Harvey Dent would wear a custom-made split colored suit on most days, with a shoulder holster underneath it.
Devilishly handsome on one side of his face and gruesomely ugly on the other.Brown hair on one side, white hair on the other, hazel eyes.
History: Born to a middle class family living in the suburbs of Gotham City, Harvey Dent had a fairly normal childhood. He enjoyed watching television, playing video games, and reading comic books. However, that all changed when an insane coworker of his father's torched their house, killing both of Harvey's parents. Luckily, the Dent family had already arranged for guardians for Harvey in the event something happened to them. These legal guardians were family friends of the Dents, and they took him in as one of his own.
From then to present day, he lived a normal life. He graduated from high school, went to a four year college, graduated from there, then to law school. Several years after becoming a lawyer, Harvey was elected as Gotham's D.A. This is what paved the way for the accident. ((I'm using his DC comics origin from here))

Powers/Abilities:

Two-Face was one of the best attorneys in Gotham for years. He can find a way to win nearly any debate or argument.
He is quite skilled in hand to hand combat, and is proficient with a .22 Semi automatic pistol.

Skills/Abilities
Tana is one of the finest mechanics in her sector. She can fix just about anything you give her. Along with this, she can haggle with the best, and is a decent shot.

Background
Growing up in the slums of Earth, Tana learned to fend for herself from a very early age. Ever since she was old enough to work, she was performing odd jobs for neighbors. These ranged from courier tasks to beating the sense into people. However, it was not until she was 16 when she found her true calling.
A real tough looking Rothian by the name of Shiden'hem landed in town, saying he would pay big money for someone to fix his ship. Although Tana knew very little about engineering and mechanics, she was determined to be the person to collect that reward. Naturally, she made a promise to the Rothian that his ship would be fixed in a week.
A week and tons of research later, the ship was fixed. Tana was immensely proud of herself, and the Rothian was most impressed. In fact, Shiden'hem was so impressed, he asked Tana to come with him as his ship's official mechanic.
Tana was skeptical at first, but then she saw how much her salary would be. That was too big of an opportunity to turn down, so she took the job, and left Earth.
Tana and the rest of Shiden'hem's crew traveled the cosmos together for a few years, until something went wrong. The navigator had made a massive miscalculation, and had the ship in the middle of an asteroid field.
Tana did her best to save the ship, but couldn't. She and a few other crewman were the only survivors. From then until now, Tana has been doing freelance mechanic work.

Can rarely connect to the guild using wifi?

Ever since I joined, I have been unable to connect to the guild using wifi about 85% of the time. It's not my wifi. It does the same thing with everybody else's. On all three of my devices (laptop, iPhone, iPad). Most of time, I'm forced to use LTE on my phone to connect.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
