire will grant certain boons in exchange for tasks, that you risk taking on a mysterious task for a bonus to the totem chosen for the boon is up to you each turn.

- The roleplay will start with the tribes gathering together for the first time as the Great Bonfire is lit by a mysterious force, drawing all to witness its magnificence.



The homeland of the various tribes is vast, and for as long as living memory serves, none had ever interacted with another tribe save on very rare and fleeting occasions. That much land was both a blessing and a curse, for while no man wanted for anything neither did the tribes progress beyond the stage of paltry hunter gatherers in their complacence. Times were sweet and peaceful, yet unknown to all mortals a great event was to break the status quo forever.

It was one dark night, the longest of the year, that something extraordinary changed everything. In the plains, on a land that have never provided much in means of sustenance, a great bonfire was born from thin air. Reaching far up into the heavens, the strange flame produced but the warmest of heat to those who stood next to it. Such a strange thing was unheard of, as was the strange shapes and colors to be found if one looked into the light for too long.

As it was, the light and an irrepressible urge to approach the site of the unknown anomaly prompted many a tribe to gather for the first time in the same clearing, a sense of safety and calm infusing their beings as a gentle voice urged them to make their demands of blessing until the flame appeared again. There, the Gathering of Miracles was founded, and from this night on each tribe shall change as they wished upon a raging bonfire.

WHAT IS GATHERING OF MIRACLES

Gathering of Miracle is a Nation rp where you will take over a tribe of hunter/gatherers, their fate put into your hands as you are given the opportunity to change four aspects of their society each turn on the solstice. Those four aspect will be as follow: Hearth, Torch, Forge and Brazier – home and lifestyle, exploration and resources, technological progress and warfare and finally diplomacy and trade. Each turn you will chose each action to take, putting them in order of importance and writing out the attempt in the appropriate section of your post. Depending on your action and their priority, spiritual animals of various strength will come to your tribe as totems, protectors and guides for the half year to come.

That you eventually quarrel with other tribe is inevitable, yet only your own foresight and strategic mind can change whether you will be victorious or put down like a dog. As a matter of fact, the action involving other tribes gain much more rewards to compensate for the risk, and good initiative and cooperation between fellow players will bring interesting plots and rewarding interactions.

RESOURCES AND BOONS

As a tentative system, the resources will be as follow: Meat, Flora, Stone, Wood, Water, Metal and Tribe, with each having more specialized uses as time and technological breakthrough come to pass. Each action will bring a specific set of Resources, and with each action requiring a certain number and type(s) of resource themselves.

Boons are risky yet potentially profitable missions you may take on in exchange for a more traditional action every ten rounds. With a Boon round active, every player will have the opportunity to either aid or sabotage two others in order to secure alliances or cripple an enemy. While optional, the rewards will certainly be tempting, as each boon give a x5 bonus of resources of a given aspect's action.

TRIBES AND THE GREAT BONFIRE

You tribe will start with a small bonus in a specific sort of act, the bonuses given of equal value to each other. Each tribe will have three values that must be upheld to the best of your ability: Health, Morale and Security. Long story short, bad things happen if a value go below half of its capacity, so you will have to be careful.

The Great Bonfire is the eyes and ears of the ancient spirits, given form each solstice in order to bless the worthy and curse the arrogant. With time, you will learn various rituals to better your revenue each turn, and even, sometimes, to trigger special events.
